Take some legal action against that person and resolve my issue immediately. Else I will file a formal complaint on consumer court since I have all he proofs with me.

Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. If this continues, customers will have no reason to stay with Jio.
