@JioCare Your internet service is very bad in Government College Malerkotla Punjab 148023. Every time I complain your executive say we will fix it but till now it's not fixed. 6 complain I register to u about it. Please shut down your company if you are not able to fix it .😤

@JioCare What a repetitive reply you people are giving ? Please let me know from which day 7-14 days time period is been calculated. Cancellation request given on 29/07/21- 14 days passed.Device picked up 06/08/21 - 14 days passed.Totally baffling. I need a solution.

@reliancejio Why do fake promise for the last 4 years??? No improvement of network .Coustomer care services every time says your problem will solve 120-180 days since last 4 year. No network during load shedding.

@JioCare It has been 48hrs and neither any incoming/outgoing call facility available on my no. 7906674005. On reaching out to Jio customer care twice , it was told that there is a temporary issue. Kindly resolve your well said "temporary technical issue". @reliancejio
