@JioCare My Jio Number is 9877129381. Every time I complain your executive say due to high no of Jio user in government college your internet speed is down but it is your problem not mine. It is matter of all time.

@JioCare Your internet service is very bad in Government College Malerkotla Punjab 148023. Every time I complain your executive say we will fix it but till now it's not fixed. 6 complain I register to u about it. Please shut down your company if you are not able to fix it .😤

@JioCare It is found & appears that the Network Service Provider has the knowledge of offence or contravention committed therefore cannot be exempted from liability. Service codes to block Caller ID , namely *67 does not work on Jio Join or in India .

@reliancejio @JioCare really rude staff. Issued had to be resolved today by 7:18 PM, I was told to wait at home. Now they are saying too dark will come tomorrow. The customer care I called to complain also unprofessional and rude ( name Veera )
