    @JioCare My Jio Number is 9877129381. Every time I complain your executive say due to high no of Jio user in government college your internet speed is down but it is your problem not mine. It is matter of all time.

    @JioCare Your internet service is very bad in Government College Malerkotla Punjab 148023. Every time I complain your executive say we will fix it but till now it's not fixed. 6 complain I register to u about it. Please shut down your company if you are not able to fix it .😤

    @airtelindia I think I make a mistake to chose u over @reliancejio. 8 kbps speed in the name of 4G network .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Frustrated with JioFiber @300MBPS. Engineers keep rescheduling visits without our consent, and later just close the call as if the issue is resolved. Speedtest shows 300 Mbps, but in reality it’s buffering nonstop with poor reception. #JioFiber #TRAI

    @JioCare Order ID NO0001D3FEEQ. Installation still pending at Madhepura. Your staff behaved very rudely and said “jo karna hai kijiye, hum aaj install nahi karenge.Also unable to connect with customer care. Extremely poor service. Either install immediately or process FULL REFUND

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @JioCare It’s been days and my rebate SR (SR0000348COB) is still “in progress” with no update or credit. How long should a customer wait for a simple rebate? This unnecessary delay is unacceptable. Kindly escalate immediately and process my full rebate for ~13 days downtime on priority
