    @reliancejio Dear Jio team please set up 1 tower in Malad jankalyan nagar there is absolutely very low network we experience poor network or improve network here##We r proud to use Jio but need to work on network issue little .

    @JioCare Complaint no SR000011ZCTM still not attended to .. Apparently there is a fibre cut and it was supposed to be rectified by 6.30 pm yesterday. That commitment was given by ur technical support.... Pathetic service ... No high level persons in ur company answerable is it ?

    @JioCare Been complaining since July about faulty #JioFiber connection. More than half of my monthly gold subscription got wasted, now it’s asking me to recharge to even make a complaint. How about you fix my internet first and then make me recharge my account?

    Complaint no 0023143050 dt:15 aug still not attended to.Why make the customer beg to get his own money back @JioCare ? Pathetic service by @JioMart . I would rather choose @amazonIN which gives me refund within 5mins.

    @JioCare So finally had Mr. Chetan Panchal, from the #Jio team, finally visit pertaining to my over 20 days old complaint. As it happens, your team has palmed off a single band router while none of your #JioFi plans, Bronze upwards, offer more than 50MBPs on a single band router!

After asking them about the issue. They changed their path & are saying to buy it differently. Why should I buy when it said it comes with the plan

They just have a bunch of response ready and just copy paste them to the customers. They don't even feel the need to type something on their own. Already having some doubts over this service

    Isn't it called fraud. Showing gold and delivering something else. Never expected this from @JioCare. After complaining the same via dm they are asking me to purchase prime differently. Why should I??? Doesn't your plan say that it includes prime with the plan.
