    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    @JioCare Pls share the number of the area division city level supervisors. This is not done. Every two days the network is down and we keep bearing with it. What quality of service is this??? @TimesNow

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @reliancejio @JioCare You only hire Telecallers, Artificial intellect, but you don't have enough tower and service engineer to check the network compatibility.. it's daily pain ! Our day start with frustration. We are planning to go in consumer court @jagograhakjago

    in some countries companies can’t spam you with calls/messages for every little thing meanwhile in india if your recharge expires: 10 calls, 20 messages, 3 reminders per day wtf is this? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare through engineer ko arrange karke apna connection chalu karaya 48 ghante ke bad, aur tum chor log bolte ho ki you are not eligible. 48 ghante ka rental kaun dega..I will write to Mr Mukesh ambani regarding this type of service by Jio employees If I don't get resolution
