    @reliancejio @JioCare #Broadband is down for over 40mins, text comes later about outage - that’s one part. But you taking 4 hours to solve that is the unacceptable part. Gotta move faster Motabhai.

    @JioCare So fed up of Jio and the constant X at network, been almost 3 years and same excuses! Promised to install a device near the window for network, came home, checked everything and never came back! So unprofessional

    @JioCare @reliancejio my connection is down since yesterday inspite of repeated complaints which was registered and service executive was schedule 1pm but no1 has yet arrived to check and after check wit team they saying its schedule he will come 🤬

    @JioCare It's 10 days today with no resolution how long does it take to resolve this issue where there is already a new jio connection working and u need to transfer the old one. Your bill meter is on and I'm not using the service for which I have paid in advance for a year

    @JioCare Just to let you know madamim already using a jio connection in my location. I was wanting to relocate my old connection from old premises into the same premises as a secondary connection. This is just a mess you ppl creating big infra without capacity too handle and service

    @reliancejio @JioCare hey jio, your network is very poor in my area. Your’s is an unreliable network. In these conditions of #WorkFromHome you are not able to provide a reliable connectivity. I am willing to port to @airtelindia if u can’t fix the issue ASAP.
