    @JioCare we always say be 100% Swadeshi but we do not get value for money. I've recently come to your network career with lots of exception but from first month I have network coverage problem, before I make up my mind do something if you believe in customer service experience.

    @JioCare Very sorry to say but the customer care experience was aweful. After 20minutes of waite time the call got disconnected with no resolution to my problem.

    Meanwhile my friend who wanted a new jio connection, you guys were quite promt in giving her one. So basically you guys don't give a **** about existing customers. You just want people to switch to your connection and that's it @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @Jio_Offl @JioCare my mother, a senior citizen got in touch with your customer care only to not have her issues sorted. She wants to return her box and initiate her refund and your security question is the exact date of her last payment or the day she installed Jio!

    @JioCare @fiber_jio JIO FTTH is really dhana dhan WORST experience in trial period. I have Airtel FTTH also, but Jio at 150mbps line provides me 142mbps u/d and airtel at 200mbps provides 250mbps u/d.. what is wrong with Jio FTTH speed, you are Not giving as promised.

    I think airtel isn't bothered about loosing its customer.. Finally will have to port from @airtelindia and consider either @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    @reliancejio 5G? MukeshG pl ensure 4G gives service, it’s 48hrs since net is down no updates, usual automated msg hardly helps, no updates if & when net will be fictional. Usual doit yourself but it’s waste of time. Their needs to be a call center instead of automated msg. Pl update.

    @JioCare Hi we can connect now. Pls resolve this ASAP. I called customer care just now and I was to they are rescheduling it now and gave date as 12th at 11 am. This is poor service. I have been calling multiple times since yesterday morning and now they reschedule it for tomm.

    @JioCare Facing severe network issue with JIO sim. Sometimes I lost tower signal completely. The net consumption is abnromal. I only use it for study, still net consumption seems to be very high. Net speed is pathetically slow. Buffering takes much time to watch video of classes.
