    It's really difficult to understand postpaid my jio application where customer service deny you request no one helping @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India in my device prepaid n post paid both getting charged n billing also active dnt to whom tho clear my concerns.

    @JioCare My issue is still not resolved, as I have mentioned I had paid security deposit of ₹ 2500/-, for connection & your executive Mr Abdul knows I had taken to show it to members of the complex. I returned all devices in orig box. Still ₹750/- is balanced to be received.

    @JioCare pathetic service of jio fiber services... if you recharge for 100 mbps plan you get 1 to 2 mbps speed..... after repeated complaints in jio care over a month the issue is not resolved.... Go for Airtel or BSNL fiber services....
