    @JioCare i need to reboot again and again to use jio 5g. Where as others are able to use it without any issues.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @JioCare Thanks Aahil. I’ve been trying to reach the technician on call but I’m unable to connect. The customer care no. transfers the call to an advisor but no one answers the call Please look into it!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    It’s disappointing to see Airtel resorting to these fraudulent tactics. When a customer has already paid for an unlimited recharge, no other operator charges extra for these calls. It seems only Airtel is interested in cheating its customers like this. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare @AkashMAmbani Will the installation happen anytime soon ? I think you should please cancel my Jio Fiber account & refund the money of the relocation and the advance rentals, and security deposit.
