I have recently taken subscription for Jio fibre. It is not even 1 month and since evening the internet is down. I have been trying to cal the customer care no 18008969999 I was on hold for total 10 + 10 mins but still I could not get connected to customer care.@reliancejio

Its unethical of these restaurants to stop the Gold subscription as soon as they get the visibility which would have been difficult otherwise.

@reliancejio @JioCare just ported my postpaid Sim a month before to Jio from airtel. Speed is drastically down. Ur team just check net velocity app, still pathetic speed. It takes 30 minute to download app of 80-100 MB. Mobile no - 8219598795. @airtelindia was much better.

Unable to connect with #jio internet #JioFiber not working, @JioCare is completely unresponsive and designed in way to frustrate the best of attempts to register a service request. The interface just makes me run around in circles. Same for helpline number. Disgusting.
