    @JioCare Thanks Aahil. I’ve been trying to reach the technician on call but I’m unable to connect. The customer care no. transfers the call to an advisor but no one answers the call Please look into it!

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    @reliancejio @JioCare You only hire Telecallers, Artificial intellect, but you don't have enough tower and service engineer to check the network compatibility.. it's daily pain ! Our day start with frustration. We are planning to go in consumer court @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    , in my area which is Pamrauli village in Fatehpur district, UP, there has been no network all day. When the issue was raised with the senior officer of the area, Ashish Dixit, and his associates, they said the problem would not be resolved. @reliancejio @JioCare @ravish_journo

    Hi #JIO, @JioCare team, we are not sure if this tweet will reached to you but we are disappointed with your service, first we had raised request for relocation for JioAirfiber in July 2025, for which we have paid close to 1000 rs, so far nothing happened.

    @JioCare Still a poor stuff, you sent the enginner today at home. You should have all the detials.. when we need you guys didn't helped us with your support, that is why we paid you guys... now find the detials your own and close the connection..why would i help to do so
