A sales person named Murari Jha, servicing the Juhu area swiped my card and put in the wrong address for Jio Fibre. My money got deducted and the deposit has been since lying with @reliancejio That ******* never bothered to check back or initiate a refund till I did it myself.

I have gotten rid of you @VodafoneIN . I have submitted a port out request in favour of @reliancejio as I am fed up with your call drops, poorest connectivity and a host of other issues. Both me and my wife are porting out. Pl ask your operators to stop calling me.

I’ve asked to talk to the supervisor almost every time I call @reliancejio call center & the supervisor is never around to answer (that is what they claim). They schedule a “call-back” from the supervisor (5 times in my case.) but I am still waiting for that call! @TRAI

Day 6 no netwrk and Jio people says me that happens cos i travelling 😡 like really ... its better to switch to @VodafoneIN because they have the best network I ever used .. I use both netwrk but @JioCare its pathetic even my turtle is faster than their internet network

@nikhilmw @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN has become worst to pathetic. I have faced many issues finally gave up and opted for @Airtel_Presence & @reliancejio both gives better service and good connect even if you are travelling in the rural areas.

@JioCare Please tell you INCOMPETENT supervisors to receive calls or f***ing FIRE them! No one at the call center is competent enough to solve simple issues! Also list appellate authority numbers on your damn website where I can escalate complaints rather than talking to same old idiots

Hey @NokiaIndia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio I have this problem with nokia 6.1 . Previously had only Vodafone sim. All fine in calling. Then added jio sim. Since then Vodafone calls are cutting frequently. While talking it suddenly transforms into dialling another call.

The funniest thing is that the new building already has jio fiber connection, the engineers are ready to change over, but the internal processes take this much time to just raise a request. Fast internet and slow servicing shouldn’t go hand in hand! @reliancejio
