    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my fibre is not working from past 3days and i lodged complain vide SR00001H29MT and a technician Asif Ansari visited on 28th Jan but forgot to bring the wire and hence said to come today. entire day passed by and nobody turn up so far! Jio is heading where?

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    How should I disconnect and get refund amount of my jio fiber ?? The app provides a helpline number that doesn't help at all , employees at jio store gives the same number and the person who sold us the plan is now removed !! please provide suitable help @JioCare @reliancejio

    Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

    @JioCare @reliancejio first it was the mobile, now the jio fiber, every second day internet vanishes and every time the problem is from back end, with internet out for more then 12 hours how are the kids going to attend online asses and how can any one WFH. Compl no SR00001GZAN6

    I hve bought a jiofi plan whch includes ott memberships of Netflix n Prime bt unable to avail it. Tried evrythng thts on Google n jio website. The customr care agnts hv no solution. They jst tell that will send a SMS to hlp n discnnct. Nothing is being sent.@JioCare @reliancejio
