Extremely poor customer service by @HathwayBrdband. SRs closed without acknowledgement from customer; speeds are extremely slow, while charges for connectivity are promptly collected. Sales teams rudely put you off saying not their problem. @reliancejio @SDCorpOfficial

SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a complaint about Jio Fiber on 1st Nov 2022. It's been 6 days since the complaint was raise the issue still needs to be resolved. Contacted customer care but they are coming up with new resolution dates every time. 1+
