    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @reliancejio @OnePlus_IN Advisor continues...u will get call back frm supervisor, understand ur problem, apologies& regret wht it caused, will make sure this is addressed on priority, SR closed due to complete outage in ur area, will reopen the SR/new SR,interaction ID, assigd to engr, don't have mgr no.

    @reliancejio As my jio SIM card is not working so visited to jio store Hari Nagar New Delhi, store incharge ask me to show original Aadhar card for replacement of new SIM card when i told please verify Aadhar from my DigiLocker which has authorised by Indian Govt. but he is (1)

    @JioCare Every time everyone asks that where do you live, tell me mobile number, even then there is no solution, all is rubbish, only taking money, the recharge of the poor has also become expensive, only a stick in the name of network

    Dear @JioCare Sad but true that u r following the foot print of BSNL👎 in simple words u've proved to be more worst & unreliable than BSNL in too short time. When we're already trying to cope up with your SLOW SPEED issue, every 2nd day blinking RED LIGHT on the router is painful

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your complaint service says they are working on the net speed but the problem may persist. Jiocare responds only to tweets but doesn't seem to pay heed to the DMs . Now ,how am I suppose to take online classes tomorrow with Internet speed so pathetic.
