    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @JioCare This is not acceptable anymore. Today again, the network went down at 8:00 AM along with the electricity, and the service was restored only at 11:50 PM, after almost the entire day without network connectivity. This is causing serious inconvenience to the entire area.

    @JioCare Also your reply are not in line with the issue...it's just frustrating ..and seems jio support donot want to help the customer and making fool..if such is the case I will port all my 4 family connections to the airtel.

    @JioCare Are you guys even serious what should i do by schedule i have been scheduling from 2 days and no one is responding. I am going to switch my router and will also let my whole area do that cause all them are facing the issue

    @JioCare What kind of joke is this? Paying ₹3599 for “5G” and getting 27 kbps max speed for the last 5 days. The network keeps shamelessly switching back to 4G on its own. Not just me, the whole Hathkowapara, Azara area is suffering the same nonsense.

    @JioCare I have already raised this on the official platforms, why do I need to explain the same issue multiple times to get it resolved? I shouldn't be wasting so much time to get help on a service I am paying hefty money for.

    @reliancejio @JioCare from last 3 days i am facin low network speed on my jio home wifi. Trying to raise complaints but only ivr is playing This is really very pathetic service
