    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @reliancejio since last three days facing slownl internet and frequent disconnection and your team is not able to resolve it. Pls see if you can rectify it with change of device or technical solution. Else with no option to surrender the router and connection.

    Port to some other network is best solution now. How much time i wasted here, even whatsapp call are not possible smoothly. Pathetic and worst network. No complaint as u do nothing, just looting the customer and fooling them. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My jio fibre installation is on hold since long, no one is taking responsibility. Your customer care number goes busy all the time. Chat option shows phn no as invalid even whn i login with same number where u send otp. Is there anyone to care? Order no. - NO0001BXZWI2

    Nw frm past few days many channels hv stopped with error code 2004, fr which ur customer care also doesnt hav ny answer. Y did channels stop?? @JioCare @jiotvplus @reliancejio

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber internet speed is very slow. I already complained and emailed but issue still not resolved and no technician call received. Registered number: 8368804018. Please resolve urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio have jio home connection issue try to chat but all AI system no live agent avilable found unresponsive and irresponsible behaviour jio need to work on it wasted one year plan i guess

    @JioCare The issue was not resolved and the ticket was closed. What a terrible service in spite of social media escalation. I have to go ahead and cancel the subscription now
