    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    I recharged my Device in the morning and it showed successful on the jio app and am still not able to connect with the wifi .I had tried all the numbers but it's of no use and am pissed off with this hectic customer support of yours . @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima

    It's been more than 8 months..I have been complaining about internet issue (worst speed 20kbps at max) in my village(Now in town area).. But always says that it will be rectified soon.Can't wait anymore.Time to switch over to other network @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare

    @reliancejio your network coverage is very poor in village area. Mainly i m talking about Samastipur, Bihar. (Full address i ll share on further step) No signal in mobile, no internet speed, call drop.

    @reliancejio Due to mistake I placed a plan change request of 199 but jio activate plan of 399 .Please turn down my request. We have received your request to change Bill plan for Jio Number 9797127359 to Rs 399 Plan. It will be activated from 06-Jun-21.
