    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Currently facing difficulty in calling to Jio Numbers as well as in browsing Internet since yesterday. While calling to Jio Nos., Calls are disconnected after one ring and same problem persist while receiving calls. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    Jio has Wrst customer service. Jio store 10 am pe open hota h bt work start from 12pm & most of the time server down. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI For last 15 days Jio network is worst in my office & residence area. I am unable to watch my classes due to poor network. Call dropping, voice breaking is also a problem, I recharged for 3 month, will you going to extend my plan validity,

    @reliancejio worst service ever. When we try to return their router then the their person doesn't come for uninstallation. Because in return they need to refund money. Fooling people by their schemes.

    @JioCare Seriously, you should be ashamed for calling yourself a part of largest network. I have been struggling from last 6 days and no one has taken the ownership of getting it fixed. I am porting all my jio fiber and postpaid connections to some other network.

    Pathetic after sales service by Jio Fiber. Internet down since yesterday evening. No resolution of complaint till now. Been more than 20 hours. No update whatsoever. Airtel is far better @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
