    Hi @JioCare , my sim card got damaged and I need a replacement. I've visited jio care stores but as I've corrected my name in my Aadhar card, while doing eKyc step, application shows error that my current name doesn't match with customer name. 1/2

    @JioCare I will definitely terminate this connection. And file a case in consumer court after 30 september 2022 for not providing proper. Service because of approx 2 days of DATA waste and worst service and without my consent closing my complain request. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Worst customer service @JioCare to refund the old connection money and deposit they are not coming to pick up the device inspite of repeated calls and reminders . The sales person after selling the new connection has disappeared and not even receiving calls really disappointed
