    @JioCare Many times(3 to 4 times..3 to 4month before) I called ur customer care and complaint about it but there is no result . Please do the needful. Nd if u cant please tell me. I will be port my number on another network.

    @JioCare @JioCare At first, the company's data service was causing problems. Now the voice is also lost.Suppose Reliance got debt has become free. If this service is done then it will be free from the customer as well.

    @reliancejio @DelhiCapitals @RanveerOfficial From my jio number 7023165455, I complained about the network on helpline number 3 4 times, my daily net pack ends like this. Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio we have a Jio Fiber connection with an active pack and we are not using the same as we are out of station and we will not be using for more two months. Request you to please pause the active recharge of Jio Fiber connection asap. Kindly help

    @JioCare I registered complaint yesterday. They scheduled visit today at 12 Pm. Now they telling engineer will visit tommorrow. I am waiting for engineer from last 2 hours. How they can waste our time and reschedule time without any information. SR00001235HT

    @reliancejio very disappointed from ur services....There is no internet network speed....Even I can't able to search any single thing from any browser in my phone .....Due to ur very high speed internet data . Shame on ur internet speed in my place.8385933260 my number

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to connect through my JIO fiber internet. I tried to call customer care. But they are not lifting the call. What a worst experience. I am on hold from last 5 hours.

    @SamsungIndia Since 2013 I have used Galaxy Grand Quattro, J7 Prime & A50 and was happy with it. This Diwali when I bought Galaxy S21 FE 5G and since I started using, it really disappointed me for Samsung. Phone is very slow & @reliancejio 5G network is also not available on it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello I am disappointing to state that Why Jio customers are not allowed unused "Data Roll Over" facilities as on date despite full recharge?? Every day customer cannot use 1 GB data. Customer is entitled to get remaining data usage of his chosen data plan.

    The award for the worst customer service goes to @JioCare. Over a month since I requested cancellation of a Jio AirFiber connection that was never installed. Cancellation took 20 days, refund is still pending after 10+ more days. Every call: “Wait a few more days.” Pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is absolutely unacceptable. I raised a JioFiber complaint on 6th July, and it is still not resolved. I pay for the service in advance, yet my internet has remained down for days. Who is accountable for the loss of paid service days?

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, need urgent help with my Jio AirFiber Postpaid connection. I installed my connection on 10th April on a 3 Months + 1 Month Free promotional plan. Today (10th July) marks exactly 3 months.
