    @SamsungIndia Since 2013 I have used Galaxy Grand Quattro, J7 Prime & A50 and was happy with it. This Diwali when I bought Galaxy S21 FE 5G and since I started using, it really disappointed me for Samsung. Phone is very slow & @reliancejio 5G network is also not available on it.

    The worst n pathetic telecom service i have ever seen in my life @ViCustomerCare. I made mistake to port my number in VI. The current network is worst than 2G. Net suddenly stopped working. I have 4 Vi number and i will be port it soon to @JioCare @TRAI please look for it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI We have not able to access Jio fiber Net From last month,No any one reply me,Parihar Nagar Jodhpur Contact 9261749931 We have already Service Request SR00001CKN0R,but Engineer is not visit at site and ticket is closed. Jio fiber have very poor service.

    Ported from BSNL to Jio. Got a call asking OTP to verify before SIM delivery. No message said OTP is post-delivery. Then got fake "delivered" SMS. Raised complaint via customer care. Such unethical staff are ruining Jio’s image. Very disappointed. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet Even a new connection doesn't take more than 12 hours but you have taken almost more than 1.5 days to resolve an issue with existing connection.. Kudos to your team.. Looks like its time to shift to @reliancejio or @airtelindia
