This Diwali when I bought Galaxy S21 FE 5G and since I started using, it really disappointed me for Samsung. Phone is very slow & @reliancejio 5G network is also not available on it.

I would like to collect the refund for 7 days of outage plus the advance amount for my last recharge on a prorata basis as I have paid 6 months of advance.
