    @motorolaindia hey! When are you releasing latest 13 update so we can use 5G band. I've got the 12 update and started using 5G but network is so stuck. Even due to that I can't use my 4G data too. Am totally doing flight mode ON/OFF +100 times a day. My 5G network is by @JioCare

    @jiocare @reliancejio we r not getting the network since last 3 days no outgoing and incoming calls we r facing lots of issues and losses we tried spking to krishna at jio service center at kingcircle and he says that he is busy with other clients so seems rlv r not imp pls reply

    @reliancejio @JioCare how conveniently does your customer care disconnect the call saying "transferring your call to senior executive" when they cannot solve a certain issue. Call back will be appreciated to solve the issue and not exploit loyal customers.

    @satisfya_aay_ai @GoI_MeitY 4G was showing 12 to 15 mbps. So, almost 8-10 times better. But yes, 5G is expected to do better, it’s a good start for @reliancejio 5G service, they will definitely improve with time…
