@JioCare I switched from @VodafoneIN to Jio network mainly for network reasons but seems like Jio is no better than Vodafone infact I am facing more network issues on Jio. Can someone @JioCare @reliancejio pls fix the network issue else will have to switch again after 3 months.

So the @reliancejio bubble has burst spectacularly. Forget 4G, unable to get 2G speed. Outgoing & Incoming calls stop all of a sudden & we get messages hours later for missed calls. Time to say goodbye JIO. Giving cheap data is not always the answer...consumers need service too

@JioCare Yup but that’s not helpful, I would suggest if someone can come over and look into this issue and fix it permanently. I am sure it has nothing to do with my phone settings as I have already visited the store and they have personally checked all my phone settings

@reliancejio @JioCare While the social media time eats up our time the actual Jio service rescheduled the service time for yet another day. Pathetic Losers. No customer service. Jio owners can't hire proper staffs to address a normal connectivity issue. Gunda giri full on in Jio.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare your network speed in my area increasing day by day. I am a jio user from 2018 . Before i got 300-400 kb/s speed now i am getting 20/30 kb/s speed. Really wanted to break my sim and throw it to water. Contacted many times cs but speed not improved.
