    @JioCare need ur urgent intervention here- I have recharge with 666 thrice, due to some jii app issue twice refunded and 3rd time recharge process with wrong 601 pack. Connected with Cust team yesterday but the resolution was not satisfactory.

    @JioCare Internet was shut for almost half day. You should extend the number of hours in the plan. This is getting very common with jio fiber. Your company is doing injustice to customer. @Unsafecarrepair Kindly compensate

    @JioCare @reliancejio got this message more than 5 times and still receiving the same. In our endeavour to improve JioFiber services, we have planned network upgrade activity between 22-03-2022 12:00 AM to 22-03-2022 06:00 AM.

    It's so f**king annoying to keep telling every single person I live on an island with X in my network and hence I can't call you and you can't hear me even if in case your call gets connected! As always @JioCare will reply and do nothing, the same they are doing since 2 years

    @reliancejio are you aware your #DSA forcing customer to pay more on buying new connection? I bought SIM with Rs 239 recharge was forced to pay Rs 300. DSA say my service charge. Don't u pay Commission to ur DSA?

    @JioCare Wtf is wrong with that recharge reminder before 1 week of expiring of validity, when you want to make an urgent call then there’s a reminder you need to recharge as validity expiring in 3-4 days that’s just irritating when your validity still has days left. Fix it jio
