    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network gone crazy....i received at least 16 calls from different state including 2 calls from J&k. Everyone is saying that I called them but how ?? I am in a meeting with peoples and my mobile is on table, no one using the how can I make call ??

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    Jio 5g Service Net...Hahahaha. It seems to run at a speed of 2G. 5G Internet service is still not available in cities like Mumbai Metropolitan. Ambani company is fooling all Indians. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    @JioCare The visit has been rescheduled, but again no one has come to resolve the issue. The local guy just keeps on postponing the visit by mentioning various stupid reasons. Please fire, some people to make them understand that their laziness is causing harassment to people. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare Pathetic service of Jio Fiber in Vile Parle East Mumbai area. Fiber is down frequently and it takes ages to restore. Customer care gives stereo type answers and ground handlers, technicians doesn't answer calls. Reply urgently
