    @JioCare i had raised a request for e-sim via store. Today, after 21 days of form filled, visiting store 5 times, calling customer support and yet they asking to visit store again. What a service! Complaint no. MR0000LA6T17

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been faced since day 1 of postpaid connection ,more than 15days. No benefit of getting postpaid, This issue is on every location, Shouldn't have ported out from Jio @reliancejio @JioCare to Airtel, just needed postpaid so had to .. regret my decision

    @vijayshekhar The issue is Airtel. It's been trying to fool the public by stating it's the fastest network when it's clearly not. And that's part of the issue. Still no VoLTE 4g network weak in areas @JioCare is by far the best now and in a couple of years it will be perfect.

    @reliancejio @JioCare its bein almost 3 days n i stay in a prime area ner ruia college, der is NO NETWORK on my phone.. i hav bein usin jio since 3 years n never experienced such horrible network reception on my phone. Pls do check..

    @JioCare I am facing from a long time data speed is very low in my area and my village even here is stable proper a jio tower . I am not paying for 2G speed we are paying for 4 G speed and we need it , many people of our society facing this kind of problem so plz and plz solve.
