    @JioCare what kind of false commitment you make. I had switched from @Airtel_Presence and opted your postpaid service. Now after a year I am getting sms that I have to renew my amazon prime membership for Rs 999 whereas it was promised free for lifetime.

    @JioCare i cancelled my connection on 9th of November and the device picked up on the same day and i was promised that refund will be initiated with 7-14 days but i haven't got anything as refund please give my money back so tired of your service!

    @JioCare feeling very sad to say but jio is worst customer providing. I have complain about network issue on 06/10/21 still not resolve. Waiting to port my numner to any other company
