    @JioCare can you check my dm about your fiber cable hanging low infront of my property but so far you can't even open a ticket for the fix after sharing relevant information you asked. As can't move vehicle due to this I will have to cut your cable without any option left for me

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have taken an annual prepaid plan of jio but these days the jio network is really bad. The internet stops working every now and then. I have to turn on airplane mode and turn it off then the net works for some time but later it stops working. #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio My postpaid no. closed due to bill payment and the network not coming in mobile. check online and pay the 344 amount bill and ask the jio store please reactivate my no. The store person & your Jio Head donot know the process he calls mam for the same.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence 9600688018 using airtel sim more than 15 yrs.sim my mother name.i apply for ownership change on 24th. Still notyet done.they ask NOC & OTHER DOCUMENTS.I SUBMIT ALL.TDY I APPLY TOPORT to jio.very worst experience and customer service.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI So many times I request and register complaints though customer care but no baby resolve my complaint to very bad service of jio net I am your postpaid customer after that service are very bad for last 3 month .
