    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio jiofiber gets disrupted almost every alternate day in south extension 1. We have faced this issue almost around 5 times and it stops working for 48 hour. Its not working again. Extremely disappointing. No customer care support

    I think your entire team is sleeping for the last 13 days. Nothing is happening. If you hire me instead, I will work 10 times faster than your lazy team and get things done immediately. Cancel my AirFiber order right now and refund my 3143.52 rupees @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber It was done on 09/06/2026. Still after 10 days and calling jio complaint helpline number several times i have not recieved refund which was promised to me at the time of cancellation in 7 days It's a sincere request to do within today otherwise i might have to go consumer court

    @reliancejio It's not about ₹807 anymore, why give them our hard-earned money for free? It’s a fraud pattern. I know 2 others in my area with the same issue: pay money, cancellation over 'frequency issues', and no refund. This daylight robbery must stop."

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3/3 and no alternative arrangement has been made. This level of service after taking advance payment is unacceptable. Kindly escalate this matter and provide an immediate installation date or process a refund. Looking forward to a prompt resolution. #JioAirFiber #Jio

    @JioCare How soon ? Can I get a timeline like a day or a week or a year or a decade if that’s what you need to install a simple connection? If its not possible then please refund my relocation fee of ₹ 1200. I will install airtel. Their service is better.
