    @JioCare Need to raise a complain on Jio service and customer service. I had taken connection on 26Nov21 advising the agent clearly that the service should start from 01Dec’21. But they have billed me for Nov full month and have not given me the 3+1 now disconnected

    @JioCare Seems SR0000199JHJ will never get resolved. 3 times technician visited & every time they bring in repaired remote to replace my remote which never works. Does it mean that jio dont have new remote to replace my defective remote as whatever they bring, it also defective

    @JioCare It's again closed without any resolution. This is not worth any time. Just pathetic service from Jio. I should consider now switching to different ISP.
