@JioCare making payment for jio fibre in advance and you make the customer run for half of the equipment's. That's the reason people look for alternative things bcoz ur service has gone very downgraded.

I complained so many times on jio customer care but can't response from offices.I called our local jio service provider but they are also not response. My live fiber has not been working for 3 to 4 days. Service No. SR000014HJF7 B.garh. HR @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm sorry to say this, but the internet speed of Jio is one of the worst nowadays. It can't even give me consistent 200kbps speed which is BTW near to your speed limit after data exhaustion. Switching to @airtelindia. Goodbye
