  @JioCare 11 days of complete JioFiber outage. Paying ₹4,720 in advance for this level of service has to be one of my worst decisions. Jio is exceptionally efficient at collecting payments, but remarkably incapable of restoring a simple fiber connection.

  I recently initiated a port-out request from @reliancejio @JioCare due to persistent network unavailability in the Delhi circle. Shortly after, I received a call from @JioCare Customer Care, which disconnected within a few minutes due to poor connectivity. #jio123recharge

  @JioCare Your technician was supposed to visit at 12 PM but never showed up. Internet is still down and no one is responding. I lost office work because of this. Same issue again within a month. Who will compensate for my loss? Stop scripted replies and send an engineer right now

  Hello @JioCare Service engineer on visit are here and they are saying they can't provide any further support now on for my jiofibre connection with only option they have to offer " either get disconnected for future or switch to airfibre" SR:SR00002LMPTS

  Despite repeated follow-ups, I only keep receiving new appointment slots and assurances, but there is zero action on the ground. No engineer visits, no permanent solution, and no accountability. Customers who pay annually in advance deserve better support than this. @JioCare

  @JioCare my jio fibre not working from last 10 days after multiple service request and customer care calls , still there is no resolution of any kind. It seems like jio as a company is not even interested solving the issue. Service request no : SR000037HXHH
