@reliancejio My wifi has stopped working for like 10 days now...my issue hasn't been solved yet...what about these days loss I have encountered? Will I get these days extra after it gets repaired? When will my issue get resolved, after my data validity is over?

@reliancejio @JioCare help line 1800----9999, very difficult to book complaint for internet not working. Make it simple. Also on my Jio app, no button to book complaint for no internet. This button should be on main face screen. Jio is now taking 2-3 days to rectify complaint.
