    @Airtel_Presence It's more then 24hr no resolution is provided for Xtreme Fibre connection. No one calls and even you guys just type pre written messages. It's time to switch to @reliancejio . Thank you for doing. You've lost 12yr old user :).

    @JioCare i am from Chennai. I had got installed Jio Fiber 15 days bk. on 13th I placed order for STB and paid Rs.2500 through HDFC bank. I received SMS saying it will installed on 18th. Till now no body turnedup and i made several calls to Customer care but no use. my 9841001485.

    @JioCare will you please tell me how to cancel Jiofiber connection. This is not reflecting anywhere although you claim to refund full money. Your toll free number doesn't take one anywhere to cancel connection. Mail sent to you yields no response. It is really frustrating.

    @JioCare I am facing Issues since more then a week in Jio WiFi Calling from my mobile phone voice is not clear to the opposite person on call can you please rectify the issue and revert me ASAP.

    Jio IR Services are very bad... I make a wrong reacharge of 5751 INR IN ANOTHER NUMBER BY MISTAKE AND REQUEST TO RETURN INITIALLY THEY SAY AMOUNT WILL REFUND BUT NOW JIO IS SAYING NO MORE RETURN I request you all to #bycottjio and go with @VodafoneGroup #jio @reliancejio @JioCare
