@JioCare Iv been waiting since 9am . This is ridiculous. Absolute unprofessional behaviour. You expect me to stay at home on a Sunday and not go anywhere else while waiting for your busy technicians? Looks like you are the only busy people . Is this how issues are resolved at Jio? SHAME !

Firstly I tried to get my jio fiber issue sorted with customer support no response from your team and I started tweeting it here then also no response @JioCare now I have start the process of changing service provider that may help me

@JioCare Very annoying information, through jio app, text message and before call as well, never like it and have complained several times about; but unfortunately not resolved; because you don't have solution.

@JioCare Then my issue should have been resolved..when that is not happening, how could I believe in your service.. info from local team vs customer service is different and there is no coordination at all. Definitely no coordination between sales and service...
