    Disappointing support T&C even if we tell them Red Light blinking after 10-12 reboote, they still want you to do 3-5 min exercise b4 technician visit, later after schedule confirmation for morning 10AM-11 AM its changed to 9 pm to 10 pm in TIER2 cities ? @JioCare

    @JioCare what’s wrong with ur company? forced people to take internet connection at home and now when switched there is no proper service. Its been 4 days net is not working and service Staff is rude to senior citizen and not ready to inform or fix the issue @reliancejio

    @JioCare unacceptable service No internet for 3 days. Complained Aug 10, ticket issued, and an engineer visit was promised for the same day. Since then, you keep repeatedly delaying and changing the date and resolved today. Ticket ID: [Sr00003DQ707] #JioFiber #JioDown @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been the case from day 1 without even assigning an engineer how the issue will be resolved, I have been hearing the same news from yesterday. Need internet issue to be fixed asap

    @reliancejio We called many times on JIO Fiber Complaint but all efforts are futile. Please resolve this issue immediately and extend the OTT days lost due to JIO. Track status from +91-7935807977 & SR00003DECUJ. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi Shrada, I just want to correct your statement. No engineer has visited my location and the issue is there for the past 4 days. If this continues, I will have no option other than terminate @jio_fiber service. Thanks.
