@JioCare Where my village is located there is no nearby Jio Network Tower, so we face very poor network connectivity. I think one Jio Network Tower must be in my village. So please look into the matter.

@JioCare @TRAI Jio has poor coverage at our location from last 4 years. On every mail and call jio says that they are working so hard to improve it . They simply know to cheat customer. Users of jio can't make calls and browse internet in this locality.

Worst service by jio. If you can't provide 5G indoor then why are you promise us? Just Worsssst. I have to call the jio in 3 to 4 time in a week, on Friday, they said that your issue will resolve in 48 hours, and it's 72 hours. But not. #jio #jio5g #worst @reliancejio @JioCare

I paid for the jio fibre installation at my house in Jaipur on 17 Feb and today is 27 Feb (10 days) and I have been following up everyday and still no response from @reliancejio. @JioCare told me to wait till 5th March. This is not I accepted from Jio. Please help.
