    @JioCare is this a joke going on … I am complaining away and every time a new technician coming and blaming the old one…. Not resolving my issue… guys please stay away from Jio fibre very unprofessional… stick to local providers who give better service

    @reliancejio your internet service is getting worse day by day. It's working like 2G now days though you claim to provide 4G. Pls improve service otherwise you will loose customer like Airtel.

    @reliancejio just on-boarded to Jio fiber last Saturday and within 2 days your router started playing up and now do not want to broadcast wireless (mainly 2.4ghz). can't handle such issues in long term. would prefer @airtelindia if they have service around.

    @JioCare I booked Jio fibre connection as on 1st May-21 but till the date Jio fibre not installed in my home. They took money on booking date but not providing services. Very bad experience.....
