    @JioCare Thank you I just hope you reach out soon as I was promised that you guys would come home to check the network as we all are working from home. And we have continuously calls and conference meetings. Your network is just getting worse ..It would be nice if you guys come & rectify

    @DoT_India Sir, in few days we are go in 5G, but now a days in 4G user get internet speed 2 MPBS. Sir service provider must Bound to give minimum internet speed as you give guide lines, no excuse many users there for speed is low @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @KumarNavin82 On Sunday we had. Jiofi issue, a person comes to check it calls me and runs away and this issue is unsolved still pending and not one damn call to give me an explanation out companies run on you service if you can’t give us service wel happily change

    @JioCare absolutely third rate customer service. Blocked my number even though payments are made and now their rep is blaming why we’ve made payments through 3rd party wallets and Jio Pay. Astonishing to see how such poorly customers are treated

    I've dealt with some shady ISPs over the years but none of them come even close to @reliancejio in terms of both inability to keep their network running and the infuriatingly useless customer support. And I once used an ISP with a total employee count of two.

    Respected @MukeshAmbanima Sir, My home is in Sirmala Beel vill in Nagaon dist of Assam.For the last 2 years, my vill has ben in big trouble due to very poor network coverage in the area and regarding this we have complaint to the manager of the head branch of nagaon-@JioCare
