    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Intermittent connection loss!! I am done now take some effort to investigate open the ticket listen to what your representative has advised & then let me know on what grounds you have closed the ticket without providing resolution and none of you jerks making an effort to call me

    @JioCare This is not a temporary issue; it is a permanent one. It has been 20 days—and in those 20 days, your "temporary problem" still hasn't been resolved. You have only one excuse: that it is a temporary problem. There is absolutely no network connectivity.

    @JioCare @reliancejio MY PROBLEM IS NOT YET FIXED!!!! WHATS HAPPENING??? YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND TECHNICIANS ARE USELESS. THEY JUST WRITE RESOLVED WHEN PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED.

    @JioCare It appears that the nearby tower dg isn't in running condition due to personal issues at neighbours. Can you tell us what is the next best course of action from your end to enable the tower back-up? We are suffering from the last month or so we want to know the ETA.
