  @JioCare Yup but that’s not helpful, I would suggest if someone can come over and look into this issue and fix it permanently. I am sure it has nothing to do with my phone settings as I have already visited the store and they have personally checked all my phone settings

  So the @reliancejio bubble has burst spectacularly. Forget 4G, unable to get 2G speed. Outgoing & Incoming calls stop all of a sudden & we get messages hours later for missed calls. Time to say goodbye JIO. Giving cheap data is not always the answer...consumers need service too

  @rksiwach96 @ShikharDogra @JioCare @HafizurRahmab But still they are upgrading tower meanwhile jio is giving high amounts of data like 1.5 gb 2gb 3gb etc etc but it’s useless if network works like 2g while airtel gives real 4g speed but plans are bit expensive but still better than JIO

  @JioCare As usual Jio service Engineer did not show up on time. And called after I left home to check if the issue is resolved. SR000032EIA7 I went learned how to and fixed the issue myself. My ask here is for Jio to compensate for no service for 20 days and lack of support

  @JioCare Had again given a revised timeline of engineer visit 1500-1600 IST Today, No one has called or visited the premises. @reliancejio @DoT_India The issue has been pending since 31.03.26 morning and keeps on getting new timeline but no internet services.

  @JioCare Also once I received My jio app access otp at 8 PM and my daily data of 2 gb was exhausted by 11:40 pm and a 19 rupees recharge was done from outside source. That means someone has access to my jio of mine account too. Where as I am sure the phone is never shared

  @jio_fiber Worst service ever. Internet is down 10th time in last 3 months. Also this time they have not assigned any engineer or executive to my complain even though its been 30 hours since i registered my complaint. Would not reccomend anyone to buy their service!!!! @jio_fiber @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio Service in Ajmer is a joke. Internet down for 5 days. Engineers visit, take a video of my house from outside, and leave without fixing it! Worst part? My state escalation ticket was fraudulently marked as "Resolved" today with zero work done. 1/2
