Previus one raised on 13th was fixed on 16th. This is Highly DISAPPOINTING and such PATHETIC service is UNACCEPTABLE.

The customer care agent told us it was an issue of a faulty adapter and further told US to buy it from the market and replace it. This is not the kind of service we pay for. Please look into it

Speeds are worst than the ₹.999 pack which I had for 2 months. 1.59 gb at a point of time showed download time of 2 hrs 22 mins, with 1 gbps plan !! @JioCare @reliancejio
