    @JioCare Intermittent connection loss!! I am done now take some effort to investigate open the ticket listen to what your representative has advised & then let me know on what grounds you have closed the ticket without providing resolution and none of you jerks making an effort to call me

    @JioCare one thing is for sure will never port to @reliancejio as their executive couldn't call in more than 5 days. It's their 5g service

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

    @JioCare @reliancejio Engineer not visiting for the case registered for #jio box power issues.yesterday app was showing engineer visit scheduled even today morning also showed same and it is showing on hold now.Noone is bothered to inform why visits are rescheduled/kept on hold

    @JioCare Worst customer service exper. Agent Sulekha failed to provide any resolution, and the assigned engineer never called or visited but falsely updated the complaint as "Customer Not Available." I see no reason to stay with Jio. Planning to port to Airtel. #JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio the internet problem is unbearable. The network is too bad that we can't even receive whatsapp messages. And as usual to pay shopkeepers we are asking for hotspot. This is getting embarrassing now. The only option is to PORT out.

    @JioCare I installed jioFiber less than a month ago. It was all working fine till yesterday 10.30AM. Its been more than 24 hours now, the internet is not working. Have raised two ticket and one feedback complaint. Till now no one seems to care. Pathetic service. #jiocare @TRAI

    @JioCare Your team closes complaints without fixing the issue. I am paying for a service that is not working. This has affected my work and business. Based on my experience, this has been the worst internet service and support I have experienced. Please provide a real solution.
