    @reliancejio @JioCare i have changed my sim to esim , all process is done its been over a week ESIM verification is also done, but still i am getting automated calls about verification 5 times everyday , please stop it or ill change it to another service provider it’s irritating.

    Dear @DoT_India even though I am complaining regarding my Jio postpaid connection issue, no is bothered from @JioCare to resolve the same. I was told that the issue will get resolved by 25th but still no resolution. What's the use of customer service? @ConsumerCourt_

    Hey @JioCare ! We haven’t had internet for the last 2 days in Our building. The customer care has no clue when someone will come and fix it. Internet issues are usually sorted in a few hours and this has been going on for more than 48 hrs. Can someone look into this? #urgent

    @JioCare @TRAI @ConsumerCourt_ It has been an hour and still Jio customer care people has kept phone on hold. Is someone going to act on this or not? Vodafone Idea has much better customer service than Jio Postpaid. It seems I did a mistake by porting!

    Today #JioFiber and #JioMobile both had a downtime in my area... no internet since 2:30 pm... Same thing happened on 4th August also... That's 2 days in single month... Time to replace one of them... @JioCare what's your opinion... Which service should I discontinue?

    @reliancejio I was put on hold, and my call was disconnected multiple times due to agents not knowing basic English language. No one has patience to even listen to a customer's issues. The whole process was frustrating. It really requires agents to know basic language.
