    @JioCare I have recharged on 2nd December for plan 395 but my 5g unlimited data is not working nor showing up on the app. I was using the 5g unlimited on the earlier plan which was the same ₹395. Tried calling on customer service but to my was unable to get any resolve.

    @JioCare whats wrong with jio network from last few days I got updated with 5g network in Mumbai Churchgate and later on the network is too volatile and I have been facing network issue and what 5g is this with no speed please look into the matter!

    @JioCare The representative is suggesting me to check the sim in another handset.But the same sim in the same handset is working fast under the regular plan or data booster then why is it being slow when I use data out of the redeemed voucher..

    @JioCare Have a good service team for your jio fiber. Even after selecting such a high pack , there is no response from your service team Have called more than 6 times to your toll free number and they only say the engineer will visit soon Such a high premium for such service
