@JioCare Fiber connection has been out for more than 6 hours now. When I contacted your support team via Jio app chat, I was told the issue in my area would be resolved by 9:15 PM. The internet is still disconnected.

If I had the power to lock Jio, I would definitely lock it because I have been calling Jio for the last 3 to 4 years and asking them to improve Jio internet, but they have not been able to fix it till date, whereas now Jio has also launched 5G, But server 👎👎💩 @JioCare #badjio
