    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @JioCare Intermittent connection loss!! I am done now take some effort to investigate open the ticket listen to what your representative has advised & then let me know on what grounds you have closed the ticket without providing resolution and none of you jerks making an effort to call me

    @kanth_mayur The system doesn't work. I m in NCR for a short period & wanted to install jio fiber net . There was no port available; I have to now rely on Jio air fiber, which is typically meant for remote villages , jungles, mountains . Such is situation of Delhi NCR. @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I have lodged a complaint for non availability of internet since 8th June 26.U r team instead of resolving the issue buying time and close the complaint number without resolve it. After reopening the complain again I have assigned with a new date.

    @reliancejio @JioCare only asks customers to DM their number And address Never provides a real solution. In my experience, it's currently one of the worst network operators in India Poor service, false promises and no value for customers @airtelindia network is 100x better

    Jio network disconnect again This is the problem every day. As soon as the power goes out, the Jio tower in the area is also shut down. The network disappears completely, the internet shuts down and calls are not even made. Today it is the same again. After all, when people are paying full recharge money, why such a bad service? Is it normal to close the tower as soon as the power is cut? In today's time, the network has become not just a need for entertainment but also for studies, online work, banking, OTP, emergency calls and everyday. But people here are facing a lot of problems every day. The biggest thing is that this is not a one-day problem, but it has become a daily drama. It seems that the correct backup has not been kept in the tower. If the tower is closed as soon as the electricity goes out, then what is the use of having such a big company? Please pay attention to this problem immediately. The concerned team should inspect the tower in the area and find a permanent solution so that people do not have to face this problem again and again. People are upset. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Dear Jio Customer Care Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding overcharging during SIM replacement at Sangipur Jio Store. Customer Name: Shiv Shankar Giri Jio Number: 9616637001 Before SIM replacement, I contacted Jio Customer Care and was informed that the charge for SIM replacement was ₹123 only. However, during the SIM replacement process at Sangipur Jio Store, I was charged 470 through UPI. When I later asked for a refund of the excess amount and requested a receipt/invoice for the payment, my request was refused. No receipt was provided to me. At present, I have the UPI payment screenshot as proof, which is attached with this email. I request Jio to: Verify the authorized SIM replacement charges applicable to my case. Verify the authorized SIM replacement charges applicable to my case. Provide the receipt/invoice for the amount collected. Refund any excess amount charged beyond the authorized fee. Investigate the conduct of the concerned retailer/ store. Provide me with a complaint/reference number. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be constrained to escalate the matter before the Consumer Grievance authorities and other appropriate legal forums.
