@JioCare I have dm the details.. I am trying to call since Sunday Monday customer care answered but engineer visit gets scheduled and cancelled.. If you can't solve in 24 hours don't claim that we can resolve in 24 hours..

@JioCare complained on 3rd June for Jio fibre landline not working.Complaint is still not attended and request is showing as closed on the Jio fibre app. What nonsense is this?Is this the kind of service Jio provides and fools it's customers?

I did my recharge with my airtel thanks app n amount got deducted but i am not able to make any calls. Customer care told me it's a known issue. It's better i did my recharge with jio😒.Thank you Airtel for not letting me wishing New year to my loved ones. @airtelindia @JioCare
