    @reliancejio @JioCare Bakwas Network for Postpaid network. there are lot of issues with your network. many times my customers are unable to contact me. i usually gets sms days that these persons are tried to reach you. Escalation required, i already requested for PORT #BanJio.

    @JioCare its been more then a year i am not getting my jio fiber connection its 16 stories Buldng and everyone are interested.every time i get fake hopes from your side that it will be done in next month but that month never comes if i am not getting

    @JioCare I also want to know that why my complaints was not attended and why my internet connection couldn't b restart. Wht was the problem that the company could not help me out. Why was i told to cancel the connection from jio person. Very poor service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i want to cancel my jio fibre connection. Since 29th may i dont have internet connection made more than 15 complaints, but no one came to attend single complaint. Very bad and poor service.

    @JioCare when you call Customer service the agent puts you on indefinite hold or silent mute. Also contacting the installation person is harrowing. Jio feels like all talk and no service/help/action. Hlp if you care about your customers.

    I just have one SIM, and this is the 3rd complaint I have raised abt promotional calls. Every time @JioCare has failed to take an action. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @reliancejio @JioCarey jio phone has full network on my phone still most of the times my phone shows switched off when called. Almost 80% of the times for past 1 month or so. Please look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare your fibre network is down since last 2 days.. this is a second outage in last 6 months. What’s going on guys? How do you expect us to work? This is the most ridiculous thing. Outage stays for 2days+

    @JioCare With a sense of joy and expectations of a great service I joined JioFiber on 25/06/2021. Since I joined Jio family from past two days life is become a living hell. Not internet service from day two of installation and customers service agents are pathetic.

    Increasing use of bots by companies, eg @JioCare and @Flipkart has helped keep costs low of connecting with customers. But it has increased customer frustration of not being able to resolve simple issues. Given abundance of low cost labour, pity that more staff are not hired.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i had applied for cancellation of my jio fibre connection 5 days back but no one has come to collect the device yet.Same like no one had come to attend my complaint.I had recharge my device on 27th may and then there was no connection from 29th may till date

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence cant dial Customer care number of ICICI General Insurance 1860 266 77 66 from Airtel number while same number can be connected by another JIO number . Request your to dial and check from your end as well . @reliancejio Jio rocks Airtel sucks .

    @reliancejio just to add on, we were told that the wires will be concealed and will go through the ground. But this certainly is not the case and your technicians despite repeated calls are not coming to solve this issue. Highly irresponsible..

    My uncle is a Vodafone customer, he wants to transfer the number to Geo, I go to Geo store in my local area, I see the Aadhaar card of DIGI Locker and they say it is not a government app and they use it very badly. @JioCare

    @JioCare Ignoring it is not the solution you should give because it is not an sms. So stop the voice announcement immediately. If Vodafone can, so can jio. Else forget recharging, I'll just port out to another TSP.

    @JioCare How much time? Till I get old or get restricted from my Job because of our shity service.? Your service is really disgraceful and worst of all.if you cant make this issue resolved by today. Please take it as formal request to discontinue #JioFiber service from next month.
