@JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio whenever I call anybody I got to listen 'please recharge' but my plan will expire after 4days so why should I worry now?Why should I listen now. When I call anyone in emergency first I have to listen to it, then the ring starts. Waste of time and irritating.

@JioCare I am hearing the same reply since yesterday, can you tell me at what time engineer will visit. Whats the point if there is no urgency to resolve issue. my whole building is facing outage problem.
