    @JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

    @JioCare In my location Jio tower is just 200mt away from my home but due to heavy users 4g internet works as 2g.Upgrade your network first,i continue complain about it but no action taken by company from last 1year.3rd class useless services of jio

    @JioCare 9331113330 this is my mdn and i want esim for my iPhone 11 pro max and you don't have a system like airtel..in airtel we get esim very easily just with message..but in your company customer have to visit the jio stores and i went two time but they very easily ignored my issue
