    @JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

    @dijendraray Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    I have cancelled my jio fibre connection on 3 Sep. It was scheduled to pick up on 5 Sep. But till date it is not picked up. I hav complained abt dis issue many times but still d issue is not resolved. Pathetic service from jio. U are harassing customers @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have sent you details on DM as well as tweeted 2-3 times about my issue of my money not refunded for Jio Fibernet ,even after device pickup on 1st October ,it has been 28 days,but no resolution from your team.

    @AtkareSujay They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @reliancejio hi looks like ur jio sim home delivery scheme is fake, cos I have applied for it many times but no one came at my address yet @JioCare your dealers asks for OTP without sim delivery, this means dealers are fake too wow what a service?
