    @JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

    @JioCare i have recharged my mothers jio number with yearly plan. From date of recharge its been 2 months and there is literally no network for jio. Expecting quick action. @reliancejio @jio_money

    @JioCare Issue persist on any incoming or outgoing number. At the same time there is no issue with my another Airtel number. My problem is that I have annually prepaid in advance for Rs 4197 on my Jio number and I am not getting the services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Folks dont go for JioFibernet it works alrite bt whn it comes 2 support n cust service it is worst than any other local service provider i m repenting switching over 2 Jio 4m a local service provide they were atleast responsive 2 queries JIO's MOUTH IS SHUT

    @JioCare Dear jio, launching 5G service with Bsnl level customer care with speed less than 2G. I have a simple concern but yet no proper response. It must be outsourced as different executives have different understanding..देश का नाम खुब रोशन करेंगे.. I can only hope..rest?

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing issues with finer speed. Not able to get through to Customer Service after waiting for 20 mins. No resolution or change even after recharges to increase speed.
