  @JioCare Already did it. It's not a resolution problem. Most OTT apps are working fine. @DisneyPlusHS and @PrimeVideoIN have these lines not on their main menu but whenever I play a video. Can this be a codec issue?

  @JioCare Resolution time is totally unknown because of -> there is no direct connect with customer care. Please make availability of customer care support to understand the issue/problem of customer.
