Parva Vashi (@parva_vashi) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps saying the tower is overloaded and the nearest 5G tower is too far away even though I was promised excellent 5G connectivity when I got AirFiber. Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

If 1 min exceed you stopping the services. But if we cancel the any of service taking more than a week for refund. Is this fair?
