Let's talk about how @JioCare works. We have changed our house, had to surrender the old Jio connection and take a new one. The customer care said, once we deposit the old instruments, we can get refund of security deposit & hv the landline number transferred. Begins the ordeal.

@JioCare Shame on you guys. It's been more than a week since I raised the issue about network coverage and data speed at 505301 location and no action has been taken by you. Is this the SLA your providing to your customers??
