    @JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

    @JioCare i have recharged my mothers jio number with yearly plan. From date of recharge its been 2 months and there is literally no network for jio. Expecting quick action. @reliancejio @jio_money

    I have contacted Reliance Digital, Chrompet and Enterprise support, Customer support. They are not helping me with this issue. I have sent mail regarding this issue. They are not responding. This is my half month salary.  @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare : i told her to go again and ask for the bill but she was again denied and was asked to keep the box safely for any warranty issues....please look into this unethical practice so that innpcents are not looted by your staff....

    Team @JioCare I m expecting ur techncian from morning. When is he supposed to come? Such negligence was not expected from @reliancejio I Booked the morning 9 to 10 AM Slot for Jiofibre service but it's 6 pm and no one has arrived yet.

    @JioCare log the complaint on 29th Nov, multiple times followed up with CC team but no luck...never faced such poor response in last 2.5 yrs.
