    @JioCare i have recharged my mothers jio number with yearly plan. From date of recharge its been 2 months and there is literally no network for jio. Expecting quick action. @reliancejio @jio_money

    @JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is not handset problem plz be little serious issue in whole area very low network strength. SRN NO.SR00002YMC57 given by jio look status of this no. This issue is pending since January plz check status of this issue before replying this require action on site .

    @JM_Scindia After several complaints @JioCare is still not resolving network issue even if I have proper monthly recharge. Plz do take some action. Since last week I have made several complaints and via calls also but still no action. My recharge is get wasted.
