    Sch an incompetency frm a renowned service provider lke @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. No activeness at technical team to resolve the issue. Been already more than 24hrs i have raised a complaint still no resolution. @JioCare is far better in addressing technical issues promptly

    The ground staff at @JioCare for jiofiber is total fraud. Everyone says different things. I wanted to relocate but this fraud insisted me to take a new connection and said he will cancel the existing connection. Now, customer care says ground staff has no authority to cancel.

    @reliancejio @TheDigiboxx Both the transaction amount got debited I called jio customer to check on this post 48 hours. They told me to contact my bank.. I did the same bank informed me that both the amount has been credited to jio they gave me RRN no Jio is not ready to accept that thy have receivedmoney

    @reliancejio I am sufferings very very slow internet speed from last 6 months i was complaints many time but received answer from your customer care only our network team working on this can you please help me to let the know when internet Speed will be good. @JioCare
