@JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

@JioCare I have a plan of 150 mbps , speed is coming of 1 mbps (your own app says it). Filed a complaint SR000013WX1H on January 31 , service engineer didn't visited to fix it and marked it closed , again raised it on 7th feb and till now he hasn't visited to fix it & closed it.

@JioCare facing problems in all websites Sir. The problem lies in your network and not on those websites. please do something. My Data plan subscription which costed lots of money is going to waste because of Jio's Ultra slow speed.

@JioCare You can't resolve customer's issue&so you just playing with customers asking personal info.instead of trying2understand the simple issue which described in simple english language above.I won't share personal no. as the issue not dependent on individual no. instead with jio phone
