    @JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

    We're currently experiencing jio fiber issue and the internet is not working since 2 days. We also tried to mail you but there's no response from your end . Your services are very poor . Please look into the matter and fix it asap @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio still your engineer not come for INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box is scheduled on 28-02-2022 : 16:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after INSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer.

    Very unprofessional and irresponsible approach by jio... Internet is not working from yesterday..Registered the complained.. but no one is coming on due time and date... After every few hrs getting msgs of rescheduling the visit... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre very unprofessional and irresponsible approach by jiocare... My jio fiber internet is not working from yesterday.. after calling customer care they send several time schuleds but no one is coming on due date and time...
