@JioCare for last 2 3 months Jio connectivity in my town is very poor. No network at all. I have recharged 2 numbers used by family members with 1 year plan. Expecting quick resolve or refund. @reliancejio

My office work is badly affected by your worst services. I don't know how many days or weeks you need to fix the internet issues. @reliancejio @reliancegroup I would not suggest anyone to use @jio_fiber who are doing WFH as there is no customer services post connection. (2/2)
