I never recharged from last one year or so, but Jio says they won't delete because nos. are valid. If you ask whats the expiry, they don't know.

    Worst experience @JioCare My wifi has not been working since yesterday afternoon, earliest slot for service I could book was today 12 PM, an engineer was assigned but exactly at 12 it automatically got rescheduled to tomorrow 4:30 PM, how am I supposed to work without the wifi?
