    Hi Everyone, I'm living in Mohali. Nowadays, looking the internet issue from last 2weeks. When jio has started 5G network in Chandigarh. Internet speed is too bad it's working like 2G. #jio5g #jio_network_down #jio @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani: My Internet is not working since ystrday and all i am getting a response : Extive will cm dnt knw when. CS team does not know anything ,No esclation matrix ,No contact of concern person or engineer. After sales customer service is most important thing.

    Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

    I have a number of JIO and I received a message from JIO for special offer (699Rs) regards the Calling and I internet. But when I recharged then didn't not received any plan then customer care guide me wrong and asked for more recharge. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio #jio
