    @JioCare I’ve been using jio for a while and been a loyal customer to jio but as reward jio is providing me unstable internet connection , i am not even able to load my instagrm feed. Hope you fix this problem soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Mobile internet is not working properly since 17-Sep afternoon in Sector 79, Mohali, S.A.S Nagar, Punjab. The signal seems very weak with only 2 bars instead of usual 4 bars. Can you please get this checked on priority pls and get this fixed.

    @JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

    Hi @airtelindia Broadband team, This is regarding Complaint: 10094412751 for frequent Internet disconnection raised on 27.10 but till now it's not being resolved. Let me know If i have to switch to other connection who can have better technical team @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Look Bhargavi, I am having this problem at multiple locations, I complained so many times but everyone is asking me to switch on/off, SIM eject/insert. I am literally fed up. I can say with conviction that you must be using @reliancejio at ur own.

    @dilipjaviya @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @jio_money I am requesting these people since last 3 months to delete 02 jio nos. issued against my aadhar, moreover not in use since one year. I never recharged from last one year or so, but Jio says they won't delete because nos. are valid. If you ask whats the expiry, they don't know.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare How one teleco company can retain the money charged for recharge wherein no recharge was done by them. Struggling to get the refund for last 4 days. Morover i had to pay Rs. 444 extra for recharge over and above Rs. 399 already paid by me. Help me Jio

    @JioCare Your support team is pathetic and not trained at all to resolve customers queries. They just kick the ball here and there. If you resolve this issue, then the other support engineers are incompetent to be in your team.
