    @JioCare Gigafiber internet is not wrkng since yest. I registerd a complaint SR00000YPLMD and the tech said its a backend issue and will be resolved by 2day. I called support 2day and got to know that issue was marked as resolved w/o even confirming while it is still not resolved

    Hi @airtelindia Broadband team, This is regarding Complaint: 10094412751 for frequent Internet disconnection raised on 27.10 but till now it's not being resolved. Let me know If i have to switch to other connection who can have better technical team @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare Order ID: NO0001DM32TS. ₹2,221 was collected on 16 May, but the WiFi was never installed. I received a refund message on 22 May, yet now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a refund. This is blatant negligence and poor service. Refund my money immediately.

    @JioCare Simply reopening the service request does not resolve the issue. I need a clear explanation of why the installation has been delayed and a confirmed timeline for completion.If the required materials are unavailable, please be transparent about it instead of repeatedly sending(1/2
