MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

@JioCare After 4 days nobody has come to resolve Internet issue. Why should we pay if jio is failing to provide Internet. More than 50 users already ported their no And of problem not resolved in 1-2 days all jio users will port their no. Including me. So pls do something urgently.
