    @JioCare Am using it in jiofi set itself, if I use it in handset network coverage isn't available at all.

    @JioCare Hardly 12 kms from kunigal to my present location where am tweeting from where I was getting proper network connection through #jiofi from @JioCare 15 days back but they have totaly pulled back proper service to my #jionumber

    @JioCare @TRAI I am very upset. In Jio postpaid, they add Rs 5.90 extra to the bill. Because they imposed ISD SMS charge on one Indian number. I complained on the customer number since 3 days. Written on X. But Jio team is afraid to give proof as to how they charged this ISD SMS

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had clearly told you that the problem is from the technical team's side, yet today you appointed an engineer. He came an hour ago, checked everything, and confirmed that the installation and hardware are perfectly fine. I was with him the entire time.

    @JioCare Part 1/2 @JioCare Still no SIM delivered. Booked on 11 Apr 2026 with a 48-hour delivery promise. Multiple complaints raised, and Jio picked up the complaint 5 days ago, but still no update or resolution.

    @JioCare Speed has dropped further to 1.2 Mbps on 5G (screenshot attached). This is completely unacceptable. All apps and websites are not working properly. This is clearly a network issue in my area (Balijori, Jharsuguda, Odisha 768202). Please stop asking generic questions and

    @JioCare The issue I raised took over 2.5 days to be resolved, the significant mental stress, loss of productive time, and energy I was forced to endure as a paying customer cannot simply be overlooked.
