    @JioCare Hardly 12 kms from kunigal to my present location where am tweeting from where I was getting proper network connection through #jiofi from @JioCare 15 days back but they have totaly pulled back proper service to my #jionumber

    @JioCare Am using it in jiofi set itself, if I use it in handset network coverage isn't available at all.

    It seems @JioCare has replied just for the sake of formality, as they have done many times before. A standard response means little when the actual issue remains unresolved. Customers need solutions, not copy-paste replies. @TRAI @khurpenchh

    It's been 5 days since my JioFiber stopped working. Despite registering a complaint, no engineer has visited and my connection is still down. Complaint No.: SR00003AM6J5 Very disappointing service. Please resolve this immediately. @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , I bought a new Jio SIM, but when I logged into @JioHotstar it showed another person's profile and watch history. Also, this new number is already linked to someone else's Instagram account. This is a serious privacy issue.

    @JioCare X {799 was debited from my bank account on 18 May 2026 for a Jio prepaid recharge, but the recharge was never activated and does not appear in my recharge history.

    @JioCare I have raised request to resolve my JioFiber issue, called customer care around 10-15 times every time they say we will do it but no resolution yet. Even have put my request on hold without any solution.

    Pure arrogance & zero accountability from @JioCare 9th day without Internet. Prepaid Internet for a year, no technicians have come in despite the scheduled visits. Your customer service is shite. Couple of numbers shared, when called, they said- dusra internet lagva lo.

    Dear @JioCare your network quality is very poor in my area. 5G is almost never available, so my daily 2 GB of 4G data gets exhausted quickly. Please improve your network or provide additional 4G data . Otherwise, I'll have to port my number to another network.
