    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I am from Hajipur city, Bihar. Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.

    Hey @JioCare from past two my jiofiber is not working though i have raised the complainant there is no solution from technical team. Complainant was raised on January 9. Otherwise i have to take further action.

    @JioCare I have few requests which customer care was not able to consider. Jio customer care has Limited support if they don't have documted solution they will not consider request. It would be better to have feature request or escalation to make experience better.

    I get Airtel bad network dauly and sometimes suddenly the network will shut down for a 15 to 20 minutes and I can't get proper network my Airtel number 8657253188 if you can't resolve this then I will port my number to jio @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio is a worst service provider I say. No matter how many times I told the Jio service center to the customer care that the fiber is not working since last four days, no one is responding. So I am telling you that jio service is very worst and do not recommend it
