    Poor service from @reliancejio! I booked a new JioAirFiber connection on 17th August, but still no one has turned up for installation. There is no direct customer care number to speak with an executive.Please resolve this and install it ASAP! @JioCare #JioAirFiber

    1/4 15+ days. KYC completed. Installation fee paid. Then I was told my area has reached its “installation limit” and Jio AirFiber cannot be installed I complained to Jio Customer Care 3 days ago. I was assured that installation would be done. Still waiting. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare despite multiple complaints online off-line and on social media, no network resolution given in Domalguda area, Hyderabad 500069. No network in the area and no response from the company. Our plans are getting waste.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I ordered Jio Fiber. The installation has been completed. I was told that it would be activated within 24 hours. 48 hours have passed, but I have still not received any response. Despite filing a complaint, no resolution has been provided so far.
