    We installed jio fiber sales manager said it is free for two months but we used only one month after that it show recharge then we recharge and again showed recharge when we complaint lot of times then someone came and fix but he changed our password @reliancegroup @JioCare @Jio

    @JioCare I am from West Bengal, current location 743423, I am facing a problem of slow 4G internet speed as well as poor network shows up to 100kb/s, and problem increases after evening.

    @reliancejio @TRAI why i am not able to call through my existing topup balance in my account. There is available balance in my reliencejio account, but it says i have to take monthly plan for any services. Even in their Low cost plans it provides calling but not message service

    I am using Airtel, Vi & Jio also, but now I am thinking to switch back on BSNL. Because they all are just increasing their plans & no one is taking responsibility to provide better network. Sometimes I can't even send WhatsApp messages. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare Just piling on enormous bills. When asked for explanation, customer care executives have no clue. Have been trying for more than a month now. NOBODY KNOWS!! Hence bills are overdue. I will not pay a single pennny until I get the clarification of what I'm paying for.
