@JioCare @kamal11461152 Same happened with me they just Reply no new site planning from @reliancejio in your area we share feedback with the team so they indirectly say that they can't do anything in network complaint but they take complaints every time and close with the same remark

@reliancejio internet speed is so bad that I am using #VI to tweet this. Last 2-3 months I am really struggling with Jio. Call drops, no internet service or very slow internet. They ruined telecom market by giving it free and now they are not able to keep up the service

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I have been trying to port from VI to JIO for a family postpaid plan..but your representative so egoistic and anti customer..they are saying they can't provide doorstep delivery for postpaid.They are not saying me which store to visit also to get it done

Most useless customer service is of jio fibre. Complaint numbers don't work. Chat are all AI( No problem solving). Field Engineers are always busy. How will they retain customer in competitive market. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

@reliancejio My mother has visited reliance jio store in Antophill today at 12:50 pm the store boy was very rude as the store kept close due to system issue.the way the boy Raju has speak with my mother was rude,back answering please kindly take the necessary action against him
