@JioCare Quite disheartened with the jio fiber in Delhi. service request, apprising customer care on tele and mails nothing works. internet connection installed on 17 Sep 21 goes off on 18 Sep..48 hrs gone, no response.hope somebody will act to keep the promising services for WFH

Hi Everyone, Pls don't opt for Jio Fiber Settop Box, they sell very poor quality products!! @reliancejio @JioCare . Remote control stopped working with in 6 months of usage and they don't even try to repair. Instead they force you to buy the new remote Appellate also useless
