    @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare Received the call from your back office, she did not say anything new. I am supposed to pay my bill within 5 days of generation, but your service engineer takes his own sweet time! Every 7 days my internet conks off

    Very disappointed with @JioCare. My AirFiber has had a red blinking light since morning and the internet has been completely down. I rely on this connection for my daily work and it's causing a lot of inconvenience. Kindly resolve it immediately.

    @JioCare needs to spruce up its 4g services too, for customers using 4g device @reliancejio . Or low signal strength to frustrate users to adopt 5g ?

    I purchased a premium @SonyLIV subscription on JioFiber but I am still getting ads.Complaint pending weeks without any resolution. Stop fooling customers with fake premium claims and fix this ,According to Jio customer care SonyLIV is responsible for the ads appearing @JioCare
