    @JioCare Had a Jio appointment to fix a settopbox but no one turned up at the said time to install, Spoke to customer care and they were not all helpful at all either,

    @JioCare @reliancejio ,@TRAI , is JIO alive, i dont see any sort of answer or resolution, also trying to reach out the customer care unfortunately end up lying over the IVR close to 30 mins and the call is getting is disconnected? what is actually happening here?

    @JioCare Very poor customer service from Jio Fiber. They never kept their appointment and we waited for them leaving our other works behind. We call customer care and they do not have information nor a willingness to help either. Tired of problems like this from Jio Fiber.

    @HashTagCricket @JioCare Jio fiber is not yet installed. The CCE's are rescheduling the installation from last 5days. But the installation is not done yet. They are also not responding. The service providers are also not responding and they are making excuses day by day. They have rescheduled it 12 time

    @JioCare worst network I can say worst then Airtel I port Airtel to Jio but Jio is worst then Airtel compare to network I am not able to use data always connectivity issue is there.

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio Rep did verify building & promised new connection.They should have at least intimated me within week about problem if any.I am not looking for refund,I am looking for new connection. Now I am being contacted by ACT rep as my phone number is leaked to ACT by your team
