  @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

  @JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?

  @JioCare @reliancejio 2/4 I contacted customer care and was told it would be resolved within 3 days. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

  @JioCare "@JioCare I paid for a new JioFiber connection on 30th july (Order ID: NO0001F1T6GO).& Reuest no.SR00003EKURL KYC done but installation is not done. I have sent a cancellation email cancel done .But refund money not complete Within 7 Days. Please refund my money back. @JioCare
