No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

I'm bug bounty hunter & there are some good websites to learn & research there but they are blocking & even slow down the internet speed while I've data plan of 100/mbps 1/3

SR00003EXKIX (initial) and SR00003F4I71 (escalation) still open. No engineer visit, no callback, no ETA — and I’m still being billed. When will this be fixed?
