  @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

  @JioCare 2/3 A Jio service engineer visited my home and admitted that the problem is with the Jio network across the entire area, not my device.I also visited the Jio office and was assured it would be fixed "by tomorrow,"but nothing has changed.Customers are being given promises,not sol.

  @JioCare But it's not getting adjusted to the monthly bill. I have tried to raise a complaint through the app and call but they just disconnected saying that there is payment pending. I've written an email stating the same. I was not getting the internet even when my account has advance

  @JioCare I talked to 4 persons to today, nobody gave me resolution. One said this is a service ticket, he needs work order to provide stb. One said call customer care. Customer care creates ticket every time. This ticket was created on 24th. Why is it so difficult to provide a stb?

  @JioCare has found another level of cheapness they are asking me to pay for additional charges even though I cancelled there subscription 1 day before the plan was going to expire but they can't compensate for the time period there services was down even though it was prepaid...

  @JioCare engineer finally visited today & marked the issue as resolved. However, within just 1hr, the service went down again. This has been an extremely frustrating experience with repeated downtime & no lasting resolution. Pls fix this permanently & compensate for days of service loss.
