    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

    @JioCare my internet is down for almost last 10 out of 15 days. Raised 3/4 service requests and everytime it crashes after a day. Rest all connections in my building are working fine. service request was marked resolved when no one visited or called. SR00003BVK4F

    @JioCare Instead of forwarding me from one channel to another, please lodge a complaint, assign a case ID, and follow up internally until it is resolved. A swollen Li-ion battery is a serious safety concern. 2/2
