    @JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare is just a big waste of money. No real problem solving of customers with no option of connecting to agents. We talk about AI and it's opportunities wherein real Human Intelligence is gone for a toss. Really disappointed with your service.

    @JioCare @DilwarA39967 File a case in consumer court. These people will not resolve the issue. Iam filing for fraud and cheating case where iam neither getting service i paid for not the money back.

    @JioCare @JioCare Rebooting & diagnostics have been done multiple times The issue is recurring for months & gets temporarily fixed when technician comes but reoccurs again. Kindly escalate it beyond basic troubleshooting & provide a permanent solution instead of repeated temporary fixes.
