@Airtel_Presence The issue is not resolved yet. Everytime i talk to CC,they say they are escalating it. How many escalations it needs to solve this? Can you schedule a call with #GopalVittal or #sunilvittal Should i switch to other players like @JioCare? Because customer service is very imp to me

@JioCare @reliancejio I am complaining for past one month that I am receiving around 48 Mbps speed through wifi with single connection but incompetent JIO technicians failed to resolve it to date .So thank you for losing another customer.

@JioCare According to your promise and T&C the complaint must be resolved within 3-5 working days but it has taken more than 30 days. You are liable to compensate me for all the misconduct and delay
