It seems that the correct backup has not been kept in the tower. If the tower is closed as soon as the electricity goes out, then what is the use of having such a big company? A service visit was scheduled for 7 PM today, but at 7:30 PM the service request was suddenly put "On Hold" without any notification /explanation. The Jio app is now forcing me to reschedule.
