    @reliancejio On 21st December, I requested for an additional set top box. Issue SR00001G4SMH gets marked as resolved without resolution. Nearly a month, still waiting. Appellate Punjab also appears to be helpless in resolving a simple request.

    @JioCare have been trying to get the 5g invite. Have spoken and emailed jio support multiple times but no one has any idea as to how to receive it. They just tell me 5g team will respond we can’t do anything. I have 5g enabled device with latest software update and stay in Mumbai

    @JioCare I m doing my job at Mandirbazar PS as Police personnel since 2 years and noticed that other mobile network are supplying low quality services since 3 months due to their technical/mechanical issues. From last 01 monts Jio is doing the same things.
