    @JioCare FYI., still my devices weren’t picked. Can I conclude that @JioCare failed to resolve the issue even after 6 days of escalation. Is this how your SLA works? Shocked and surprised really…!!! Pathetic to the core…

    @JioCare by mistake I did the wrong recharge on Jio fiber my account. I did JioFiber_1M_2499 but I wanted JioFiber_3M_2097. Reference number is TB000012Y6QM. I called customer care and as usual they can’t do anything :-( I hope someone will fix the issue

    @saikumar_katla @reliancejio I don't understand why sometimes call gets disconnected due to network issue and I had to turn flight mode on and turn it off after sometime to make a call. If that doesn't work, have to repeat till I am able to call or forget about it. #JioSucks
