    Worst experience with @JioCare having postpaid connection but getting worst network at @SSSTShirdi #shridi instead of 5g getting 4g network and connection very poor.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your new order has no payment/transaction details in the invoice. I never placed or authorized this order. My original order was cancelled, so explain how this new order was created and where my payment went. This needs immediate investigation and refund.

    @JioCare The worst service provider. Lately 25 days of erratic working / non working of WiFi on alternate days. Technician repairs on day one, next day not working. It’s being happening since last month. This is last month of patience. Finally switching over. Totally unreliable

    @JioCare When? It's been 3 days already! The engineer who already visited simply says he can't do anything without even checking with equipment whether atleast minimum signal is coming or not. After speaking with the customer care once again, they said they'll send an senior engineer...

    @JioCare really fed up with the response from your team. Requested for a new wifi setup Order ID: NO0001F1XXYC. The person who took the payment told me will be done in 2 days. It has been 5 days since then no one is picking up the call. This is very bad. Pathetic service.
