    @JioCare @JioCare I'm having the worst experience of my life with you. You are a team of incompetent lot. You marked the service request as resolved without even confirming with me. I aas getting red blinking light for multiple hours in night so issue is not resolved.

    I had paid money for new jio fiber connection, on 20th July in surat they were supposed to install and today its 24th july but they have not done it and also there is no way to contact anyone do not know how service will be @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @reliancejio 5G internet is dead slow 12 AM onwards everyday in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. Complaints don't work for Jio.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare @reliancejio , Jio Fiber service got disrupted due to cable cut. Raised the service request on 23.07.2026. But no service engineer visited yet. In June also service engineer took 7 days to visit , now same thing is happening. Don’t you learn from past mistakes.

    @reliancejio Unable to raise a JioFiber relocation request via MyJio app or website. Tried contacting support for 5 days, but the helpline shows a service issue. Also emailed with no response. I've exhausted all available options. Please assist urgently. #JioFiber
