    Hi, My Jiofibre connectivity is down for last 3 days. Your team is scheduling appointment and then rescheduling it on their own without consulting me. And then never showing up on the rescheduled time also. I want a resolution or I am switching to other network. @JioCare

    @JioCare No internet for the past 4 days. No call from jio explaining what's the issue. There is no way to contact and talk to a human being about the issue. Everything is an automated message. What a scam these guys are. Wow. Let me give you some screenshot below.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Order NO0001EC0EV0 - Installation 5 July, promises broken since then. Waterproof **** missing (deadline 8 July). Speed crashed 26.5 Mbps to 2.74 Mbps. Technician unavailable. Demanding FULL REFUND of Rs 2221.46 within 48 hours or escalating to Consumer Court

    @JioFibre @reliancejio @JioCare Worst customer service by jio fibre. I have no internet connections since 8.7.2026. After raising request for technician visit several times,They kept rescheduling visits. I sent them emails but to no avail, only AI generated answers are there.

    @JioCare Your technician connected my JioFiber device to another customer's connection during a new installation in my building. Since then, my WiFi is not working. Multiple complaints raised, but no resolution. Please fix this urgently. #JioFiber @reliancejio @jio_fiber
