Such disrespectful and abusive behavior towards a customer is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on your organization.

    @JioCare been a customer for almost 4years…as is the case with your service, a big blunder or a glitch in your words…no audio for all programs in your set top box…and as usual care is clue less and asked me to change the TV….and finally it’s because of jio home app….sudro

    @JioCare So let me get this straight, a customer reports poor connectivity that is affecting their work, and your idea of “service” is to schedule a visit after two days? Impressive. Truly a masterclass in how to ignore urgency. It’s almost as if customer inconvenience is part of the service design. Because clearly, when someone raises a complaint, they’re just looking to wait around indefinitely, right? This kind of casual, indifferent response isn’t just disappointing, it’s outright unacceptable. If this is the priority you assign to customer issues, then the term “customer support” is being used very loosely here. Kindly stop treating this like a routine ticket and start acting with some urgency. Or at least be honest enough to admit that prompt service isn’t something you intend to provide.

    Absolutely pathetic support from @JioCare. Unite8 Sports channel not working, OTP shows "Record Not Found", and despite sharing all details in DM, nothing has been fixed. All I get are automated replies and no resolution. Stop sending templates and start solving customer issues.

    @JioCare My WiFi service has already been suspended due to the disputed charges. Kindly provide a resolution to my complaint instead of repeatedly asking me to make a payment. Please investigate the issue and restore the service at the earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar If Jio is unable or unwilling to provide service in our area, then disconnect the connection immediately and process a full refund for the period during which the service was unavailable. We do not wish to continue paying for a service that is not being provided.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst wifi ever! Engineer missed appointed slot of 10am, still no option to get it fixed. Worst customer service ever! Cant fix ****!! Airtel is way better!
