    @jio_fiber @JioCare my simple request - if you have so much issues in your business may be no one explained it so well to you, please refund eerything and i walk to Airtel please REFUND - If you have regulatory isue, why keeping me waiting after taking money boss.

    @JioCare Is this the level of service customers should expect from JioFiber? The service technician says he will come only when he gets time. My issue is still unresolved. Please look into this and provide proper support.

    @JioCare are you out of service. I have requested for jio fiber connection 5 days ago till now i havenโ€™t received any update. If this is how you provide service then god help your customer. **** off

    @reliancejio @JioCare The charges should reflect the actual quality of service being provided. Due to Jio's dominant market position in the area, many customers have limited alternatives, and our concerns are often ignored.

    My internet issues are still not fixed despite multiple complaints. I am tired of this poor service and the constant delays. If this is not resolved immediately, I have no choice but to port my number to Airtel. Please take this as my final warning and act now. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber no response for issue no- SR000038RIWV. No response from local engineer, not answering calls. Main cable is cut & they are internally discussing but no response. Highly irresponsible,unable to connect on toll free as IVR say technical issue in area & cuts.
