    @JioCare Poor customer service. Nobody responding on call center. Just waiting & waiting. I have cancelled my jio fibre connection in Jan20 and got 50% refund in Dec20 i.e. after 11 month. Still waiting to get balance 750.I m approaching to consumer forum for deposit refund & interest

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your jio service is absolutely useless... trying to renew plan for the last 45 min unsuccessfully. Customer care is unresponsive and website does not allow to make payment. It seems you people do not care Please change tag line

    @JioCare What is profit of becoming the top 5 brand, if you cannot provide us good internet speed. The speed of your network is sometimes less than that of BSNL.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm getting slow speed internet for long time and it happens in evening only I've complaint multiple times and shared all required details but seems you guys are not interest to solve issue And while calling at 198 it never connect.

    @JioCare very bad network...it is not temporary problem ...daily signal strength goes down to poor..my number 8328457415.....If there is no rectification....I am switch to another network(port)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Team in Madhurwada, AndhraPradesh is not attending calls for new connection. As there is problem with the switch that they have set up in my appartment. Tired of calling the sales execuitve and Jio Managers none worked. Please look into it

    @reliancejio WHAT A POOREST EXPERIENCE I RECEIVED. MY SR IS PENDING FROM LAST THURSDAY OR FRIDAY AND I AM GETTING ONLY FALSE PROMISES YOUR ENGINEERS HAVE NO TIME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE
