    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare No connectivity on Jio Fiber for the last 6days, customer care of now help. No technician has visited, can't diagnose the problem or give an eta! What is the issue???? Update: On speaking to customer care Ms Priyanka hung up on us.

    I wish we had a good option in choosing telecom. Both Airtel and Jio are useless. It’s almost impossible to talk to customer care. @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio stop selling Jio AX3000 on amazon if you cannot provide support. Internet is fine yet it shows offline in Jio Home app. Please DM and fix this issue.

    @JioCare your customer care is not able to respond properly, I did Freedom recharge of Rs 10000 on my jio fiber but now I have 2 plans in active state 1 jio fiber postpaid and this, 1 agent said freedom plan will activate after current expiry but it activated automatically.

    This is totally ridiculous even there is no support team is present in jio I don't want your service before installation I am facing such problems after Installation whom I will contact and I don't need it @reliancejio @JioCare please refund my money

My internet connection #9163377888 has been disconnected for the last 5 days, and despite repeated complaints, no technician has visited or resolved the issue. This is affecting my work and daily activities. Kindly escalate and resolve this on priority. @reliancejio @JioCare
