    @airtelindia Congratulations! you have become the epitome of worst service provider. Airtel black- Wrong commitments from your team, unresponsive to follow-ups and not resolving customer complaints has become your DNA. However, you need monthly rental on time. @reliancejio need your support

    @JioCare The engineer did come today but couldn’t diagnose the problem. He left saying that the set top box is defective and needs to be replaced

    @JioCare 15 days crossed till now not resolved. What a diplomatic ans it will be resolved at earliest. Instead of this take ownership and and resolve the issue. Have option of withdraw do not worry of it

    @JioCare Since 2 days my internet is not working.Even after multiple interactions with customer support ..no technician has turned up. Without any intimation the appointment is getting rescheduled More over i will be charged for these 2 days.

    @JioCare It’s a real shame. This is the worst experience a customer can ever have. Such an incompetent team you have. Simply wasting my time and energy. Simply paying from the past 3 months.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Installation isn't done even after 10 days. Don't know what type of service jio provides. Ground staff, technical person, manager does not responds to the calls. What's the ETA?#RelianceJio #reliance #JioFiber

    @JioCare logged 1 SR for internet connectivity issue on 1 July. Nobody visited until 8 July so Logged SR to close connection on 8July, nobody visited to pick up the device until now. Every time the visit is getting rescheduled by 1 day. Really pathetic experience.
