@JioCare i raised SR00001J0F9J this complaint yesterday.. still no one has visited to resolve the problem.. i am not able to use wifi since yesterday. No one has even contacted me and without informing me you guys change the visit time. Every month i have to go thru this.

@JioCare for 14days as of now i am unable to watch tv as setup box is not installed, i have paid for the package with fiber connection .technician not picking up the call and jio care complaints are baseless.there is no @TataPlayin fiber in town otherwise it won’t be a problem.

@JioCare, My jio fiber 6 months plan expired within 5 months and now asking to pay 6 th month bill. Please check the issue in first month's bill calculation.
