    @JioCare The engineer comes home and says we cannot do anything. The call center people tell you our engineer will do the needful. The engineer does not come before 15 days. Absolutely zero cooperation from @JioCare The most pathetic service ever!

    all telecom operator as same or more or less arrogant and take customer for granted. @reliancejio @JioCare we have started porting our all 6 numbers from @VodafoneIN after network issues but seem ur network and team are same as Voda who couldnt solve our issues since 4th October.

    @JioCare I am experience very low speed since two days. I have registered a complaint and no one has visited. When i called, they said they can’t service my call. What to do ? How do I get my refund ?

    @jiocare Order No.NO0000FCZ44B. Amount paid Rs 2500 almost 3 day’s over nobody visited for connection very poor service if you can’t finish work then why charge amount in advance , I think JIO is India’s number 1 money beggars

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a jio fibre at home and it has worst customer support.Dont even have audacity to send engineer to diagonise customer issues. This will be my last month of jio fibre incase if I don't get solution to my problems.

    @JioCare @JioCare has given us the worst possible experience till date. The service is absolutely zero, the call center staff is dum and they keep repeating the same sentence given to them everytime we call. They do not have a solution to our problems.

    @JioCare No signal of wifi even jio gateway showing green LED 3 days passed no one came to rectify. Seems jio fi not going to work longer. Other service providers are comparative superfast in service request

    And the speed of Airtel is getting better day by day everyone started porting their Jio sim into Airtel in this area because of poor performance of Jio speed I’m an old Jio user I don’t want to port please upgrade the network ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio 2-3 days before the recharge due date for prepaid services, internet services are curtailed as if the due date already elapsed! It is indeed pathetic and disgusting.If given better option I would instantly migrate to a new one. My family also has the similar issues.
