    @reliancejio so it’s been 7 days I have done my recharge but the JIO TEAM DID NOT REACTIVATE MY SIM , so when ever a person message on top ups the reply is instant , but when to solve technical issues, the staff just raise a ticket and the team never calls back ,

    @JioCare I had 4 10 gb of vouchers. I used one, the speed was ok. I redeemed another 10GB voucher, it's not working. I redeemed another one and same thing happens, finally I found out that you guys r simply making fool. Pathetic speed, stop looting.

    @JioCare My friend @AyushiG33125831 got a replacement sim and a person from Jio said it will activate in 4 hours, it hasn't and it's been 12 hours+ She tried to get in touch but the lady ended the call, she has emailed you as well Solve this issue ASAP @reliancejio

    It’s been 48 hours since my Jio Fiber WiFi has stopped working and every time you call the help line they say it’s a technical issue in your area and it will be resolved soon.Can’t imagine what problems users may be facing in India when this can happen in South Mumbai @JioCare

Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

    I registered for Jiofiber on 8 april. Then I got call from Jiofiber executive, he said the FAT box is online and pay amount 2500. When I paid,he denied and said FAT has no power yet and will be online in 15 days. This is fraud Worst service by jiofiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have cancelled my fiber connection on 6th April. Internet service disconnected but no Engineer came to pick router device yet. Customer care is just rescheduling the appointment. Such a pathetic support. Please don't take Jio fiber connection.@RelianceJioCare
