@JioCare @reliancejio Following with Jio since 2 yrs for better network signal. Every time false promise. No resolution. Network has gone bad to worst state in last 2 months. Can't make calls, forget 4G speed. Jio is 4G on paper, experience worse than 2G. Highly disappointed. :(

@JioCare Really frustated with the poor internet speed by Jio. I am complaining since last 1yr but there is no Improvenment at all. Disgusting & horrible network coverage by Jio. You are surviving because it's India. Otherwise you colud have been kicked out with such poor service

@JioCare No Internet on jio fiber for last 2 days, technician was supposed to visit yesterday at 1PM, didn't show up, was updated to 8PM no show. Executives not answering calls after the issue was reported. Appellate Authority is a joke. Ironically It was installed in 2hrs. 👏

@JioCare U Mobile does not have 2G and can be used only as 3G. in a dual SIM only one SIM can be Updated under 4G. Now for the past 4 days am without Jio Tower in Malaysia and no response from your end also.I beg you to help me on this. You are not providing free service.
