    @JioCare I understand having issues but I’ve not seen one single effort from your part to resolve the issue. Each call says an engineer will be appointed and nothing happens. Don’t expect this from y’all.

    @JioCare I am experiencing slow internet speed since morning. Apparently there is some maintenance going on. Your advisor suggests there is no process to inform Jio customers regarding the same and network will be down for next 3 hours! Is it true? #disappointed

    @JioCare @reliancejio has horrible service. I spent an hour dealing with the customer service only for them to leave me with a complaint number and a broken internet service. How the hell the does a massive company have such garbage service?

    @JioCare @reliancejio your #jiomart service is very bad. Order placed on 6th and from the promised date of deliver the date has been extending daily and today i called your call centre to cancel the order and they confirmed the request and finally the material is delivered.

    @JioCare People calling me are complaining since a month or so they get out of coverage or switched off message while I am at my home since March. Your Live Chat n Auto Solution are of no use. DM me and I will share my Jio Number with you.

    @reliancejio #jio , Jio network coverage has become very very poor in 'Pratikshanagar GTB Mumbai 22' i had made multiple complaint but I think JIO don't want resolve the network problem. I have 3 connection which I am definitely going to port out of Jio...

    @JioCare No internet on my Jio Fiber since afternoon. Silver Plan valid till 9th September. More than 400 GB left. Customer care executives busy whole day even after waiting for 20 minutes on call?? Will this resolve??

    @JioCare we need a network site near 9.277046,76.596477 ( google coordinates) 7HGW+RH Cheriyanad, Kerala (google plus code) outdoor 2g 2 bar...indoor no coverage... please do something for proper coverage..online class badly affected due to lack of internet.

    @JioCare When I am facing problem I dam my details to your official Twitter but on that time your jio care can't reply me so I already port my jio SIM to BSNL and also stop using your jio fibre and I shipped to BSNL ftth. @BSNLCorporate GSM & ftth service are very good wonderful service
