I did two top-up recharges on my jio number 1st-50, 2nd- 100. I also got the massage from jio that recharge is done successfully but when i call some than service is still down @reliancejio @JioCare #jioservice #Reliance

@JioCare Service ID 400129040343 still did not get refund of 1000₹, total refund was 1500₹ on 24th march received an email for refund of 500₹ but after that no update nothing for remaining 1000₹ ? When will I get refund of remaining 1000₹ ?

@reliancejio @JioCare waiting in queue since last 1 hour at Opera House, Charni Road, Mumbai Jio Gallery. The staffs aren’t bothered for customer service. 1 of them is just sitting and talking on phone and not attending any customer and 1 is sleeping.

@reliancejio Waste of the network why your the signal of the jio is poor compared your other competitors (Airtel, idea). This sims are Better performance. And one of the mainpoint is last few months airtel gain a lot of new user but your jio not gain why because jio nowadays signal is poor.
