    @reliancejio My inactive no. has got incorrectly charged and money has got debited online. When i am asking your helpline to either refund or transfer to my live number they bluntly refuse. Neither they are sharing any higher up details. My reg # 9819327282 Seek help

    @rsprasad Sir,I recharged an inactive connection Of Jio by mistake. Jio says the amt cannot be refunded / reallocated to my active no which I use. Money lost. Feel cheated. Does TRAI policy principally allow such tyranny @reliancejio @JioCare @KiritSomaiya @manoj_kotak Pls HELP

    @JioCare dear Jiocare I couldn't able to call or receive any call on my jio number. Net is working. But no incoming outgoing service. I did last recharge on 17th September of 398₹.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Had a terrible experience with jio staff handling customer calls. Very rude and entirely non-cooperative Ms. Sangita. do understand must have been tired but that’s not the way to speak with customer. Real sad to say and complain about someone. Bad experience
