    @JioCare I have subscribed to your Gold plan i.e. supposedly 250mbps but the router provided cannot deliver >50mbps. Complained 4-5 times. Assured router replacement. But no resolution or even contact. Pathetic!

    @JioCare I want the recharge notification to be removed...I pay for 28 days, I want uninterrupted service... "Doon divasch samapt honaar aahe"..... Hudd h..... Paise diye h vo toh use karne do.... I'll file a case. I don't need interruption on every fukin call

    @JioCare If my location isn’t in a serviceable area then how come my address is shown in the drop down menu on your registration page? Also can I get a link showing the serviceable areas?

    @JioCare Day 7: Still no update, no calls, no engineer visit, Internet still down. I have registered a complaint with the consumer forums regarding the same against Jio and their appellate authority. Also, faults more than 5 days according to @trai guidelines should get rent rebate

    @JioCare since many days..my jiofibre not working..... number is 22 79663905....only red light shows in the router box.....I hv already renewed silver plan.....so i hv lost so many days....

    @JioCare @TRAI Day 6 Update: Called again to enquire, again I have been given 24th July as the service date which is after my subscription end date of 20th July 2020. Tell me please, which idiot will renew the connection in such a scenario? All my rescheduling requests are going unattended!

    @JioCare Its > 2Mo old issue, u wer 2 send a technician. Let me know what has been done so far to improve latency and low speed. Does it take #RelianceJio so much time to resolve a small issue? Alternately waive off charges for period u hv not and can’t resolve the issue! Fair deal ??

    @reliancejio I received confirmation of STB delivery and setup on 24th June and it said the service will be done in 4 working days But took today no one has come and even the contact person number given to me is not answering the call What should be done

    @JioCare i recently bought #jiophone to my mom. The phone is full of issues & she is not receiving any calls whenever I or anyone try to call her. She is not receiving any call when the phone is inactive. Please assist what can be done? Phone is under warranty. Worst experience!

    @JioCare worst experience from Jio Service. I was outstation for 1 month. And Jio inactivated my JIO fibre connection without my consent. My JIO no is-8250834399. Shame on you Jio. My two voucher also lost.
