    @Airtel_Presence it's unfortunate that I have to use @reliancejio network to tweet this. I recharged an yearly pack which promised me to give 1.5gb high speed data everyday, but seems like I was looted as your network is not even playing a youtube video. I want a refund.

    @JioCare Converted my Jio postpaid to prepaid in mid April 2021, filled up the bank details provided by a link sent to process my security deposit refund of postpaid but no update after 60 days are over. Not at all a professional way to deal with customers! Hopeless customer care
