    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofiber When buying new connection i was told that my connection is free for 3 month and after that i can choose my own plan and recharge and today i get to know that my connection is postpaid and have to pay 934 .This is cheating . please resolve my issue

    Even I can't call to your customer care as jio seems blocked my no due to continuous follows. I can't connect over zoom,Whatsap,MS Teams.Bcos I am working from home.I may los my job. It is very bad expriec of 1 yr data plan of JIO.pls look into this.@TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare
