    it's been more then 5 months when i paid 3k ruppes to @JioCare for the service. then after complaining several times they only refunded 1200/- rs. And now, they aren't helping me in any way. they're only doing fraud. Don't buy there service. can anyone know what should I do now?

    @JioCare has the worst customer care service. Been days since internet is down, ticket raised, but no update, no engineer alloted or reached out, customer care online and through phone offers no help. @airtelindia I'm interested in half yearly broadband connection..time to switch
