    ISSUE since 3 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 26 days back Kuch toh sharam karo Nikammo, @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. Raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

    @JioCare I am currently in Dubai. I have all the documents needed for verification. Can we please connect? Also, I don’t know why network coverage is not being shown in my JIO eSIM? I have the data roaming on. No network bar.
