    @JioCare I've ordered for new Jio-Fiber connection on 1 July, 2022. The service team reached my location and done all the requirements (reg process and payment) and told me that the installation process will be done within 24 hours but till now there is no updates available.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The worst service I’ve ever seen. I want to buy an additional STB but even after multiple requests, no one shows up to install it. If you don’t want to sell it, just tell the customer rather than making false promises. I think I should just switch to @airtel
