@JioCare Called multiple times your customer service, and they are not able to resolve it, and every time I called they made a fake promise of resolving it in the next 24 hours from 7 days....finally I gave up and opted for another service called @ACTFibernet

@JioCare That's all i have heard in the last 6 calls in 3 days. 72 hours is not 'soon' enough for an issue to be in priority? And you provide 'zero' response during priority?

@JioCare Instead of repeating the same lines like bots, can you answer 'why' nothing has been done in 72 hrs and exactly 'when' the issue will be resolved? When you make zero attempts to fix an issue in 3 days, it's not a priority, it's a joke
