    @JioCare Bhai jab do din pehle recharge kar liya to last pack khatam hone take reminder kyu dete ho? customer extra payment kar dega kya? totally unnecessary sms notifications, whatsapp and email reminders when I have already recharged.

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @jio_fiber. I requested JioFiber installation after relocating on Aug 31, but it is still not installed. Every time I call customer care, I’m told “installation will happen today,” but nothing happens. I have even returned my old modem.

    Trying to get @JIOAIRFIBERIN installed, but despite repeated attempts, I’m not getting any proper response from the team. If Jio can’t provide the connection, please clearly let me know—we’ll have no choice but to move to another network. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio 7 DAYS without JioFiber. No technician. No resolution. SR: SR00002NQ73Y Called customer care 10+ times + multiple emails. Still waiting. What kind of customer service is this?

    There is so much urgency when you request for a new connection.. back to back messages calls and what not for @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio but it goes at a snails pace when it comes to installation.. and jio support chat is farce is what I think

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN 🚨 Fraud alert-be cautious with Jio! If you’re in non-metro city,think twice before paying an advance .they take the payment upfront,fail to provide the service due to infrastructure issues,then refuse to refund, citing their refund policy. #jio #reliance @reliancejio #fraudJio
