Very bad customer service @reliancejio @JioCare . They claim to call you to resolve rhe query but don't call and send you the same standard message again and again. Store people and toll free number also not helpful.

@JioCare I have taken a jio fiber in Sept 2020 by making security deposit of 2500/- In the month of Aug 2021 due to connection issues, I cancelled my connection and got only 750/- I have raised multiple complaints and response. Is this the real meaning of reliability??
