    @JioCare @gspapani It is quiet unfortunate that, if there is any issue with service provider than they vl ask you to send direct massage/not to share any detail publicly for their failure If customer has made some mistake than simply service provider withdraw themselves. How poor v r as a customer

    @JioCare Sorry but no more help needed now. Thanks a lot for showing ur concern towards my issue. But really I don’t need any help from JIO now. From last 6 months you people are not eligible to solve my issue and than how all of sudden you are asking me? #poorjio #poorcustomerservice

    @reliancejio There is network issue from past week, called to customer care and she replied it is because there is lot of user in your area plus she said I can't commit withing how much time this issue will be fixed. @TRAI can you please look into this? #jionetworkissue

    So, We can say that we are unable to provide good network in case of crowded well developed area of Gujarat's commercial capital, #Ahmedabad and also unable to confirm service improvement interval.- @JioCare @reliancejio.

    @JioCare My JIO TV set top box is not working properly. My JIO fixed device ID is 079 91 35910062 mobile no is 9879208901. The JIO TV launch keeps on hanging.

    @JioCare from past one week network is so much poor can't even load web page, called customer care regarding same but she said it is because of more user in your area and also said I can't tell you by what time your issue will be resolved. I used to work on Jio hotspot 1)

    So @MoCA_GoI has stopped promoting healthy competition and favouring make in India and Indian companies. Well it's good. But the latest @Toyota_India case is really as bad as competition with @reliancejio declining.

    @JioCare i have frequently called jio customer care but no one are answering and even denied to register complaint.i have recharged 401 plan on 22th july and also i got confirmation massage for same and aslo seen this plan in my jio app but suddenly it deactivated, why??

    Dear @JioCare , Vignesh, IT professional. Am using Jiofi data connection for office work from last Mar/2020, in past 6 days the internet connectivity is very poor and can't make any voice calls immediately especially at evening time. I have raised many complaints over call.
