@JioCare I have relocated within same city I.e Ahmedabad. I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jiofibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

Absolutely pathetic network @reliancejio @JioCare My WiFi is down, so had to switch to mobile network but it is absolutely ******! No network coverage since 7 PM!!! Forget 4G, not even 2G!!

Horrible services by Airtel as far as wifi services are concerned. They charge so much but there is frequent outage and even the speed is super slow. I'll better shift to @reliancejio or vodafone idea.

@amitjaiswal2906 Hey Amit They are ridiculous in response they only care for new customers. You can apply from MY JIO Application and if @JioCare will rejected than no response from customer care they will tell you to repeat the process. You will be lucky if they will approve your application.

@fiber_jio @JioCare I have been a loyal customer to Jio fiber for last 2 years. But since last 3 months Jio Fiber has been a pain. No proper response from service department. Once technician visited but not able to solve problem. Life without internet is difficult. #jiofiber

Never actually trust when @JioCare person calls you and says he will call back. They never call. I repeat Never. @reliancejio may have the market now, they will never hold because they act like typical Indian companies who don't actually care for customers.. only money 🤑

@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

@Airtel_Presence Will do but I faced enough due to your poor services in the last few months. I think it's time to switch to @JioCare Fiber. Also, I came to know that your fiber network is not 100% fiber. It still has copper at places, which might be resulting these quality issues.
