    @reliancejio pls first don't hesitate to say that in some aria we don't have good network & don't have any answer for Indian public's trouble that suffering because of poor network system! Don't making people fooled by making lots of advertising of jio.first repair your system.

    @reliancejio very bad service from Jui store representative. #Jio 3 times I go to jio store for e sim registration and they told me every time come tomorrow. Once I go again so told me that esim service will start at 2:00 Pm so come after 2:00 Pm. Still not they responding proper

    @JioCare your one tower is installed near our home before 1month ago but its not start yet plz start it nd make it in working condition for batter network very poore network is in our place location is sanding with tweet.

    @JioCare Several websites(new sites, Microsoft one drive) and apps(e.g. Flipkart, airbnb) are not working in Jio Fibre, whereas they are fine under Jio 4G ? It is is very problem to use. Can you fix it ?#JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioMart Hi jio, It's realy bad to say that. I am using jio from 5, month. But not able to play any video smoothly. 5 mnt video takes 15-20 mnt to play. It is happening everywhere, In room , in metro , in field anywhere. Please help otherwise I may port to somewhere operator.

    @JioCare Dear Team, can you please check the transactions table in detail and confirm why you charged twice for August’2022. Jio team himself is taking weeks to understand the bill and clear the customer issue. Try to make simpler processes.
