    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @whoalamin @JioCare Open the MyJio app and update your DND settings to "fully blocked." If you still receive such spam calls, install TRAI DND and report each and every one of them. Within a few weeks, you will stop receiving such calls. I too had such issues initially. Now it's peace of mind.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare, I am away from home, so I don't have the ORN/LRN. Please check with your Ikauna, Shravasti (271845) team. Customer: Vidyavati Village: Chardaha Shivdaha KYC and payment were completed 8 days ago, but installation is still pending. Kindly resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare Your service personnel called. Instead of giving service or visiting site he is twisting questions. If you do not provide solutions we will port our jio numbers and do not renew jio air fiber. Thank you

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unfortunately, traveling to home state is not feasible for me at present. I kindly request you to consider an alternative solution, such as: Allowing reactivation at a Jio Store in another state after completing the necessary KYC verification.
