    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @TRAI @JioCare Its completely wrong practice by Jio fiber prepaid plan they have credited 1499 plan and instead of 399 plan. I have registered complaint immediately but they are refusing to pay my money back.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, been 5 days i raised a complaint, zero response from Jio. Call quality is too bad. Network disappears at times completely. I sent my info in DM here already.

    @JioCare Don’t you already have a system in place to retrieve all details from the order number? Why do you need all the details from the customer? In these few days I’ve already known the way to respond to issues and don’t want to waste my time sending you these details

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been completely non-functional since 22 August at approximately 1 PM. Complaint SR00003ERLIZ was raised then and was closed by Jio on 24 August at 4:20 PM without the fault being rectified. I subsequently raised two more complaints today.

    @UIDAI I am currently using a mobile number that is still linked to an unknown person's Aadhaar, and I am receiving their Aadhaar OTPs. Please help remove the previous Aadhaar association. 🥲 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio, clearly you’re not interested in fixing the problem. You keep sending scripted replies while the network/internet issue remains unresolved. Stop wasting my time with copy-paste responses. Fix the network or admit you can’t. Customers deserve a working service, not excuses.
