Pranavvv (@pranvv27) reportedToday I realised one underrated thing about @reliancejio 😭 I have Wi-Fi at home all the time, so I didn’t even know my mobile recharge was over. I went outside to pay somewhere, opened UPI… and suddenly realised I had no active recharge 💀 Normally my Airtel SIM completely stops working when the plan ends. But Jio still gave very slow internet. Lowkey a very useful feature in emergency situations. And somehow Instagram reels were loading too 😭 I genuinely don’t know how Jio does it.

I tried several times to register a complaint, and it was finally logged, but no technician has been assigned yet, and I have no information about when a visit will be scheduled.
