Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

3 to 4 days in a month (30days) my jio fiber has problem, but I pay for 30 days. So, jio should refund me for the 3 to 4 days or improve there services. Worst experience with jio fiber and there service team in DehradunReg Mob. 9456706020 @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare Today I did extra recharge of 51 just to update my phone even though today's data quota was still left and I'm being very honest I wasn't able to download the phone's upgrade. It was stuck at 0%. Very disappointed by the kind of service we are getting.
