    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @reliancejio This is all scam by jio. I have also experienced their pathetic customer care service and false commitments. I recharged again for Rs. 239 on top of my annual recharge which was already going on for the activation of 5g but nothing happened. They just made the money

    Jip Fiber don’t care about customer. Jio executive. took my all documents filled form promised to us connection will be done within 15 days still one month completed. jio person not answering my call @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Ok this is acceptable. But as a privileged customer, From my point of view, your 4G network should provide full speed so that all people from rural area also can use it. After that adjust your 5G network speed @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I am everyday same SMS and WhatsApp message that “connectivity in area is please run diagnostic to troubleshoot any issue” please stop these messages it’s irritating
