    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @JioCare Another Fake Assurance . Since 3 days TEMPORARY ISSUE IS NOT BEEN SOLVED AND YOU EXPECT US TO BEAR WITH YOU . Pathetic Customer service and no answer on to when the services will be resumed . LOOTING THE CUSTOMER OF FULL MONEY AND PROVIDING NO SERVICES AT ALL

    @JioCare Any update on this? No communication received from your team? I might have to re-think my decision. If this is your customer service then its really disappointing. I cant imagine the situation after joining jio.

    This is reference to my order RDF10923626, from reliance digital. I ordered and cancelled before delivery, I was supposed to get refund within 5-7days as per policy, it's been more than month and no response. Worst service. Please help. #reliancedigital #reliance #RelianceJio

    @reliancejio @JioCare : The most ridiculous eSIM transfer service in this world. I am forced to keep my old phone just to cope up with your inefficiency. The same process took 10 mins for @airtelindia This deserves a PIL in court of law since I will loose sales value of old phone
