    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @reliancejio @JioCare For resolution, you need 60 days. How can you expect me to pay the amount for bad services. I have already recharged for one year, so you should either refund the amount or extend the pack expiry date for my mobile number. #JioSucks

    2/2 @JioCare @reliancejio You have virtually blocked customers from making complaints. It's absolutely difficult to reach out the you to get a problem solved. Your system says 50 mpbs is great speed when I am supposed to get 150. With such services, your growth is an irony

    @JioCare pathetic customer service as well as app experience. Why would you mention a time slot for 9-10am when there is no one available? The customer service representative at it's worst says "it's process and that doesn't mean they will come within the time frame" Awful app UX

    @airtelindia, @reliancejio, I am fade up with your misunderstandings ,Please do some appropriate action on your cross call's. My boss fired me on everyday due to cross call. Please sort out the issues @TRAI please 🙏

    Dear @JioCare, all I am looking for is the invoice for my last recharge done on my JioFiber a/c in April 2021. The app only allows upto last 180 days and none of the customer support execs seem to understand what I am looking for. Please help !
