    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @JioCare That is why I got an missed call for 5sec isn't it, so that then you guys will tell we were unable to connect you. I'm using jio since 2019 but this kind of situation is just pathetic service, my toll free number is suspended though I've paid, who will reimburse my loss?

    @JioCare Hav u nt gone thru d complaints lodged by me only 2 days ago where I added 4 TRAI results? R u at all sincere in trying 2 solve d prblm of slow internet I hav bn suffng 4m Or doing d half hearing wdout doing nythng? & bcause u leaked my tel nos 2 persons harassed me !

    @reliancejio sir I have complained two times about fixing my fiber connection. I haven't received help from your technical dept & customer care. Actually they are not helping. I am unable to do my office work. Bad service.
