    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @DoT_India the quality of mobile service is so poor that I don't have a memory when was the last time I had a call without a drop or when I saw my phone with full tower network. @airtelindia @reliancejio both are very incompetent and more focused on profit rather than service

    @JioCare The problem is you people don't understand the message. I wrote, Jio is not available in our society but it is available in the neighborhood society. Your team say there is some problem. Now my question is, is the problem so big that it cannot be solved in 2 yrs. That's not taken

    @JioCare whats wrong with your network, its the shittiest network till date. All the time it says not registered on the network, while taking money from customers you had me registered on network, but for giving service your network disappears

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our apartment's No-Internet complaint is not being resolved for past 3 days. We were informed of no plan extension for this issue. Why should we bare the loss for your problem. Looting customers money without giving services is became passion. #MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare How soon the disconnection was raised on 3rdFeb today is the 21st and every single day I've been harassed by this are you guys gonna take another month or year for this shut down services if you guys cant give prompt responses or let me know what TAT u guys are supposed 2 follow

    @JioCare Thanks for clarification.. I've changed netflix plan back to mobile. But, I didn't upgrade to Standard plan myself and I never used to anywhere except on my iPad and mobile phones.

    @JioCare I am facing some data problem...Jio app is showing that my daily data is exhausted but my setting in mobile shows its only 317mb??...why is that so??
