    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @JioCare You discontinued my service request under falls pretend. Your representative told me on call that engeneer visited yesterday and couldn't get access to terrace. Engeneer visit was scheduled for today between 2pm to 3pm. How he came yesterday?

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber connection has been down since 10 July 2026, and today is 16 July 2026. It has been 6 days, yet my service request (SR00002MGVLC) is still showing "Assigning an encompensation for the days of service outage as per your policy.

    @JioCare really shame. I posted and replied on post. There is no response. I messaged privately on X still no reply. I tried to connect customer support, can't connect through any means. I responded with the testimony that what is happening still no response. The big shame.
