  Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

  @JioCare facing issue with jio Fiber everyday. Once complaint is logged the engineer visit next day than the original scheduled time. I feel the customer service is not great. Not satisfied with the way complaints are handled. Do you want customers to just close ur service ?

  @JioCare My Internet Service is down from past 2 days. Incident has been logged vide SR Number: SR00001BBP3C . However the engineer was unable to rectify and not more interested to attend the call. May i request JIO to cancel my connection and refund my full amount.

  2014. disconnected Airtel fibre & resolved to never patronise it due to its exploitative practices. 2022. Jio hasn’t @reliancejio @JioCare bothered to resolve my issues. Local service guy is pathetic. Need to go back to @airtelindia .. feeling caged by two monsters.
