    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @JioCare the service used to be fast and quick response but nowadays it's really long requested for a service engineer 1 hour back and till now no one is assigned

    @JioCare Bhavani, it’s really painful, everytime we face connectivity issue engineer visit rescheduled without any consent and why should I I pay the rental when I don’t use the service, check how many days in last 6 months Jio was out of order.

    @JioCare My WiFi is down past 15 days and your technician are playing fraud and closing my request again and again without visiting or rectifying the issue. My complaint no are SR0000376ZKF And SR000038AVXV This is the way JIO handles customers The complaint is still pen ding

    @reliancejio What the hail is wrong with your services? Extremely call drop? Not even connecting to your toll free no. STB issue, internet slow issue OTT app issue. Resolve immediately.
