    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @reliancejio i requested a connection for jio fiber. I received a mail saying it will get installed by 5th morning. But there is noone who has showed up yet. Please assist, else cancel my request and refund my 1500rs

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not able to login into my jio app since last week. I have logged a complaint also but complaint is closed without giving any solution. Very poor service feedback given all the time.

    I made biggest mistake by porting my mobile phone number from @JioCare to @airtelindia Earlier the situation was bad now worse.

    @JioCare Day 5: No one has come to fix the fiber which has been cut. I’ve paid for the annual plan, 52 weeks. I’m already out of 1 week of paid internet connection. The twitter account is profusely apologetic. The execs assure daily resolution of my issue. What a complete farce!
