    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    I don't think to work with some basic plan user @reliancejio I want to know you plans also and one more thing from now onwards it's become 15 days that net is not working so it is already a big mental and finacial loss for me .

    Still this issue is not resolved. Still @JioCare I am getting same reply from last 6 years. That in future we will improve. If your future is not 6 years then when . 3599 recharge per year. Seriously and service is zero.

    @JioCare Worst service by @reliancejio, @jiocare...its been 10 days my internet stopped working.3 times service request created. With out resolving the issues closing the tickets. Local internet providers are far better than jio..openly looting money without providing service.
