    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    Today I called @JioCare and asked the customer care executive to transfer the call to the senior and he replied that they are taught not to transfer the calls to the senior. Is this the etiquette @reliancejio is providing to its employees?? Very disrespectful 😠🤬

    @ashish0581 This is really annoying when you feel ignored on whom you trusted and you are paying for. I went to the same turmoil situation and switched to @reliancejio now getting the best network coverage, speed and customer service. @JioCare gives prompt reply and are polite.

    Don’t port your SIM to @reliancejio otherwise, you will lose your number. And @JioCare will not help you.

    @PraveenRuthran Porting to @reliancejio will help you get rid of this for best network and speed. I did the same few months ago and so suggesting you the same. Why don't you give a try?

    @JioCare I raised complain on Monday and it was promised to fix the problem in 24 hours.Why delay any reason.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Request:SR000015YPPO. my internet was down from today early morning. I had logged a case with Jio support team today morning at around 10:00 AM & . Till now, I have't got any call back or responce from the Jio. I would request to you issue asap.
