Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

@JioCare fedup with your network after few days network stops working and just fedup now. The network is too fast that now I am not able to run the speedtest. Do something about it atleast improve your network this year from start of the year your network is too distrubing.

@reliancejio What a reply from your side on network issue saying that "lot of customer are accessing network so you are facing issue" At the time of recharge do you give me option that lot of customer paid money so you won't pay this time. Very poor service and very poor customer satisfaction

What do we mean how many people are using it and when are they doing it. If you take money, you will have to give 24 hours of service. Will take otherwise. @JioCare In india No one hear the voice of farmers and customer. All are looting them. @DoT_India #WeDemandRRRMutualTeaser

Extremely sad to see such poor customer service from @OfficialJioTV @JioCare @reliancejio been complaining since 5mnths for 1 prob with jio wifi router since got connection but still the agent comes and sorts it temporarily and closes the SR request
