    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @JioCare While selling products you all engage human sales representatives and call us through out the day ! But to provide service post getting the customer you prefer automated messages ...time for consumers to rethink ! Dont we need human to respond to our request !

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 1 year of random internet drops. 3-4 engineer visits, router replaced, problem still exists. This is unacceptable for a paying customer #JioFiber #JioCare

    Very poor service @JioCare my jio fiber (4035836530) Internet has not been working since many days and no engineer visit is being made. It is always cancelled at some pretence and then closed..atleast send some technician to collect your device @airtelindia
