    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @JioCare Engineer visited the site, couldn't install a new optic fiber wire so I suggested him another route. He said I'll go for lunch and come back at 4. Now, he's not picking up my calls or responding. Whole business is down due to no internet. SR000038QKS1 Disappointing.

    @JioCare This means that we customers keep tracking them even if they don’t arrive on time. Don’t you think it’s the responsibility of the company towards a valuable customer
