    So today I came to know that my connection won't be fixed any further, until I switch to Air Fiber. This is nothing but looting your customer, as I already paid for the advanced 6 months. Never ever choose Jio Fiber in Kolkata. @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is beyond pathetic. You happily took ₹1200 and promised JioFiber installation in 2–3 days. It’s been over 7 days now and not a single update. No technician, no call back, and your support line is useless nobody even bothers to pick up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Nobody came till time, I have 3 #jiofiber connections , All three , I am changing to @airtelindia Now.... I am a work from home employee, I have recharge my Phone with 5G data 3 times to overcome your fault of Internet issue I faced in last 3 days ...

    @JioCare Sales people call you for new connection but nobody vares about relocation a week later, escalation team closes the tickets without resolution and the engineer decides that it's not a serviceable area for him. Kindly refund the ₹1200 paid for relocation

    @JioCare 1. wifi calling is a feature of the latest android which u r saying to turn off, means jio network don't support wifi calling, 2. when we r not on wifi during travel where wifi is not available still issue is the same, network bars always full with 5g+ mentioned still issue same
