Can't believe jio services will act like this. The Internet is not working and when I raised the ticket the person called but no one visited and the ticket was closed. We have work from home and are suffering with Internet services now and then. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I have recharged my jio number with annual plan of ₹2599 which includes Hotstar VIP. But the subscription is asking for payment. The login is from same number. Kindly resolve as I have not used the service from the time I have recharged.

@JioCare Worst & Pathetic service by @reliancejio.Installation is not done till now.The service engineers switch off their mobile after 4:30PM.They r thmselves reschedulng the installation again & again. Mr.Sanjay,Mr. Faiz,Mr. Anurag are worst service enginers.Very Poor @JioCare

@JioCare, Jiofiber wire is cut and there is no internet, multiple Jio engineers visited & saying will not fix wire since they do not have wire more than 150 meter and there is no pole in my street...pls resolve this issue which is open for 1 week, my Jiofiber no. +91 4479699481
