We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. I raised a new complaint ID SR00003BAUYF supposed to be attend by 4pm, didn’t happen. Pls fix this urgently!

Sonali dalal (@Sonalidala15136) reported@Sharmi907 @airtelindia The same happened to my brother while he was abroad. Despite a valid IR pack, he couldn't contact anyone. He later switched to @reliancejio and has been using it for all his international trips without any issues. I'd recommend getting a Jio SIM for international travel.

It's been a month. Nothing has changed.
