    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @reliancejio Need urgent assistance. I recently ported my esim over to a new iPhone and travelled out of India. My esim seems to have not ported over successfully and I'm not in India and I don't seem to have anywhere to go for help

    Hello @JioCare. I had last recharged my JIO number in March'25. That was an annual recharge. I want to know what was my plan as I don't see it in the list of current anual plans. Can you help?

    @JioCare We have been using Jio Fiber connection for the last one year and the problem is the same, it is not getting solved, we are tired of complaining but there is no response.

    @JioCare All the Jio numbers in my house are facing this issue. The problem is persistent and occurs 24×7. We are experiencing difficulties with all websites and all apps. This issue is happening across all devices in my home, including OnePlus, Samsung, Vivo, and Mi handsets.
