We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. devesh gawade (@DeveshGawa36853) reported@abdulhafiz9326 I had a similar experience paid for a service but didn’t get the expected benefits. After switching to Jio, the service was much more reliable, especially for international roaming. You might want to try @JioCare next time

Zero resolution, no engineer ever showed up, endless IVR torture, repeated false promises, and still charging me. This is beyond pathetic. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Total scam.
