    @JioCare I had surrendered mobile numbers-8920951863 & 8383021027 via service requests # SR00001EBP1E & SR00001EJZZK more than a month ago but no confirmation yet from yr side. It's poor state of affairs- only assurance- no action so far. Plz expedite.

    Finaly made a decision to port my sim from @reliancejio to other better network. Working in last 24 Hours in Data range 0 KB/s to 9 KB/s. It's that 4G? Poor service reliance jio.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare stop providing eSim services if you cant handle. Since last 30hours + my phone doesn't have a network. Stores say cannot help because it's corporate card. Call centres say we cannot help. Send email. And on email, I'm getting stupid unrelated replies.

    @jiofibre @JioCare worse service provider. No connection last week. After 4 days the guy comes to the building but does not come to our block to provide support
