    @JioCare I have port out from Jio to Airtel last year due to same issue..... and still waiting to improve network at my place..

    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @JioCare Stop fooling, chatbot! My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare Have you ever called jio for slow internet and their call representative gave you link to jio mart? Don't believe me? Try calling jio helpline. Pathetic scums! Jio is assuming every Indians as donkey in a wholesale. Shame @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear Nelson, Thanks for the prompt response. It was already intimated and I received a call also from Jio that they are going ahead with cancellation & I will get my refund within 7 days. Now it is more than 40 days, no response & no refund. Pls help with cancellation & REFUND
