We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. I reported severe network issues back in Oct 2025, shared all details via DM as asked, and it’s now April 2026 — still no resolution. I’ve raised complaints multiple times via calls and here on X. No action, no follow-up, no improvement.
