    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @JioCare I have port out from Jio to Airtel last year due to same issue..... and still waiting to improve network at my place..

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing extremely slow internet on JioFiber even near router on single device. All troubleshooting done. Connection shifted but old wiring is faulty. No resolution for 48+ hours. Need urgent engineer visit and new wiring installation. Registered No:9905315538

    What is wrong with you people not letting users select which band they want to use 2.4ghz or 5ghz for airfibre users. Your so called 'Smart Wifi' is causing more trouble to users, it permanently stays in 2.4 ghz and very low speed even with 100mbps plan @reliancejio #jioairfiber

    @JioMart_Support @JioMart @JioCare This is outright unacceptable and feels like cheating customers. Order placed on 26th March for same-day delivery. Today is 9th April — no delivery, NO refund, and zero accountability. You’ve taken my money and failed to provide the service.

    @anubhav47320213 @JioCare After selecting the day for installation, there is no information of who the person coming to install the connection. No acknowledgement, nothing. You should shut shop if you can provide service after taking money. What kind of pathetic service are you providing
