We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. It will take ten days to register complaint after several calls and so on. Do not buy any wifi connection from them. Landline connection which is free is all crap.
