    @JioCare @JioCare Can you please clarify whether you mean that my internet issue can be solved only in future and not in present. Kindly note that I have recharged for the entire year and cannot manage without internet services or such extreme low speed (equivalent to 3G) for sure.

    @atul @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio My Plan was under 500 with all tax and free amazon & Netflix for one year. Now you are charging Platforms 1658. How is this possible? I am very very upset to see my bill. I tried to connect with you (Customer care) but there was no response.
