    Dear @JioCare, for the last 2-3 years I’ve been an advocate for your Internet service. But today left a really bad taste in the mouth. After complaining more than 3 times, we were finally told that someone would come tomorrow to fix it. We have two internet connections fyi

    12/7/2021- complained to the authorities. Nobody came. 13/7/2021- person comes and says issue with OTB box has to be seen by other team. 14/7/2021- another person comes, same thing repeated. Complaint closed/put on hold. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn
