    What the hell is happening? Your jio fiber connection is worst so as your employees. Ur technician dint even visit my place and closed the complaint stating its resolved. Is this ur service level? Sr number - SR000013PN0L #fraud @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber

    Ur customer care agent Ravi informed me that technician has closed the call mentioning that the issue has been resolved. Please listen to the call as well. He was taking call while sleeping No proper opening of the call #disgusting @reliancejio @JioCare call timing - today 7:45pm

    I hope that I will get the best service from JIO but this kind of service u ppls r providing. Request to higher authority pls look into the matter and get it solve. If u pls are not able to pls refund my Rs 99+99 which I paid for jio membership @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
