    @JioCare I want to port my second airtel number to jio for which i have gone to jio camp many times and those people are saying that you have five jio sim issue on your aadhar while it is not so no, Customer care is also not able to tell how many jio number issue plz help

    @JioCare @JioCare Can you commit me how soon I will be able to use indoor coverage without any issues …?? Even your 5G network has more issues..I’ve faced continues call drop issue while I’m using jio True 5G . Whenever i need to do a voice call, I’m using LTE network for avoid call drop

    @reliancejio, @JioCare I am postpaid user of Jio and facing the issue with Internet speed and call drops. It’s very frustrating in trend of 5G. Please look into this issue.

    @JioCare I have an annual plan which gives 1.5GB data and an additional plan for 30GB fast data for 30days. However, I face internet issue everyday. More than 30% packets loss, sometime ping latency is 30sec and bandwidth drops to 100Kbps. Please help in this regards.
