    Since Dec'20 continuously following with Jio call center to cancel jio connection,the advisors have either being hanging up calls or raising a service request which gets resolved with no resolution. Advisor names Lathika,Shubham,Varsha.@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    @Advice03431142 I also have very very poor Jio data connectivity. Have written many times to @JioCare since 2017. But they have done nothing. Everytime they gave the excuse of not finding place to install tower. I stay at one of the best localities.

    @JioCare After so many DMs lot of perseverance got confirmation from @JioCare to call me,but after sharing time to call,no call no DM received. Bad show @JioCare issue still not resolved.
