    @JioCare Pathetic service from Jio Fiber! Service disruption since 22 April and still no technician has visited. Repeated complaints but no resolution. If you can’t provide proper service, disconnect it and refund my recharge immediately.

    @reliancejio @RIL_Updates I applied for a fiber connection on 6 April 2026, but it has not been installed yet. No technician has visited, and repeated attempts to contact support have not resulted in any resolution, which is highly unsatisfactory. mobile- 9799087659

    @JioCare I booked Jiofiber; technician visited and said he cant provide connection because of no extra slot available at feeder, he said your request will be cancelled, even i tried contacting customer support and asked to cancel but nothing happened; pls cancel and refund

    @JioCare @jio_fiber There is NO value of your own words. It has been almost 24 hours since your escalation. Nobody showed up. Just reverse my recharge. I don't want any resolution now. Escalation id: SR0000347TOX
