    @JioCare the condition of Jio is very bad means worst in khunti (Jharkhand) not only sometimes but regularly its signal is just worst solve.

    Low internet speed in my location since 2017. Many times put issue regarding the same to jio care but issue not resolve @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber It has been 24 hours now that WiFi is not working. Complaint has been done to customer care but no one is bothered to resolve the issue. When we don't pay the bill & even if it gets delayed by 1 day, the WiFi gets disconnected. What about now?

    @JioCare Have been waiting for the last escalation to be resolved and yet since the last 3 days, I am having network issues in terms of data and calls where the networks are showing 5G. Please tell me before responding, have you even checked the last escalation

    @JioCare Jio Fiber home is not working since morning. Raised a service request but an engineer is still not assigned. Is this how seriously you care about customer service? Pathetic and slow service. A local internet service provider gives 10x times better service than you guys.

    @jiocare What is this pathetic service? I have been waiting for the technician to come and fix my fiber issue, for more than 24 hrs. I called fhe technocian and he says its not his job. Customer service rescheduled appt 3 times now. Yet, nobody has come. Paying 1000/mo for this?
