    @JioCare the condition of Jio is very bad means worst in khunti (Jharkhand) not only sometimes but regularly its signal is just worst solve.

    My internet's been out for three days, and the engineer keeps rescheduling. No one's given me an update, just that it'll be fixed ASAP and it's a priority. 72 hours and still nothing @JioCare if this is ther service then i need a refund

    @JioCare @JioSupport @reliancejio Extremely frustrated with constant network disconnections on my JIO Fibre connection for the past month. Multiple calls to customer care, zero resolution. Just vague promises and device restarts. Unacceptable service for a regular customer

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. Complaint SR00003AW3DR was scheduled for resolution today, but no technician visited and no update was provided. This is unacceptable. Please restore my connection immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I raised service disruption tickets twice today, yet there has been no resolution. The assigned technical engineer, Mr. Balakrishna, was supposed to visit but neither showed up nor responded to my repeated calls.

    @JioCare @reliancejio If my services are not restored and this matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours, I will initiate proceedings before the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. Enough follow-ups. I now expect a resolution, not another template response.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @AirtelXtream Jiocare, you are scheduling service engg visit after gap of 5 days for disruption....is this the level of service you are offering to mumbai customers having 100mbps connection? There is no way to call or speak to anyone...just rubbish bots.

    My Jio Fiber connection (number 1205262917) has been down for four days. I have spoken to and chatted with customer care 20 times. I have even received calls from 10 Jio employees, yet no one has shown up. I am appalled by such terrible service from @reliancejio @JioCare
