  @rutu609 @JioCare Why the heck you have loyalty on an telecommunication service company in first place ? It's not they are giving away things for free generously. We pay for those services often at high price and even the free internet pack they gave in the 2016 is an plan to attract users

  @mukeshambani566 @JioCare I have an internet connection which is not working since last 4 days. I have registered a complaint. The complaint number is (SR000038H2GN). Since last 4 days @JioCare people are saying that we don’t have staff to attend.. it’s really hopeless service..

  @JioCare Done it N number of times still issues persist...Just cancelled my connection as it is no use to argue with no minimum support from Jio team from past 28 days... Same thing constantly said by the team & no solution...
