    @JioCare the condition of Jio is very bad means worst in khunti (Jharkhand) not only sometimes but regularly its signal is just worst solve.

    Low internet speed in my location since 2017. Many times put issue regarding the same to jio care but issue not resolve @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare The wire condition from there is not good but he said it will work. Hope in future jio will not take this much time to solve a customer complaint and will provide good service.

    @JioCare worst service.. the sales person doesn’t care to tell the procedure of providing wifi. Even after appointment has been fixed for installation they dint make it up. Neither there is a way to reach out to complain. The sales person doesn’t pick up calls either. Pathetic

    @JioCare My Wi-Fi speed has been like 17 MBPS for over 2 months now and keeps getting worse. Your app says everything is alright and doesn't raise a service request or engineering visit. When I finally get in touch with someone, you raise a service request and it says resolved

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare This is extremely disappointing! paid for 15months of JioFiber service in advance,yet my internet has been disconnected due to a system issue.Despite contacting customer care, there is still no resolution or accountability.
