    @JioCare the condition of Jio is very bad means worst in khunti (Jharkhand) not only sometimes but regularly its signal is just worst solve.

    Low internet speed in my location since 2017. Many times put issue regarding the same to jio care but issue not resolve @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI I am a resident of Malleshpalya Bangalore. Why is power cut leading to loss of network??? Dont you have power backup? Seriously??? 1 hour+ cut leads to loss of mobile network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare complaint launched at 9.20 AM. No update , neither service engineer assigned. Call centre not reachable...What a pathetic service!!!!!

    Dear @JioCare, The network in Kanhawa Thana Bela, via Parihar, District Sitamarhi (Bihar) is extremely poor. Internet is barely working and calls are frequently dropping. This issue has been persistent for a long time. Kindly look into it urgently and resolve it.

    Experienced the worst internet connectivity from @airtelindia in #uttarakhand @ANINewsUP @UTDBofficial They need to feel #relianceJio just a new arrival has got good coverage now and better connectivity with affordable price then at least #airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my jiofiber is not working for 4 hrs. Router is showing red blinking lights. Tried all troubleshooting methods give in Jio App. Unable to contact customer service on your 18008969999 helpline number and via Jio App. Unable to raise service request. Pls help.

    As per me it’s a normal weather but as per @JioCare @reliancejio peoples it’s a extreme weather condition. Wow only want to make money without providing service. @TRAI sometimes please check these kind of issue also.

    Stuck in an endless customer service loop between @JioCare and @AmazonHelp. A system glitch allowed my 2-year JioFiber Prime Lite consumer offer to link to an Amazon BUSINESS account. Frontline support refuses to escalate to tech to revoke the API link. Someone please fix this!
