    Low internet speed in my location since 2017. Many times put issue regarding the same to jio care but issue not resolve @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare This is really a joke. If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet. I urge you to disconnect immediately and refund the security deposit at the earliest.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @reliancejiocare JioFiber unresolved. SR00003E5PAV (15 Aug), SR00002NI6EY (17 Aug). Prince Kumar & Ramesh Paswan visited; Wi-Fi failed again at 4 PM. 100+ calls, no help; both shift responsibility. Please investigate extra-payment demands & escalate Darbhanga.

    @JioCare I have DM’ed the details of my JioFiber connection & shared my contact details. If this is not resolved in next 24hrs, I want either service extension of the loss of my subscription usage or refund the entire money & disconnect the services.

    JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely frustrated! It’s been over 50 hours since I made the payment and my rchrg still hasn’t been activated. Money deducted,service not delivered. This is unacceptable. Fix immediately or I’ll escalate complaint! #JioRechargeIssue #JioFail

    @JioCare I am sure of the response at ground level these people are not even reachable to speak to leave aside coming and addressing the iasue. Some times I regret taking Jio, because ground level technician are spoiling the brand name. Sorry state of affair. Not even customer care number

    @airtelindia Extremely poor network in Ujani village, Aurad taluk, Bidar district, Karnataka pincode 585421. No signal for calls or internet inside homes, barely 1 bar outside. Meanwhile @JioCare has full network even indoors in the same area. Please fix this on priority!

    @reliancejio Jio’s international routing is terrible for gaming. Even normally I get ~155ms to Dammam (should be ~85ms) and ~225ms to Europe (should be ~160ms). Today Dammam is 800+ms. Same issue on JioFiber and Jio mobile. Please fix your international routing/peering.

    Last month, jio customer care reached out when I posted I am changing to Airtel because of worst ever coverage from jio, I am still there. No situation change. It's been 1.5 months, no change in network, worse now. Give my money back of recharge. I have been scammed @JioCare

    @reliancejio u take 10 days to cancel a fiber connection. U call the connection postpaid but take advance rental. Installation is done same day though. Wow. Cheats.
