    @JioCare what is your turn around time for the closure of one customer’s issue.. is it one year?? Because I had reported a issue last month and I only been given fake promises, I suggest you should say no to it on the first place so that we can look for other cellular networks...

    @JioCare I am deeply annoyed with the service I wnat my money back which I have paid you in advance for one year subscription. It is a clear cut case of Fraud of" Wrong Commitment "or we can say befooling people.

    @reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

    @reliancejio fix your internet and call drops. There's hardly internet during the whole 24hours and the calls sound like pre EDGE era. Terrible as always. Keeps saying oh we are working on it from the past like what 9 months?

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    3rd calss service I saw in India. I do a big mistake by porting jio to airtel, since 7 months I do complaining but no one from airtel response me, they block my number,I can not call airtel customer care. Please approve my port request. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @GKapoor20 @JioCare the same is the issue with other providers.. they feel we are numb brained users who is not aware about the surrounding. if the phone stops working, we will recharge it..

    @ViCustomerCare no response yet. Very bad and pathetic service and . The best way to get rid out of the problem is to port in another company network like @airtelindia or @JioCare . At least they provide good assistance. #idea #Vodafone
