@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

@JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

@JioCare my sim card looks to be in hanged state and i have missed some important thing because of this. I just tried to call my jio number from other number it says out of network coverage but i have full network. Also i turned flight profile on and removed still same.
