But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

I suggested him to opt for @reliancejio on his next trip as they offer VoWiFi with no extra charges on incoming SMS and he thanks me for that🤪
