Went to nearest Jio Store to port my Service to Jio , They said I have to come in February as there has some new rules in Jio , I am 18.9 Years old. I can have a sim card on my own . I think so. Kindly look into it. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Come on. Your connectivity in Naya Gaon(Distt Mohali) is seriously under review. Net speed is negligible . Kindly look into the area before your customer base shifts to other operator. Take my advice as friendly. Regards

@JioCare Request you to bring some change. Remove the feature to reschedule customer appointment from the Service Engineer portal/app. They are rescheduling the appointment on their own and saying customer rescheduled the service visit. This is just ridiculous.

@JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.
