Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

I have a number of JIO and I received a message from JIO for special offer (699Rs) regards the Calling and I internet. But when I recharged then didn't not received any plan then customer care guide me wrong and asked for more recharge. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

@JioCare will port to @airtelindia in november as speed of jio network is less in my area..airtel offers 55mbps speed in my area..waiting for 90 days to be over and i switch to @airtelindia

@JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

@JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare I recharge my both numbers airtel and jio But both have same problem of internet and voice break and disconnected call. Thanks for providing us this type of service and both company have broadband plans but they don't want to (airtel) shift connection

@reliancejio JioFiber is really high speed network connection with little fees, just amazing for your service. However I couldn't utilise it due to locality etc disturbance thus discontinuing it. Same like Amazon prime. I don't pay which I can't utilise fully. Is it 5G connection

@JioCare There is no Jio Fibre service in my area (Raheja Complex, Near Times of India, Malad (E). I have requested multiple times on My Jio app but no luck from past 1 year. Could you confirm by when can you start the service. Appreciate quick response.
