    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I recharge my both numbers airtel and jio But both have same problem of internet and voice break and disconnected call. Thanks for providing us this type of service and both company have broadband plans but they don't want to (airtel) shift connection

    @JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

    Hey @reliancejio can you have fewer subscribers so that I can get better connectivity? For my slow net speed that's the reason your troubleshoot gave me. Or should I shift to another mobile network that can handle and provide good service to a large customer base?
