But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

I'm tired of calling customer care and your technicians who are only making promises and doing nothing. I have sent an email to the Nodal officer of Jio (UP West) If my JioFiber doesn't get fixed soon, I will file a complaint on Government's Department of Telecommunications.
