    @reliancejio fix your internet and call drops. There's hardly internet during the whole 24hours and the calls sound like pre EDGE era. Terrible as always. Keeps saying oh we are working on it from the past like what 9 months?

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

    @JioCare I m posting complaint from 2 week and no one listening that type of behavior is un acceptable and this behaviour for postpaid user that how u treat the prepaid jio service are worst now

    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio is giving a lot of trouble now. Poor network. Voice distortion. Jio goes dead on the ground floor since always but used to work well on the first floor but since past 1 month, m facing the mentioned problems on first floor too.

    @JioCare @reliancejio no response from your side yet. refund the amount of Rs. 1200/- ASAP as you are unable to fulfill the requirement. Your customer care service is so so pathetic. Always disconnect the call on the name of checking details. no one to monitor them and you.

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation
