    @JioCare I have shifted from my previous residence and want to disconnect jiofibre there, but i am unable to be able to get in touch with anybody, all they give is a toll free number which doesnt work, help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have requested engineer visit between 9:00 am to 10:00 am , it already 10 where is your engineer ? I cant waste my all day sitting at home to wait for your engineer to come and fix the problem

    @JioCare will port to @airtelindia in november as speed of jio network is less in my area..airtel offers 55mbps speed in my area..waiting for 90 days to be over and i switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare I am deeply annoyed with the service I wnat my money back which I have paid you in advance for one year subscription. It is a clear cut case of Fraud of" Wrong Commitment "or we can say befooling people.

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been raising complaints for last few weeks and yet no one is providing any resolution. One of your engineers have taken an additional payment to recharge the Jio Fibre service and haven’t done yet and it’s been 4 months now. Such a poor service
