    @JioCare what is your turn around time for the closure of one customer’s issue.. is it one year?? Because I had reported a issue last month and I only been given fake promises, I suggest you should say no to it on the first place so that we can look for other cellular networks...

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have requested engineer visit between 9:00 am to 10:00 am , it already 10 where is your engineer ? I cant waste my all day sitting at home to wait for your engineer to come and fix the problem

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I recharge my both numbers airtel and jio But both have same problem of internet and voice break and disconnected call. Thanks for providing us this type of service and both company have broadband plans but they don't want to (airtel) shift connection

    @JioCare Hello Aishwarya, thanks for your time on call. Telephonic conversation has made me realise that i have made a grave mistake by opting for jio. So in order to correct that i'm discontinuing its services. I won't be paying the bill amount as no service was provided in that period.

    @hotstar_helps @JioCare I started the set-top box service on Apr 4 26 Since then, I have been facing issues. I have contacted support multiple times, and even though a technician visitee the problem is still not resolved. They are also charging money without fixing the issue

    🚨 Update: No resolution from @JioCare even after raising SR (SR0000337EUD) and multiple follow-ups. It’s been ~2 months since payment and still: ❌ No installation ❌ No call ❌ No timeline “Service in process” is not a solution. Request immediate installation or a full refund.
