    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have requested engineer visit between 9:00 am to 10:00 am , it already 10 where is your engineer ? I cant waste my all day sitting at home to wait for your engineer to come and fix the problem

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare - Airtel team - Filed a DND complaint through the TSP (Jio). Airtel is declining the complaint stating it is a service call. It is incorrect. As an OAP, don't you have any obligation to resolve genuine DND complaints. Ref SR00001HM3TO from Jio. #dndtrai
