@reliancejio @JioCare jio is giving a lot of trouble now. Poor network. Voice distortion. Jio goes dead on the ground floor since always but used to work well on the first floor but since past 1 month, m facing the mentioned problems on first floor too.

MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

@reliancejio Dear Sir. Had taken Jiofibre trial connection, paid deposit rs 2500. Within a week asked to disconnect due to poor service of executive. I was returned only rs 1500. We were advised full refund in case of cancellation. So why deduct my rs 1000. Pls revert asap.
