But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

You said it will be solved in 6 months but I waited for 2 years and u did nothing. Now airtel have came here with new tower and its way better.
