    @JioCare Really frustated with the poor internet speed by Jio. I am complaining since last 1yr but there is no Improvenment at all. Disgusting & horrible network coverage by Jio. You are surviving because it's India. Otherwise you colud have been kicked out with such poor service

    He refused to help and said they don't have a phone to call jiocare and asked me to see either ask random people on road or go home and get the work done. He was rude. What sort of customer service is this. I travelled 5km to and fro to get there. Wat I gt was #badcustomerservice

    @JioCare poor mobile internet connectivity. Trying to complain using the myjio app, all the app does is connect with the app, check the speed and says internet is fine. @airtelindia is much better in terms of connectivity. If this issue is not fixed, will port to airtel.

    @JioCare Not needed. First change your website policy. Mention in clear words jio fibre customer will get refund of 1500 only if customer cancel services before it's recharge. And please don't make people fool. Worst service ever. Airtel is very soon.
