    @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONERNS.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The CUSTOMER SUPPORT team of JIO FIBER is very bad. Reliance JIO needs a better managed customer support team. The call center is unable to resolve queries and they cannot provide accurate information.

    Jio Agents and service providers #jio @JioCare #mumbai #maladwest are fake and no commitments to there work. They gave me offer of 3 months wifi prepaid , and 1 month after that free. Now asking for charges Agent name Omkar no +91 91377 55980 . He never reverts .

    What @JioCare does is they just allot a random time slot without confirming with customer for availability for device collection. For four days before I moved I was home in all the time slots given to me and nobody turned up. That was over two months ago. Beyond incompetent!

    @JioCare There doesn't seem to be any customer care number for customers to reach out. The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

    We're having issue related to jio fiber. Post calling they said to recharge first as it's expired. After doing recharge, We called them around 10 times. Still we are waiting for Engineer to come and resolve setup issue of the router. Pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio

    One day I was near Juhu beach and the network was showing me full signal. I needed to go somewhere from there and needed to book a cab. It couldnt open even open the app, then I decided to just get an auto and navigate myself, hello!! I couldn't use the map either. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My network is not working since 3-4 days,despite recharging my number. Without even using the internet iam getting 50% to 90 % data exhausted msgs. And internet isn't working well. Plese see what's the issue

    @reliancejio mistakenly I have done a wrong recharge of 575 rupees on my jio number today on 8pm I have asked jio to cancel it before activation of it and reversal of money and but they are not helping me out.

    @JioCare Sorry to say that we the jio customers of mangalajodi never get standard speed of internet. The number of jio customers has crossed its BTS capacity limit. Still there is no upgradation. Totally waste of our data balance, we can not use it.
