    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    @JioCare Pls share the number of the area division city level supervisors. This is not done. Every two days the network is down and we keep bearing with it. What quality of service is this??? @TimesNow

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    Jio 5g Service Net...Hahahaha. It seems to run at a speed of 2G. 5G Internet service is still not available in cities like Mumbai Metropolitan. Ambani company is fooling all Indians. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare I purchased a JioFiber 100 Mbps connection on 30 Dec 2025 but received only around 30 Mbps. I disconnected the service within a week and returned the equipment. My refund is still pending despite multiple follow-ups. Please help. Order No: 7096841176

    @JioCare have you gathered too many customers that your service speed has drastically reduced? Two incidents in two houses in a week. When I raised a service request, you assigned an engineer for the 13th. Should I wait without internet for so long or switch to other provider?

    @JioCare Nisha my request is in process but the details which I have shared is a new development. Jiofibercare excuse is absurd. They took working device & replaced with refurbished for no reason. Now @reliancejio deduct my deposit due their useless field service engineer mistake

    @JioCare The initial schedule timing for resolution booked in MyJio app was today between 15:00 and 16:00. When I checked later it hadn't assigned an engineer until 18:00 and scheduled it to the 13th July.
