    @JioCare Constantly facing network issues every time I call you coustomer care I get one repeat statement ( heavy congestion in your area we require 6 months to solve your issues) is this how you function if 4G is this worst 5G would feel like 2G or even E #jio

    @JioCare I have wasted my time in explaining all this to your JioFiner agent. She understood the issue, promised to solve the issue, and vanished soon after that. Track her in your company and ask her these Q? Looks like you guys are not keen to resolve ? @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio it has been 2 years since we all jio users have collectively complaining about zero network at lodha Park worli mumbai. Your appellate officers are blatantly closing complaints without resolving them. Before u move to 5g pls be kind enough at providing 4g networks

    @reliancejio worst of the worst mobile service. I have 65 days left & 5.6 gb data to be used, still they've disconnected my service saying Sim validity expired. Its a headache with such nuisance service

    @JioCare My subscription ends on 11th. It will be a good riddance.Your last response was 5days ago.Other than that there has been no action at all. My problem continues as it is.3 moths of suffering for no fault of mine is really too much in this age of technology.Keep it up @reliancejio

    @Jio_Offl @JioCare Team its been more than a week that the payment to install the set top box is made, but there is no response from the team for installation. Also the customer care agents are unable to understand the issue. Please resolve asap.

    @JioCare you guys seems to be a fraud. If we discontinue you jio fiber connection in the trial period you will refund full deposit. If we be loyal and continue and post sometime we discontinue your service you will deduct installation charges. Cannot understand why?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had done a recharge of 399 plan on 07/09/2021,my money was deducted and recharge was not done. Then I waited for a day and did a recharge again, same thing happened. Now a total of ₹940 are being taken from me and still no recharge is done. Kindly help

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even after 5 yrs you don’t have ground staff to take care of service issues. Fiber down for 4 days and no even bothered to contact me. Now I understand they all are busy in celebrations and enjoying ur making fool of people like us. Pathetic, Newton law will b applied one day.
