    Worst customer care service of @JioCare I am trying to login into the my jio application since last 10 days I am not getting the OTP getting error systems are not responding when I am trying to call to the customer care they are giving nonsense reply again and again reinstall

    @JioCare registers thru the#jioapp for MNP was supposed to get dilivery or sim and complete KYC today by 2:00pm it’s 5 pm now the rider is not answering calls and called the service center 4 times but of no use ...

    @JioCare Renewed my Gold connection today afternoon for another month. I haven’t got the 250GB voucher for the month of Feb 2020. Kindly fix this issue asap. I can only see 500GB. No vouchers in “my voucher” section.

    @JioCare The installation is not complete!! they took the OTP without completing. The engineers don't respond. It's frustrating to set up basic thing in the prime location of Bangalore. "Your service request number is SR00001B5Q12. You will receive an update by 25/05/2022 17:59." It's 26

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am overcharged as a jio fibre customer. No one listen to my complaint. Went to your Mastercanteen office in Bhubaneswar, but the man in charge knows nothing about the billing. Why this loot? My scheme is #999, but I had to pay more than 2300₹.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I didn't get any kind of satisfaction even after complaint, I am still facing same Slow Internet Speed in my area and daily as I wasted my monthly 1.5 GB/Day Data recharge of Rs 239/- Because It remains unused and lost after 12:00 AM because of date changed.
