    @JioCare @JioCare has given us the worst possible experience till date. The service is absolutely zero, the call center staff is dum and they keep repeating the same sentence given to them everytime we call. They do not have a solution to our problems.

    @jiocare Order No.NO0000FCZ44B. Amount paid Rs 2500 almost 3 day’s over nobody visited for connection very poor service if you can’t finish work then why charge amount in advance , I think JIO is India’s number 1 money beggars

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a jio fibre at home and it has worst customer support.Dont even have audacity to send engineer to diagonise customer issues. This will be my last month of jio fibre incase if I don't get solution to my problems.

    @JioCare No signal of wifi even jio gateway showing green LED 3 days passed no one came to rectify. Seems jio fi not going to work longer. Other service providers are comparative superfast in service request

    all telecom operator as same or more or less arrogant and take customer for granted. @reliancejio @JioCare we have started porting our all 6 numbers from @VodafoneIN after network issues but seem ur network and team are same as Voda who couldnt solve our issues since 4th October.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup due to this pandemic most of people are working at home but where is Internet. i have tried to install JioFiber from last year June onwards but didnt get any help. I hope Reliance cares about jio customers and their satisfaction.

    @JioCare @reliancejio all we get to hear in each call is ‘WE UNDERSTAND’ and ‘SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE’ We aren’t given a proper response or solution to the problem. All executives are just using these two phrases. Extremely disappointed that Jio is working this way.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since 2 days our wifi hasn’t been working, contacted the customer care 5/6 times today and two days ago. We are just told that an engineer will visit in the next hour after every call. Have been unable to appear exams and attend college. This isn’t expected
