    @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber Heights of Jio Customer care resolution provided to me today I am having extreme slowness in silver plan ,internet continous fluctuating in speed test which results in buffering of video streaming. Ask for all apps to reinstall streaming issues.

    @JioCare hi, I am jio fibre subscriber from chembur 11th Road,since October. Since Jan 23rd my net is not working & have complained on email as well, but I keep getting stupid replies like we have resolved u r issue, while it remains unresolved till date. Can u help

    @reliancejio @JioCare - Facing lot of issue with Jio network now. It's fine in villages but why it's not working in Thane Panchpakhadi .. 400602 Pin code.. very much frustrated with network. I am a regular customer and now planning to move to other network..

    @JioCare Red light, which is blinking continuously. Tried rebooting, tried lan. Tried connecting other devices. Infact most of the people in my building are facing d same problem

    @JioCare finally succeeded in getting my e sim on my new phone but it’s not activated yet. Last night at 8 pm they said 4 hours. But no signal as yet.

    @JioCare registers thru the#jioapp for MNP was supposed to get dilivery or sim and complete KYC today by 2:00pm it’s 5 pm now the rider is not answering calls and called the service center 4 times but of no use ...

    @JioCare Renewed my Gold connection today afternoon for another month. I haven’t got the 250GB voucher for the month of Feb 2020. Kindly fix this issue asap. I can only see 500GB. No vouchers in “my voucher” section.

    Fed up with @reliancejio service. I am facing terrible data connectivity. The only thing working is sending text messages on WhatsApp, can't even send images and other media let alone using data-intensive applications. Going to port soon 🤞🏻

    @JioCare we need a network site near 9.277046,76.596477 ( google coordinates) 7HGW+RH Cheriyanad, Kerala (google plus code) outdoor 2g 2 bar...indoor no coverage... please do something for proper coverage..online class badly affected due to lack of internet.

    @JioCare When I am facing problem I dam my details to your official Twitter but on that time your jio care can't reply me so I already port my jio SIM to BSNL and also stop using your jio fibre and I shipped to BSNL ftth. @BSNLCorporate GSM & ftth service are very good wonderful service
