    @JioCare Experiencing worst speed of internet slower than 2g . Have been complaining to customer care since last 2 days they only say keep patience we are working on it. Even basic application like watsapp is not working

    @JioCare @JioCare any update on this. Still facing network issue. Airtel provide us their best service, now their speed is 20mbps and in rush hour they provide us approx 8-10mbps. What about your service. Otherwise I have to port my and my colleague numbers to Airtel for better service

    @JioCare I have raised a complaint regarding slow Internet speed on last year, which is still not reslove. I have alrdy call to your jio help line 10 times and raised the same complaint, but I have not recd any positive response from Your toll Free asstnt. Poor Ambani service

    @harsh_vardhan @reliancejio Makes sense. But Vodafone and Airtel have roughly same spectrum. Vodafone being more because of idea merger. Both are going to be pretty similar in terms of voice quality. I ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone for same reasons and facing same issues in Vodafone too.

    @JioCare worst network quality you guys are providing this days, after so many complaints raised by me the situation is the same. Stop running behind new customers first fulfill the need of existing customers.

    @reliancejio experiencing worst internet and voice services . I knew this was gonna happen at first to make customers u give best quality of internet n voice calls and when u r all set in business the quality is even poor than 2g

    @reliancejio Your service sucks, your customers service sucks, you are not providing what you are supposed to. Call dropping a lot. Call never get connect. We are paying but we aren’t getting service for what we have paid for. Your speeds is in Kb 😐😐

    @JioCare And i ported my vodafone sim to jio 25 days ago so tha i can have good internet n better voice calls . Even worst exper than Vodafone voice is cracking internet is hardly working and customer care says because of high date usage from your area you are facing issues

    @JioCare I have relocated my self. Despite availability of jio fiber, my jio app does not show it. Despite repeated call to customer care no one responding.. it’s been 9 days very pathetic service.

    @JioCare I have received same reply now. Request you to provide details of your higher authorities or you can ask them to connect me on 8779526723. Not all happy with the resolution. Mistake is from JIO end and customer is paying penalty of his hard earned money. Kindly refund!!

    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity at our area, we were happy to know that you are extending fibre connection, but seems you stopped extension just 400mts apart. Don't know whom to complain what to do next. Tired calling your executive and customer support. You failed.

    @JioCare at 15.59 I got SMS of utilisation of 50% data & by 16.21 I got SMS of 90% data utilised. I fail to understand by watching a video how come 40% data go utilised in 22 minutes. Any clue?
