Am in process of getting the conversation converted to video so that everyone can understand.

@JioCare I am recharged my jio fiber account and payment is deducted but it's not reflecting in my account. I talked to customer care they denied taking complaint. Pls look into this asap. Really disappointed with customers care and jio service

I guess @reliancejio has purposely reduced the speed of 4G, so that people will start to opt for 5G. Speed is so slow that I can't even use 200mb of daily data properly... Most data goes wasted nowadays!!!
