@reliancejio internet optical fibre plan really pathetic. It’s not even 1 month I opted for this plan & 3 times internet got disconnected & need to raise compliant, speed is not even 20% of wht is you guys charging. Really pathetic service.

@JioCare Your service is horrible. I bought Jio Fibre on 13/5/21. On 14/5/21, the router becomes defective, within 24 hours. Lodged a complaint on 15th. The service person is sitting with me for the past one hour. Even though the work order has been raised.............
