@reliancejio @JioCare Hey guys I had been to #Matheran on 26th Jan for one day picnic, but there was very poor signal in and around Matheran, And even in #Karjat & #Neral area, no internet was working from entire belt. Pls improve the Quality of the the call and internet ntkwrk.

I have raised a request SR000013TEP7 on 26th Jan at around 5:30 PM for not being able to make outgoing calls and access mobile data but it's been around 48 hrs still there is no resolution to it. Haven't expected such a pathetic service for @reliancejio @JioCare
