    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Stop this "limited network" excuse! I have a video showing the 5G ODC and machines are already installed at the Moti Rafudad (361170) tower. Just tell your network team to come and fit the antenna! Stop fooling customers and finish the installation immediately.

    Facing terrible service from Jio AirFiber 😡 Request ID SR000034E0NR (25 Apr) was closed without resolving “no internet” issue. New request SR000034KN09 opened on 28 Apr still no visit, only rescheduling again & again!All devices fine, issue is on your side. @JioCare please ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very bad network coverage of jio in a capital city like New Delhi, it’s very disappointing , it feels like now they are selling their jio fibre services by reducing network connectivity…. It’s been 4 month same issue in my location Very disappointing 👎🏻

    @JioCare @JioCare Dear Prakash, stop sending copy-paste replies. Your engineer has already visited 2–3 times and the issue has been ongoing since 10th April. Multiple SRNs have been raised but nothing is resolved. This is complete negligence. Fix this permanently immediately

    @JioCare Hi Tanya, soon doesn't define a timeline. There are TATs that need to be maintained. With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.
