@JioCare i had raised a request for e-sim via store. Today, after 21 days of form filled, visiting store 5 times, calling customer support and yet they asking to visit store again. What a service! Complaint no. MR0000LA6T17

@vijayshekhar The issue is Airtel. It's been trying to fool the public by stating it's the fastest network when it's clearly not. And that's part of the issue. Still no VoLTE 4g network weak in areas @JioCare is by far the best now and in a couple of years it will be perfect.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been faced since day 1 of postpaid connection ,more than 15days. No benefit of getting postpaid, This issue is on every location, Shouldn't have ported out from Jio @reliancejio @JioCare to Airtel, just needed postpaid so had to .. regret my decision

@JioCare I have a connection in Kolkata, it’s 20 days old, apparently there is some damage to the wiring and your personnel refuses to fix it as it’s a long wiring range issue. Why did you guys set it if it was a long range, I have paid for 6 months in advance!! Horrible service

@JioCare Horrible service, I have raised a request for relocation on 24 and from then on my request has been pushed every day to the next day. When I call your support line they say next day confirm sir engineer will visit but nothing happens. Worst ISP please do not use JioFiber
