    @jiofiber @reliancejio Most unexpected experience with jio service. Unbelievable that's how customer service and support work. Put the request for relocation and not getting information and placing different requests by themselves. I need to cancel my service and refund my money

    @reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

    @JioCare Onto the 3rd day now. No call or visit from any engineer. It is sad to see how Jio neglects customer grievance when it should be their top priority. If you have a response other than the canned one, do let me know.

    @JioCare @reliancejio made payment of ₹4033/- against jio account Id 900190048606 on 22/09/2020 but till date neither received the fibre connection nor the refund. Written numerous email to local officials at #Guwahati but no help. I don’t think #JioFiber will loot my money??

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.
