Either my issue is resolved or you arrange a disconnection of my device/will throw it and replace with Airtel 5G. I am shocked to see the same response template time and again. Engineers don't answer calls, customer care is unreachable, and resolution keeps getting delayed. But bill overdue? Service is cut instantly. Will Jio compensate for the 5+ days I had no net.
