But old subscribers on 699 plan with only 28 mpbs Speed and need to pay 1499 to upgrade router to get higher speed and 5ghz network! Amazing JIO ! Any explanations??

He also contact your customer care they told it you'll be refunded in the nxt 3 days bt yet he didn't receive.
