Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. They have the worst chatbot who keep giving same soln everytime. You cannot talk to human or raise service request in any way. Experience with @airtelindia is best in terms of customer service.Will switch to that. Also will buy Airtel shares too,they will dominate Jio for sure.
