Either my issue is resolved or you arrange a disconnection of my device/will throw it and replace with Airtel 5G. I am shocked to see the same response template time and again. Service of Jio is good but it has become too expensive now.

The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
