@JioCare But other service provider do have the option. Why Jio can’t? This is important for me according to my salary date. This month already I have to pay ₹100 extra for the last date of bill payment passed. This is not possible for every month.

Regretting my decision to go with @reliancejio Fiber plan. I am facing internet connection issue from last 4-5 days, but no one has visited to solve the problem even after repeated reminders. Guys Do Not go with Jio Fiber because the service is below poor. #BigNoToJioFiber

@reliancejio @JioCare I had ported my number recently to Jio with ₹500 advance deposit. But unfortunately network is no better than others. Moreover I want to change my Billing cycle according to my convenience but as per their customer care Jio has no option. #NeedResolution

@JioCare I'm still waiting and nobody responded to my query till now. My internet is suspended too. When the issue is at your end, why does the customer suffer for such incidents? Support people ask the contact number and then vanish without a reply or callback. Poor service 😒

I decided to port my number from @airtelindia to @reliancejio due to extremely poor service provide by @airtelindia, When I got new SIM from Jio the next day I got call from so called Jio service center, My port request is incorrect so send CANCEL msg on 1900 to port it correctly
