I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Technical Team visited our place but still the network issue is persisting. Could you please resolve the issue ASAP.

Shivam Singh (@ShivamSg619) reported@JioCare Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out.
