@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

@JioCare Yaa guys i live in a village and I keep my jiofi on the roof top and run to remove it if it rains , and sometimes getting disconnected while working with clients, Can you help me with a jiolink , I think you are the only people who can support freelancers like me .

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

Dunno what kind of sham @reliancejio is doing with their broadband customers. The connection is down again within a few weeks of the last outage. I can’t speak to the customer care to disconnect the connection. Good way to hold on to the disgruntled customers. 👏

@JioCare Hi @JioCare @reliancejio as we tried multiple things from both the sides in DM and it didn't give any results. I have one opinion can we restart the 4g connection for my number alone?? Like Completely disable the network for this number only for few minutes and then enable it.

@JioCare calling to jio representative for connection, he has not managed to visit the location, every time he saying coming today. I am planning to switch to Jio in expectations of good service but it forces me to rethink as connection then what kind of service it will provide
