@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Technical Team visited our place but still the network issue is persisting. Could you please resolve the issue ASAP.

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@reliancejio @JioCare Worst experience of broadband services in Belapur Navi Mumbai. Complaint is not being addressed by service team. Service team is highly unsupportive. Rohan and Farukh are contact persons. They are not helpful. Will not recommend Jio Fibre to anyone.
