I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

It prominently shows โน555/month and 120 Days, which made me believe I was purchasing 4 months of service for the โน2,221.46 I paid.Only after payment did I realize the plan provides 90+7 days (97 days) instead of the 120 days

The issue is that I do not have access to the current Registered Mobile Number, as it belongs to a former employee who has left the organization and is not cooperating. The JioFiber connection is installed at our office and all bills are paid by us.
