@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

@JioCare here we are facing a troubleshooting in browsing internet. We are already informed to customer care. But they didn't responded till now. We are unable to do office work at home😥😥. So please solve this issue ASAP😌

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@JioCare @i_am_sharvan Update your towers please. This type of sevice is not expected from you. Charging so much money and not giving the basic internet speed also. If asked in customer service you reply a lot of people using net at the same time. Shameful!

@JioCare Again creating the problem. Lodged complaint and they told me engineer will visit by 7 to 8. No one visited and now they are saying on 10th engineer will come. What is this ? Is this way to work everytime ?

It's really very very very bad service. I'm getting. please shut this and refund me the amount. Again internet off. Complaint done. Engineer was about to come in between 7 to 8. Due technical problem he couldn't. Now they are saying on 10th. #donotbuyjio @JioCare @reliancejio
