    @JioCare here we are facing a troubleshooting in browsing internet. We are already informed to customer care. But they didn't responded till now. We are unable to do office work at home😥😥. So please solve this issue ASAP😌

    @JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare @JioCare My services were not usable for many days due to repeated internet issues and downtime. My plan is ₹599 + GST, but the bill amount is ₹1117.23, which is incorrect. Previous month payment was already made, and service downtime should also be considered.

    @JioCare Sorry I think you are mistaken - I have made the payment 3 TIMES and that too on suggestion of your customer care executive. Every time I called them the only solution they were giving me was to make payment one more time - a great way to loot hard earn money of customers

Please suggest . 919653183512 Unable connect to your 199 as no network, your chatbot is poor to resolve issues . There is no WhatsApp number either. Then tell me how a customer connects to you.

    @JioCare Paid my JioFiber/JioHome bill of ₹1768.82 on 30-Apr-26 and received official payment confirmation from @JioCare. Yet I continue receiving payment due alerts claiming ₹1277.94 outstanding for the SAME account.Have:Shared payment proof,Called customer care. Customer harassment

    @JioCare Even after waiting for more than 10 minutes, your customer care executives are not answering calls or resolving customer issues. Such poor support is rarely seen with @airtelindia and even @BSNLCorporate has improved a lot compared to this now.
