@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

@JioCare Yaa guys i live in a village and I keep my jiofi on the roof top and run to remove it if it rains , and sometimes getting disconnected while working with clients, Can you help me with a jiolink , I think you are the only people who can support freelancers like me .

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@reliancejio You should also be informed about the harrassment done you your customers who was ur customer from the day jio fiber launched. Disconnected the connection because you cannot provide one in my new location. Its 45 days waiting for the router to be picked from my home

@JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio First sold a connection. After a month sold 2nd connection saying faulty device. On querying asked to cancel 2nd connection since no refund for first. Now even in a month no device pickup making a case for no refund even here. Ridiculous!!!!

@JioCare very poor network of jio at pin 829107 , bokaro thermal , jharkhand , landmark - dvc hospital lots of flactuations are seen in network also internet speed is very poor.. no initiatives are being taken after repatative complaints.please improve asap.
