@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Technical Team visited our place but still the network issue is persisting. Could you please resolve the issue ASAP.

@JioCare Yaa guys i live in a village and I keep my jiofi on the roof top and run to remove it if it rains , and sometimes getting disconnected while working with clients, Can you help me with a jiolink , I think you are the only people who can support freelancers like me .

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@JioCare @reliancejio engineer name 1. Prabhjeet (+917206333868) 2. Kishan Pandey (+919102375828) They don't even pickup phone. Make stupid excuses. Mr. Prabhjeet on Sunday told me the device will be picked up in 20 mins at 12 pm, didn't show up at all, at 5 pm he said next day.

@JioCare I have convert my jio Pre paid sim into the post paid and filed executive charge 500/ in cash only without giving any slip.i have complaint this on mail and even share executive mail id, his name and contact number no action taken against him and neither refund

I was finally able to port my @reliancejio no. to @airtelindia & I can't express in words how happy am I as I didn't wish to be a customer of @reliancejio,they called me to not to port & were offering me bunch of 'offers'.I politely told them that 'to hell with their offers'.1/2
