@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@JioCare habe messaged you 2 jio numbers along with issue in details with pincode of the area. the callers also report that our number is sw off but our signal is always maximum. still it happens. courier guy called 17 times and our number were not reachable to him while network was full

@JioCare Hi from 10th Oct to 28th Oct I did not had Jio WiFi due to technical problem by Jio and I have been informed that all the days I have lost will be compensated, hence pls add another 18 days to my existing plan which is going to expire on 1st Dec 2021

@JioCare I had hope after seeing your response. But my installation not done today also (1 week over). I called your personnel many times since morning. Everytime they said engineer is coming in 30 mins, but none came. Shocked with disregard for customer after taking money. Please help.
