    @JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Technical Team visited our place but still the network issue is persisting. Could you please resolve the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

    @reliancejio jio signal tower worked in my village but how is data network signal is veryy deadly?????? Still jio network is no1 in india but signal is very deadly . I want to port my number Thanks to jio

    @JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare frequently connection issue occuring to my jio fiber. Daybefore yesterday the technician had fixed .But again same problem today..while booking for technician in jio app...Their shows no slots for 3days..Frustrated with your service.respond fast and send technician asap.

    Hi @airtel, your network is so pathetic. I urge people not to fall in trap of airtel people and do not switch to airtel from other networks. I am facing a lot of issues with 3 airtel numbers, 2 of which i ported from Jio due to airtel family plan. @reliancejio is far better.

    @JioCare Another day is gone, but installation is still pending, no one was coming for installation today. This is the clear indication of jio fiber's services is worst.

    @JioCare the customer service in Bhilai Chhattisgarh is very poor. My service request has been pending since yesterday. I called the customer service number and they repeatedly rescheduled the service request. It's been more than 24hrs and the appointment is further delayed.

    @JioCare Like I said, I needed to call some1 overseas. Now the person has come back 2 India. "Queued" ISD recharge (501) is no use to me now. PLEASE REFUND. It's been 3 days since Twitter support @JioCare 1st replied. No resolution yet jst like ph. support which kept just passing the buck

    @JioCare Still awaiting resolution it was scheduled for today after 20 days and last minute 20th so before schedule time as always received a cancellation msg with delayed due to technical reasons as the same old one excuse I’ve been hearing since 50 days
