@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Technical Team visited our place but still the network issue is persisting. Could you please resolve the issue ASAP.

@JioCare here we are facing a troubleshooting in browsing internet. We are already informed to customer care. But they didn't responded till now. We are unable to do office work at home😥😥. So please solve this issue ASAP😌

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@JioCare @VIBHUJHA Don't become #jio customer #Reliance service is baddest @JioCare In main capital area still not install my fiber from 2 months &1 year jio store NO0000H4PVZ9 They make you fool, not work , Dehradun city management is very very bad & not work address is msg but they never work.

@JioCare A person called me and said he is nearby but later he said he is not nearby he is in medavakkam. He taught it as new connection req once we said as service req he ran away 👎🏻 double strandards of jio service executive.

@reliancejio i want to switch from tikona to Jio fibre but u r asking to deposit 1500&2500 which is stopping me. I hv had bad experiences in the past about deposits n these days nobody is asking for deposit inclusive of my existing int provider.

After using @VodafoneIN for 6 years. I feel really bad to switch/port to @reliancejio network. Especially after Idea & Vodafone merging and trying to retain customers. But you gotta do what you gotta do.
