I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

I have been following up for past 2 months. So, its very clear that there is no intent to resolve and refund my money.

Whenever I call your customer care, they give false promises of EOD delivery or keep transferring calls, wasting time, and finally disconnecting.
