@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

@JioCare Yaa guys i live in a village and I keep my jiofi on the roof top and run to remove it if it rains , and sometimes getting disconnected while working with clients, Can you help me with a jiolink , I think you are the only people who can support freelancers like me .

@JioCare worst experience with customers care, I called to 198 it's giving hell lot of unnecessary options but I never get a chance to speak with customer care person to explain the issue.
