challa upender (@upi360) reported from Khammam, Telangana@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

Nitin Deshpande (@nitingdeshpande) reported@JioCare Just got a call from a technician asking me to take a new connection as the existing one will keep getting "cut" due to construction 2 buildings away. I suspect some fraudulent activity that @JioCare may not have approved. Have refused and asked for the service to be fixed ASAP.

When do I see a satisfactory resolution - which at the very least is a refund of the talktime Airtel unfairly consumed. I refuse to recharge until this is done.
