There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

chandra (@thechandracorp) reported@JioCare I ported my SIM from Airtel to Jio on the 15th of May at Mobile Care Jio Mini Store in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West. They told me that I will have to buy a 349 INR plan and I paid them on their scanner. Later that day, due to some issues at home, I then cancelled my porting.

Ronak Dhiravani (@ronakdhiravani) reported@JioCare No refund yet, 31 days since cancellation and 12 days after giving bank account details as jio could not refund on source payment mode. I wanted to create a new order for jio fiber but now looking at their worst service even before I become a customer, good that I didn't.
