@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

@JioCare @reliancejio i'm suffering bad service from Jio. I have suspeded my connection a while ago, but device is not being pickedup and neither the money is being refunded. But during sale, i was informed that the i will get hassle free service from jio.

Today is the third day without wifi for us. Jio fiber sucks. Half day of rain and their net has gone for toss. No one at helpline except a recorded voice parroting the same lines. Don’t ever go for it @reliancejio @JioCare #jiofibersucks #JioFiber #jio

@JioCare @reliancejio worst service by you. I want to port my phone no. in jio but the delivery boy is pending it for 2 days. Every morning he calls me and says that he is coming but never comes. Feeling disappointed.
