I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

Nithish (@Nithishpk5) reported@JioCare I’m standing 5 feet from the router with no walls or obstruction. My TV and mobile are both getting only ~7 Mbps on a 30 Mbps plan. This is the same generic response I received last month. Please stop blaming Wi-Fi interference and arrange a technician visit to fix the issue.

But freedom plan automatically got activated. Now I am fear about in upcoming bill cycle I will get charged with 1060 extra money
