@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

Jio Fiber has gone down from best to the worst internet service provider in India. It's been more than 2 months of suffering now. Loss of connection, slow speed even if you have it. Really difficult to catch up their customer care, representatives don't respond. @JioCare

Anyone planning to get JioFiber, so please don’t do it @reliancejio @JioCare will scam you. They will take the payment and will not reply for weeks. Even if they reply then they will give you stupid reasons for the delay. My money is stuck for so long and I am taking legal action
