@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

I'm very disappointed in @reliancejio @JioCare performance in my area, even being on of the largest in India. This network is not something on which I can depend on. Time to switch to airtel I guess.

@JioCare Update your self. Forcefully you have migrated my prepaid to postpaid this is unethical. If so post paid means after utilising services use will pay the bill. And u have taken advance while giving connection (initially), where is that amount. U r making customer fool.

@Airtel_Presence I have previously used @JioCare at a different location and I used to get messages for service interruptions, and their customer service is far better and faster compared to yours. This is what matters. I hope you resolve my issue before I switch to AJIO Fiber

@JioCare Sir this SR is generated on 2 june when i call in jio fiber no. and i am really frustrated to do the same process again and again. I registered my disconnection in 29 may, 31 may and in 2 june. You marked resolved in first 2 SR without solving the issue. @JioCare @airtelindia
