challa upender (@upi360) reported from Khammam, Telangana@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

AI (@IlangoAnnamalai) reported@reliancejio My JioFiber order was cancelled on April 27, 2026. Order no:NO0001D39FMA. I am yet to get the refund. I have called customer care multiple times. They tell me to wait for a few days and if I express any dissatisfaction, they disconnect the call. I want my refund.

Extremely disappointed with the service handling. Escalating this further to Appellate Authority and @TRAI if not resolved immediately.
