@JioCare Yaa guys i live in a village and I keep my jiofi on the roof top and run to remove it if it rains , and sometimes getting disconnected while working with clients, Can you help me with a jiolink , I think you are the only people who can support freelancers like me .

@JioCare @reliancejio In our village we have 1000+ Jio connections. We are getting a very poor network day by day. There is no Jio tower around 8kms radius. Could you please help our village Jio users to install tower or network boosters. We will provide the required infra.

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing alot of network issues with Jio-Fi. Mainly at the peak time 6pm -10pm. I have raised a couple of complaints for the network/data issues, so far no action taken against this. I request @JioCare @reliancejio look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

@JioCare here we are facing a troubleshooting in browsing internet. We are already informed to customer care. But they didn't responded till now. We are unable to do office work at home😥😥. So please solve this issue ASAP😌

@reliancejio You have 4G network coverage or 2G? From last many months everyone facing slow internet speed (25 kbps) in my area. Did many complaints but no issue solved. I think its time to switch to @airtelindia who is giving me (2-3 mbps) speed in my location.

@JioCare Go to hell.... I am paying 1200 per month, and asking me to connect only one device. @reliancejio is not a low grade company I think... I am shifting from @reliancejio #fiber to another provider only bca of low grade customer service and poor internet speed.
