Despite multiple complaints on the MyJio app, the assigned engineer keeps marking the issue as “resolved” without even visiting. Now the complaint is put on hold.

After recharge, benefit was denied, and support now claims it was a “one-time offer” despite no clear mention in visible T&C. This is misleading promo.
