  @JioCare I went to service center, since the sales person converted the amount into coupon, im not getting refund. This is what the service center informed. Can you look into what is taking time? Let me know the actual reason?

  @JioCare Still no response, no reply to my emails, and no accessible customer support. Paying for Jio AirFiber relocation was a mistake. If this is not resolved without further delay, I will initiate legal proceedings and escalate the matter with the consumer authorities.

  @JioCare Hello @Jiocare do you even check my private msg or you guys are foooling around. I am in urgent need good signal so that I can use jio service but guyz are playing private/ public msg only. I think if there is no network then provide free validity till there is proper network.

  @reliancejio @JioCare my Jio Airfiber is not working since 4 days. I raised service request & I was told that it will be repaired by 25th, but no technician has come. I visited office but no reply. I tried to call to area manager for 25+ times since morning but he doesn't answer.

  @JioCare In Nanpara,Bahraich district (Uttar Pradesh), the internet speed drops drastically whenever the power goes out.I even lodged a personal complaint with your network representative, Matyendra (8283830139),but received an absurd response: "Change your network; why do you use Jio?"
