    @reliancejio @JioCare I recently bought a new 5g phone for my dad and i used my jio sim to check 5g connectivity i got that after 2 min but after i used my dad's jio sim i am not getting the jio 5g signal and in my jio app its not showing jio welcome offer.

    @JioCare it is IMPOSSIBLE to book a service appointment or what??? i have been trying to contact customer support, use the myjio app, having whatsapp conversations to no avail. my router is facing issues again and i need to get this sorted!!

    The service of telecom companies has become so poor that leave aside Mbps, even the speed of Kbps is not coming well. Money is taken from the customer for 4G and Kbps speed comes, very poor service. In which @airtelindia @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare is the worst service.🥴🥴���
