    @reliancejio hi, the data on my Jio number has stopped working. I had ported from Airtel to jio. There’s was a balance amount that I’ve paid to Airtel. But my data is still not working.

    @JioCare Internet connectivity has been extremely bad for the past three days since I recharged the no. Can you fix this? I can't put my phone on airplane mode every 3 secs to fix the data connection. I have better things to do with my time. I am having a headache now thanks lol

    @JioCare I have 999 jio fiber plan. But I am unable to access Sony Liv, Zee5 or any OTT subscriptions. Customer care executive is not even understanding the problem. I am quite confused. Can you please help?

    @JioCare hi jio care it's been several months I have lodged complaint , there isn't any resolution provided. I am unable to use jiocall. Please provide a timeframe in which you can resolve this or i must change to another operator.

    @JioCare sorry to let you know I am facing worst customer service with jio customer care, i am calling every day to jio customer care to relocate my services for jio fiber but from 10 July 2021, and i am getting 24 hr time every time i called ,from 10 July 2021 till today
