Anurag (@AnuragLegalife) reportedI registered my complaint on 3rd Aug & was guaranteed resolution by 4th Aug 5:30 PM yet no engineer visit has been done & customer care are asking for another 24 hours. Even they are not sure if the problem will be resolved or not. I have to attend High Court hearings! @JioCare
