  @JioCare the network is down from yesterday late evening and no respite till now. Just msgs keep coming we are working on it. Service is going from bad to worst. Was happy with MTNL.

  @reliancejio Since yesterday there is no internet(JIO FIBER) in my area and I called to customer care 3-4 times and every time they give me assurance that within 2 hours we will fix your issues and then I got to know from one of my friend that internet is shutdown till 11th May
