    @JioCare What kind of joke is this? Paying ₹3599 for “5G” and getting 27 kbps max speed for the last 5 days. The network keeps shamelessly switching back to 4G on its own. Not just me, the whole Hathkowapara, Azara area is suffering the same nonsense.

    @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with your service, since Monday your jio network shows issue in calling as well as in internet service in Hisar Haryana, resolve this problem otherwise I will change my sim from jio to other companies.

    @JioCare @JioCare In just 15 days, I faced 5 days of downtime on Jio Fiber. Why should I pay for service I didn’t get? Extend my validity by 5 days immediately. #CustomerRights
