The issue is still not resolved and there is no proper update on the MyJio app. This is very poor service. Either resolve my issue immediately or disconnect my connection. I will not continue with such service.

Service numbers have this stupid auto bot call system with no usefull options at all. Ordered a sim 2 weeks ago and sill no delivery, registered a complaint no response. Shame on jio.

I have a jio airfiber plan 899, which promises up to 100mbps -what I have been getting is 1-10mbps. It is getting nearly impossible to connect to your customer care. What kind of service is this.

Apartments locked in, no alternatives, zero accountability. Poor service? Tough luck. Can't switch? This is what monopoly looks like — pay us, but don't expect anything in return.

Evening 7-8 then Morning 12-1 the again evening 7-8. In #myjio app Call to engineer not connecting and track engineer button also not working.
