@JioCare I replaced my mobile SIM which was not working. Rs.25/- taken but no receipt was given to me.They told that message will received on alternative number. It is very surprised to see message that it is not a eceipt of amount taken. This message is only a information.

Hii @JioCare @reliancejio i select postpaid plus plan of 599 rs from my jio app before recharge it show 3 ott app subscription (Netflix,amazon prime, Disney+ hotstar) but after recharge i got only Netflix and Disney+ hotstar i didn't get amazon prime subscription plz check issue

@JioCare Ha ha ha. Whole day has passed and no resolution. Please google the meaning of PRIORITY. Also talk to the engineer who rescheduled the visit without my consent. My whole day wasted and caused me a loss of 6k. Do u have the capacity as a company to compensate that.
