    @JioCare This is the worst service experience I have had with Jio. Every team that visits simply transfers the issue to another team instead of resolving it. This lack of coordination and accountability is completely unacceptable.

    @Vaibhav51552614 Primary SIM is from @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio worst network. Zero customer care, only BOT reply, their outlet (Pin code : 561207 - Bagepalli ) is busy with new business not time to service issue. Every time no person is available come tomorrow. Lot of tomorrow have gone.

    @jio_fiber @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Raised a request on 27th May 26. No resolution and the ticket automatically went to resolved status. Again another ticket created but still no engineer assigned till date. Not able to contact jio customer care to speak about the issue

    Hey @JioCare, my JioHome app is totally broken. It shows "0 Online" devices, hides my Wi-Fi settings, and I can't even reset my password. I've raised 2 tickets, but both were closed without fixing the issue. (1/2)

    @JioCare What’s going on with Jio AirFiber? It’s been 3 HOURS with no internet and the modem is just blinking red like a joke. Absolutely pathetic service. I have office work tomorrow (WFH) and you guys can’t even provide basic stability.
