    @reliancejio I'm waiting for my jio airfiber connection installation from last 2 days, I haven't get any update so far, this is really frustrating. I was using Airtel Xtreme airfiber before but I have chosen jio but now I am regretting for my decision. Such a pathetic service

Due to some technical reasons, we need some more time to address your complaint. We are expecting it to be resolved at the earliest and an SMS confirmation will be (1/2)

    @JioCare Your excuse that the daily data renewal time is "system specific" and cannot be changed is unacceptable. Customers deserve flexibility, not scripted responses. My Jio recharge ends on 22 Aug, and I'll be porting to Airtel. Better service deserves my money. #Jio #PortOut

    Since 2 days we are getting SMS that field engineer will reach the location to fix the jio fiber connectivity issue but none of your engineers showed. The schedule date & time have been skipped multiple times & still the area manager is silent. Fix it ASAP @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare, internet connectivity via fiber cable down for the second consecutive day while paying for the same. No option to connect to anyone on your payroll through the app or phone. Please explain
