@Airtel_Presence thanks for terrible customer journey we are leaving airtel which means we will stop with the wifi and the mobile numbers that we have and move to @reliancejio and jii has already responded and we are looking to be a part of the Jio family.

@JioCare I request to everyone dont take jio Fibernet... They simply came to your house fix the connection without proper net like in a day the 10 hours speed is in kbps two days I have taken holiday they don't care no proper solution my jio fiber no. is - 3813562463

@reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima @JioCare Facing jio network from 2 years Hence I installed jio fiber to use wifi calling features. I have jio site wifi calling supported phone. Still not able to use wifi calling. Jio customer neigher solve network issue nor wifi calling issue.

@airtelindia What a pathetic service you have i am trying to talk to your customer care executive from 3 hours and they are busy.. I have made 3 recharges 10, 19 and 79 and still not able to send 1 message neither by deducting my own balance Jio is far far better @reliancejio

@reliancejio Jio Fiber nor working since yesterday. Pathetic customer care, pathetic turnaround time, pathetic customer complaints resolution mechanism. Robots are sitting there. Customers can only bang their heads there!!!
