    It's been two weeks since I've experienced no internet connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare If you can't fix this, please inform me so that I can switch to Airtel. It feels horrible to pay monthly for absolutely terrible service.

    Everytime service is down you reinstate your reluctance to be available for customers For jio sim- fiber everything there's no customer points unlike airtel Day light robbery to say the least Where are we supposed to get solutions ? U hate facing people @reliancejio #jiodown

    @reliancejio SIM requested on 14 Jun and still not delivered. I got a delivery message but the delivery person says he won’t come. Jio branch refuses to help because it was bought online.customer care gave wrong information. This is careless and unprofessional -resolve or refund.

    @reliancejio This is all fake and fraud... I am not using your services due to the ongoing issue, and I will not make any further payments for the service. Please process the service disconnection request immediately, arrange for device pickup, and refund my security deposit.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio We have 30 connection in our society and the cable wiring at entire compound wall is broken have been following up with Rajesh, Washim, Vipul & Nayan for last 15 days but no result. Address Mahalaxmi Complex Paldi Ahmedabad

    Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've had has been with jiofiber. It's been over 4 days since I've had my fiber connection disrupted and so far they've done nothing. No Engineer visit. No response to emails sent. +Scummy practices.... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

    Hey @JioCare, my #JioFiber connection has been down since 2 PM today. I’ve been trying to raise a complaint, but the IVR keeps failing mid-call. Can someone please look into this ASAP? My connection is completely dead. #JioFiberDown #Hubballi

    @JioCare @ASHOBA @JioCare they are lot of other service providers in the market go with them they have very good customer service team jio is useless they don't have any dignity towards their customers the first take money and I don't know where they are now it's been more than 15 days no connect
