    @JioCare It seems the internet is working fine since yesterday . Thanks for the resolution . But as I mentioned earlier the issue last for almost 3-4 days . Now how can this interrupted service will be adjusted in the monthly rental ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not getting internet and TV since yesterday. My Jio Air Fiber is not working. Jio Customer care also not working. I am totally disappointed about your service and Customer support. Please send service technician immediately.

    Shame on @JioCare @reliancejio for such poor 5G service in Delhi. Hardly getting stable signals despite being in a metro city. Called customer care multiple times & raised complaints, but no resolution just false assurances. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare Why is Jio wasting time? I just spoke to customer care and they are telling me that I will raise a new concern, please wait for 24 hours again, otherwise go to Jio store and activate it, tell me this kind of arbitrariness. Why do you waste our time?

    @JioCare This is Ramesh. I paid for a Jio broadband connection on April 1st via QR code. Due to a technical issue in my area, I requested a refund, which was promised within 5 working days, but I have still not received it.

    @JioCare @DoT_India Please fix the network problem at Kuliana(757030), Odisha. There is no network inside home and facing a major problem to connect with internet inside home. It's been a year you aren't taken any step to fix this issue.
