    @JioCare Location: Sector 32A, Ludhiana, Punjab PIN:141010 Issue: Pichhle 7 din se Jio AirFiber speed bahut low hai aur baar-baar disconnect ho raha hai. Jio mobile network bhi weak hai, calls aur internet dono affect ho rahe hain. Multiple complaints ke baad bhi issue unresolved hai.

    @JioCare Your explanation raises more questions than answers. If local authorities have cut fiber lines across the area, how are Jio internet users and other service providers functioning normally? Why does the problem keep recurring only with my JioFiber connection? Please provide facts

    @reliancejio @JioCare I subscribed to 200 Rs plan in Jio Tv App Now it says Zee 5 fifa I need to upgrade recharge again. Waddah waste of money... Thank you for always poor communication and fake contents. #jiotv scam

    @JioCare I am asking for the refund since the order was cancelled. The sales representative is not picking up my phone call. Is this how you treat the customer once the order is booked? You tell me how I get the refund and process the refund to the original source of payment.

    @JioCare @reliancejio To make matters worse I have repeatedly called your customer care number but nobody answers. The entire system appears to be automated. I was sent a link for assistance but the link does not work either. As a result I have no way to track or follow up on my request. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Dear @JioCare, how can a complaint be resolved without visiting the location or even contacting the customer? SR00003885PX was closed only on paper. Please stop misleading customers with false updates.

    @JioCare Whenever I am calling customer service they are saying that they cannot assign an engineer or they don't know what can be done next? Don't know? This is complete non-sense. If you don't know, shut down the company. Don't sell your product if you don't know how to give service.
