    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    The internet on my jio fiber connection is not working at all. The worst part is there is no working customer support number for help @JioCare Can u look into this issue.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio and @TataSky stop monopolising new buildings. Play fair competition with your service please. One of the biggest reasons why I’d avoid signing up on your services as much as I can.

    @reliancejio jio internet speed is worst. not even single website is loading. Very bad for #WorkFromHome After recharging for 1year with Rs.2399 pack I thought I won't need Airtel now. But jio majbur karta hai #Airtel ka recharge karne ke liye.

    @JioCare your support person said problem will be resolved in 6 to 8 months. Wow. what a great time to resolve the problem. What about the money I spent on yearly subscription. Are you going to give any discount or free extension.

    @JioCare Guess m back to issues... The moment I click on Manage account and try and add the other number it is asking me it should be a Jio postpaid already.. Now you will ask me to pay deposit for other number ??? What's happening?? I paid ₹750 just yesterday.. not happening
