    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare I already call coustomer care several times and non of your executive give any reasonable answer. In return they straight forward say it's not our problem. We can't do anything related to this.

    @reliancejio Poor service, Made payment on last Friday for installation of jio fiber at residence but still no one has called or when m calling no one is replying with proper resolution. Called jio Chandigarh team also for that
