    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    I have done a big mistake by porting in to @JioCare. Data network is worst and customer service after delivery of sim is also worst.

    @FsCollection12 @JioCare 26 feb is such a nearby date! I had my complaint long pending still they dont care and dont resolve. Don't ecpect a minimum amount of courtesy from @JioCare where they reply you.

    @JioCare @JioCare the issue is not yet resolved. I just reached my place staying couple of months in US with internet speed in MB/S and now facing to browse even newspaper with this pathetic slow speed net. Resolve the issue very soon.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Nowadays 2g is better than jio 4g in my location. Internet speed is very bad even we are facing calling issued also. Thinking to shift another oparetor. I request do something about it please ....

    @reliancejio For the last about two months, there's almost no internet. No assurance, when the service will be restored. Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.
