    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @ErAashish @RDGARG @JioCare Any reply or resolution here.? I doubt jio or othe bigs in mail read our complaints. Even if they read, they may just ignore. I doubt they will "actually" act on our concerns. All these support systems in our country just exists for name sake(to fool customers), but none works.

    @reliancejio : Customers using Jio SIM on Jio WiFi device cannot use WhatsApp support service if they do not use Jio Mobile. No resolution on mail too
