    @JioCare @JioCare my village has everything except Good "Reliance Jio" network....Even 144p YouTube video is unable to play smoothly. I can't attend my online class due to bad network.

    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare Honestly even though if, I DM you people the problem will not be resolved and the problem is from beginning of my connection it’s better you people discontinue your useless Airfiber service because it’s not worth fooling the customers into believing they getting premium service.

    @JioCare Harshit unfortunately u guys have never updated me unless I asked which is y I haven't received my refund after 2+ months. I have given me u ample amount of the time which is y I got no refund & facing urgent medical finance issue. Now transfer my refund by today any shame left
