@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are guys by any chance deactivating sim card services to force customers into buying new sim cards?? If so, atleast fix the ******* algorithm to not target the same person twice!! @reliancejio what’s the procedure to port the number to your network?

@JioCare Net is not running for the last 1 months messages are not even sent on WhatsApp, for what do you charge Jio, claiming high speed, is absolutely fake, there is no speed at all, the network has been in the entire area for the last 1 months having trouble Kanpur Patkapur .

@JioCare I am a postpaid jio user with my celphone network number 9454869668 .from past one month i am not able to send sms , not able to call , not able to use internet data . From this number. Even i am paying my all bills after that , i am facing issue .

@JioCare Switched from Prepaid to Postpaid. Opted for 999 Family plan (1+3nos.). Added 2 nos. Had issues with porting 3rd no. Changed to 799 plan (1+2 nos.). Jio immed. removed 2 add-on nos. from 999 plan. Got msg, plan will change next day. Pay rent but can't use nos. Rubbish!

@JioCare Pathetic service of Jio in North Kashmir Bandipora District Tehsil Aloosa. Very Pathetic Service as if we are using 2G network page takes ages to load let alone watching something on youTube. Jio take care of your network Or else we may shift to Airtel for better service
