@reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

@reliancejio Jio now a days 4g service at 2 g speed from evening to midnight. Kindly look into to this neither we force to switch network at Jagatsinghpur (754013) area.

I want to get Jio fiber in my house, but when I tried to contact your employee of Jio fiber, then they are saying that there is no line drawn on your side, due to which there is a problem in putting Jio fiber in my house. It should be managed as soon as possible. @reliancejio

@JioCare Very poor internet speed in my location. U keep sending msgs to users to recharge the account but cannot guarantee quality net speed. It's disappointing. Cannot rely on Jio network.
