    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    Anybody else having problems with @JioCare internet connection? Mine goes off everytime it rains. The customer care would ask to restart the router but won’t raise a ticket. This is a never ending loop.

    @JioCare Technicians are not attending my service request. No timeline given, no service request number shared for tracking. Escalating to Nodal Officer and Appellate Officer. Will report to TRAI if unresolved.

    In jio server. When i contacted Jio care for this, they also agreed error happens on jio side while activating prime. But after that they closed my service request and didn't solved my issue. I paid extra money for prime plan on jio. Worst service by jio @reliancejio @JioCare
