    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare I am facing internet issue in my area. Download speed is fine, upload speed is poor (0.03 mbps only). Please fix this issue as soon as possible, also give me recharge bills of last 6 months with gst number and other proper details, requesting from past 4 months.

    I have taken jio fiber connection and now I wanted to relocate the same and I have contacted support team multiple time and still it's not resolved, nobody is responding aswell. I am fully depending on internet for my work. kindly do the needful. @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare
