    @JioCare @JioCare your booking team asked me to cancel the old connection and get me new connection. I don't get it. This is absolute unprofessional and nonsense. Can you guys explain this? I am not able to use what I paid for, for last 6 days? Who will compensate for the cost. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Has a quite useless support system. When I call for a major outage of over 24 hours of Fiber affecting my entire area, they first say it's over and then say it will be resolved in another 12 hours but have no clue what the issue is. Very poor IVR service options
