    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare @JioCare my village has everything except Good "Reliance Jio" network....Even 144p YouTube video is unable to play smoothly. I can't attend my online class due to bad network.

    hi @JioCare my jio number got deactivated after not using it for 3 months now to reactivate it your customer care rep is telling me to fly to delhi from mumbai to do biometrics and then only it can be reactivated does it make any sense? just because i got the number from delhi you want me to fly there why can’t i do it from anywhere in india? @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I’m not asking you to provide internet service on Mars. I’m right here on Earth, and all I’m asking for is a basic resolution to my connectivity issue. 4 days of downtime and no proper resolution is simply unacceptable.

    @JioCare After many complaints still network issue persists at Gokarnapur area Digapahandi Ganjam Odisha. Are we paying not to use network? Why you're not extending validity if your network disappears for long time. @DoT_India Can you take necessary action on this @JM_Scindia
