    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare My issue was not yet resolved. Same excuse everytime..In your area lot of users active so this is the reason you didn't get your expected speed. Every time their excuses are same at least you can change your excuses time by time.(1/1)

    @JioCare you all are trying the speed of 5G in India and on the other side yours prevailing 4G network is working at a speed of 0.9kbps to 10kbps maximum speed, this is constantly happening since last 2 weeks... So at I would say wasting money on jio network is vague... 😡 😡 😡
