    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare @JioCare my village has everything except Good "Reliance Jio" network....Even 144p YouTube video is unable to play smoothly. I can't attend my online class due to bad network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fibre stops working as per ur CC, my data got exhausted whereas the plan I opted is with unlimited data. I paid twice to buy data boost but still not working and I am being asked to pay 3rd time. No clarity about last two paymwnt.

    @JioCare in surat area the network is very bad I am not able to do browsing and my work is getting affected by it if you can't provide a good network why are promising it you guys are promising for 5g network it feels like I am using 2g network it is happening around two weeks

    @JioCare For the past several days, I have only been receiving repeated messages stating that the backend team is working on the issue and that the service will be restored soon. However, the connection remains unusable. Repeated updates without an actual resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today its 7.17 pm technician fid not came for the JioFiber Since Sunday morning we r reminding So either tell us clearly whether ur person will come or not Why giving wrong info that till 7 ur probm wl be solved & In app it is showing problem solved Great

    @JioCare @reliancejio Problem is from now a days,and I use jio 5g from long time,you should rectify customer complains,and atleast understand what I am trying to say, Paying for 5g is not issue buy excepting 5g in my mobile network,I can't change settings every time Solve it

    @JioCare do you have any other way to reach for help other than DMs or chatting with bots [ whatsapp & myJio chat] . i am in USA with no network, i have DM my problem but no response . earlier DM support was sure help but with missing network i am limited with options.
