The Wise Scholar (@wise_scholor) reported🚨 Day after day New Fraud of @reliancejio and @JioCare keeps asking me to pay first while my compensation request remains pending. Service remained affected for over a month. Complaints: SR000034YDNX SR000035N547 Rebate Request: SR000036I24H Result? ❌ No validity extension ❌ No compensation credited ❌ Account suspended A customer loses 33 days of service and is still expected to pay as if nothing happened. Is this how India's largest telecom company treats its customers?
