    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare The engineer visited and says cable is cut at some place and needs to be fixed. Surprising thing they say that it will be done tomorrow. Can you tell me why it takes 48 hours to fix the cable?

    @reliancejio A guy from jio called me today and with a bad tone said "if you don't recharge by evening You connection will be cut and won't be able to start until lockdown is finished" It's only been 2 days my pack expired and you dare to threatened me
