    What is the Process to Surrender Wifi Router to Jio? Bcz when the service "itself is bad" why should I keep this device? My request is pending since last 1 month, So,I now understand that neither any EMPL of Jio nor any senior officer of Jio are active in their work. 🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare We called the person - “you will get it when you get it. I won’t give you anyone else’s number. Ab time lagega hi”. This is what the technician assigned told us!! I am also sending you his number. Insanely rude to us. I DO NOT want jio. Give me my refund!!

    @JioCare I called your advisor to get some information about port in to jio but he hung my call without even letting me complete my query. Such a pathetic service. I was about to port in jio but now i think i shouldn't because of such poor customer support.

    Dear @reliancejio , internet in my phone is very slow. As downloading speed is under 80kbps and surfing speed is worst. In past times you was providing good speed but now it has become worst. Now i request you to take consideration on it in my area i.e Jammu and Kashmir, Doda
