    @reliancejio Karpi block has internet problem. This is the situation for the last 4 years. Earlier it was not so, 4 years ago, we had carfew, and internet was shut down for 3,4 days. Since that time there is internet problem. Karpi Block, Arwal, Bihar- 804419 Mob - 6205345556

    @JioCare @JioCare my village has everything except Good "Reliance Jio" network....Even 144p YouTube video is unable to play smoothly. I can't attend my online class due to bad network.

    @JioCare @sachindev87 Nobody attended complaint no SR00002KUNJI at Jaipur. Wrong answer. Scheduled 12 to 1 pm today but I’m still waiting to get the results.

    @JioCare JioFiber unusable since installation. Weeks of complaints, tickets (SR00000HLA96) closed without fix. 5GHz not working, both SSIDs stuck on 2.4GHz → unstable internet. Work impacted. Need urgent resolution & accountability. #JioFiber

    @JioCare No, this is not acceptable. It’s still not working, and it has already been almost 8 days. Instead of resolving the issue, you are asking me to reschedule again. I need a clear commitment on when this will be fixed permanently. arrange immediate resolution without any delay.

    ❌Worst customer support & zero accountability from @reliancejio! Yesterday, I requested a new additional JioFiber set-top box and paid immediately through online payment. Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money. This clearly shows how @JioCare handles customers—by giving false promises instead of real solutions. @thecroindia #JioFiber #CustomerServiceFail #JioComplaint

    As soon as you recharge Jio 5G, it feels like you’ll get rocket speed, but the network runs so slow that even a bullock cart would feel ashamed. Paying for 5G but getting service worse than 2G—Jio hasn’t upgraded speed, only people’s expectations.😡 @reliancejio @JaikyYadav16

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please Check Service request of 3rd May 2026-- SR000034YTGB. Tried filing in a service request from 2nd May 2026 onwards and finally registered by Jiocare on 3rd May after 6 calls to jio customer care. Check your call logs or I can furnish same.

    @JioCare Very poor service by jio Service engineer visit was already scheduled after 3 days On the service date no engineer visited now they are asking to reschedule it by another 3 days So six days of no internet but full bill Ph no 6350049422 Please resolve
