Hey @JioCare , I've lodged a complaint for an issue on your end where the otp does not generate in jio pay e-refund. Look into it and address the same at the earliest possible else I'll be forced to take disciplinary steps.

@reliancejio From the last 6 months I'm facing issue of logging into the VOOT OTT app. Everytime I have to clear data and clear cache. Raised complaint with JIO Customer care but engineer get scheduled and everytime they are saying now it is working fine and in the next month
