@reliancejio @JioCare Its time to switch Airtel. In my area airtel upload speed and download speed is more than 4mbps , meanwhile jio is 0.73 Mbps . In recent 4 days poor track of service for no.9751359093. Keep going

@JioCare How can we take duplicate SIM card when the owner of the connection is in bed rest due to fractured legs ?. Tried contacting nearest jio care and customer care but didn't get help on this. They are keep telling me that the the owner should physically appear !!!
