    Why was such an offer displayed in my app if it was not applicable to my account? Why were the eligibility conditions not clearly communicated before payment? Either provide the promised benefits as advertised, OR Issue a full refund of the ₹99 charged @JioCare

    @JioCare This has become a trend from the last one month to open the ticket and close it after service resumes. One thing to note, everyday about 6 hrs the service is down and nobody cares find the root cause.

    @JioCare Sent. yesterday they said it will be delivered by today 12 noon as 1st priority. but not delivered and asking me to wait for another 48 hrs. WORST SERVICE. Cannot even deliver the sim card in metro city.

    @JioCare have already mentioned that all major apps like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook are not working. Websites are also not loading. My 5G speed is less than 0.1 Mbps despite being near the tower. Please stop asking the same questions and raise a technical complaint for my area

    @JioCare Raised a wifi disruption request yesterday and the service person said it's a box issue, today a new technician came and after 30 mins said the same thing what was told to me yesterday. Why is there no coordination b/w your team? 2 days lost and no resolution 🙄

    @JioCare You will just have to wait and watch every bullshit they will tell that it will get cancelled I have done payment and kyc on 28th march They didn’t came to install then i raised cancellation request from customer support twice Once automatically completed it and 2nd one still
