@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice was on trial period of for jiofiber n there was no electricity for 2days n then death in d house,but i was not able to use d services at all and when i called for help and explained what all hapnd in trial period thy said death doesn't matter

@reliancejio My worst decision was to install jio fiber it's been more than 10 days and still not working and no service is being provided and now I'm trying to cancel my connection so they are not willing to cancel my connection also. What is this behaviour?

@JioCare the manager refuses to meet us and asked us to disconnect our service instead of solving this problem!!! My salute to jio fiber's worst service provider and you should be awarded with the worst service of the year. I'M FINALLY DISCONNECTING MY SERVICE THANKS A LOT

@JioCare Hi team today we have received a call from your end again it has been informed to us that yesterday also engineer visited our place and query is resolved. Without visiting how it is getting updated in your portal that the problem is resolved. Can you please explain.
