@JioCare There is no update, what is taking so long to fix the issue. Even a phone call update would work !! Daily engineer time is scheduled, but he never visits. Facing issue since 5 days!!! Pls escalate and get the job done!!!

@JioCare i recharged my jiofiber account via Simpl and the amount got deducted from my simpl account but in the jio app it said transaction failed. Now i have paid twice for my recharge. I’ve sent two emails regarding this to your customer care and there is no response. Help me.

Facing Ping issues only on @PlayApex PC using Jiofiber @JioCare And JioFiber Support is not able to connect with their technical (Backend) team. Will close the connection after my plan ends and shift to local fiber. At least they don't have these kinds of issues.
