    @JioCare how many years will you take to resolve my frequent disconnect issue. Dis been 10 days and it disconnects every 2 mins. I am nt able to raise tkt from Jio app and customer care is saying everything is fine from their end,dan who shd suffer? Of course customer.

    @JioCare There seems to be a misunderstanding. The issue is not that we do not want to change the registered mobile number. The issue is that the current registered number belongs to an ex-employee who has left the organization and is not cooperating in updating the details.

    @JioCare What different way a customer can explain and whoever is taking care of odisha customer service not only casual lack professional ethics to handle the issues. I am finding odisha escalation incident closed without any resolution status shows resolved. I had raised 13th @JioCare

    @JioCare Installation was promised twice (8 June & 14 June) but no technician arrived. I cancelled my plans and waited based on your commitment. Despite repeatedly asking for the reason for the delay, no clear answer was provided. Very disappointing service. Order ID: N0001DVG47Y
