@JioCare Shaedon Refer to your reply of 22 April. Still waiting to hear back from you. Today is 26th April and my issue is not yet resolved. My Jio router still does not work and your customer helpline has no solution as to how they will adjust my date time since last one week.

@JioCare @reliancejio Why Jio service is getting ****** day by day. Complete unstable data speed , ping , often most of the time can't even browse. Last night I have to be on call to get internet speed so I can browse and it's the story of almost all night after 8 or 9 pm.

@reliancejio A cheap service provider, facing network issue since subscription, noone is available on call, executive disconnect the chats if you don't reply in 10sec. Where to go, @TRAI please remove minimum compulsory Period from MNP if consumer is not being listened.
