    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, been a jio user over a decade. Since past couple of months, I am facing call drops, no network, network drop issues. To my best understanding, It all started since the launch of #jio5g in #RANCHI. Kindly resolve the issue.

    @JioCare Still no one visited. You people to continue to reschedule the appointment by citing that I made request for rescheduling. However, there has not been single request for rescheduling. You people are fooling the customers. It has been 13 days since I paid for the service.

    @JioCare I had ordered jio fiber connection vide order no NO0000OINRKI on 9/2/2023. However, till date it has not been installed. I want to cancel the order but the concern vendor not responding to the call request. Please act. Very pathetic service

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been 4 days and still no resolution I recharged your data add on pack of 65 coz it showed 2 gb additional but i was unable to claim it and you even didn’t solved my problem worst experience with you this is the reason i will he switching to @JioCare soon

    @JioCare Thanks for the message i have sent you my details and even applied for the sim on your app but my main concern is I don’t have a UPC code as bsnl is not letting me to send sms to 1900 and my recharge will expire tomorrow on bsnl please help me with a solution

    @airtelindia Geetanjali kushwah(team leader) and Ajay of Airtel customer care wasted my time and finally agreed to the facts . It has been 12 hours and no Airtel down in Latma Area of Ranchi. Ur customer care was just worse. I loved Airtel but @JioCare is better

    @JioCare (1/2) Several engineers have visited, after a certain point they are also not able to help. When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

    @reliancejio This is pathetic. My jio fiber service is down for almost last three days.The service engineer will come after 15. So total down days would be more than 5 days..Are we in an era of BSNL days .No one is Listening. 0120-3519332..

    @reliancejio I was looking at plans for renewing next month but got surprised to see that how @reliancejio replaced the Rs.1899 plan with Rs.1748 with voice only plan & no data. I am in that few of the customer list who need less data with longer validity. Need to switch to @ViCustomerCare

    Tired of @JioCare’s unstable internet and constant 5G/4G toggling. Haven't been able to use 5G in my room for 10 days. Also, the outdoor speed jumps from 40 Mbps to 500 Kbps in seconds. If I’m stuck on 4G anyway, shouldn't I just switch back to @ViCustomerCare? #jionetworkissue

    @JioCare it’s been 24 days since I have had Internet connectivity. I have lodged numerous complaints, most of which auto closed from back end without any service engineer attending. I have now requested for termination of my connection. Appellate is even worse. BSNL/Airtel better
