    @JioCare Its been 4 days+ since the issue began and the issue continues along with your false assurances. As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

    @JioCare I waited more than a week, faced multiple missed schedules, and received no proper resolution. I have now booked with another provider. Please cancel my Jio AirFiber order and process my refund without further delay. Kindly confirm the refund process and timeline. @JioCare
