When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

Now after 26 days I cancelled fiber connection and more than 6 days no one came to took the fiber till now. Too slow process 🤨🤨

The rest of the network is like 2G. With the introduction of AI in the Jio app, filing a complaint is very difficult.
