    @JioCare Hello Prakash, JIO scheduled for visit from 3pm to 4pm. Yet no one show, I called 3 times but didnt pick by your engineer. If today i dont get solution, then I will go to consumer court as JIO took my money but not providing service .

    @JioCare Gladwin thank you. Since your support team is working so why not setup phone call togather discuss & resolve the situation on call to expedite refund release rather playing message passing, guessing game. That's where more delay & misunderstanding can happen let me know.

    update on the issue not rec'd. pl share latest update and deadline to resolve the issue. If at all you people r not able to solve the problem refund my paid amount. proof of payment and your confirmation already sent. @JioCare I am requesting @TRAI to intervene.
