    When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

    Hello @JioCare.I had raised a ticket to address slow internet speed issue on my 699 JioFiber plan (100 Mbps). Currently the speed is 20 Mbps and the support guy says, i will get more speed with 999 plan. Is this how you address issues? @reliancejio #cheap

    @JioCare @JioCare - any update on this issue? Its now been more than 1 week, are you expecting me to wait for 28 days so that the service will auto expire? If you can’t give the service, why can’t you give the refund? I need an answer as i am not going to wait anymore. @JioChat

    @imAni2311 Even I also never heard from them about my queries & then ported my connection in @reliancejio . Must say Jio has better care team than any other operator. You can switch your number to Jio.

    @yours_Mohsin Change your network provider & save yourself. When I didn't get the resolution for the same issue I switched my no. to @reliancejio . The network & support team is much better compare to other two operators. You can also give a try.

    Here some good news in our current location that finally Jio network has been available in our area But bad news is there is no full network and also not proper internet speed has done... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @akash236 @JioCare Srvc of jio very veey much poor. Even i after taking postpaid connection, askimf them to activate my amazon prime, but no actual response. Juat day by day, a new msg, and no actual result. This company now have no value for there cuatomers.😤😤

    @JioCare @JioCare It's really disappointing that I am facing frequent disconnections every day after or two. The temporary fix made by service team couldn't sustain for 2 days. They don't work professionally. #JioFiber #jio_unlimited
