    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Amazon prime is not working with your fibre,both my tv’s are showing same error(no internet connection),Amazon prime has nothing to do with it coz its working fine with other network,pls help or I’ll switch to jio fibre @reliancejio

    @JioCare very poor no network 2.4 nothing connect 5 connect but 5 mbs speed Setup box frequency is 2.4 last 10days not watch tv no connection pc 5 gh frequency but Max Speed is 10 mbs If this happens so plz I request you to disconnect my connection

    while @JioCare has a good network coverage, they completely wear you down with TWO sms notifications AND email notifications for everything. guys, calm down. don’t spam your customers with 3 messages for the same thing.
