  @Anshuma40208584 @JioCare @airtelindia Bhai, The situation is exactly the same here. Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. If this continues, customers will have no reason to stay with Jio.

  @JioCare airfiber conecton ws activtd on Aug12,from then it hasn't worked properly, opened a SR on 14, it ws only attended after 4days, it was closed thinking issue was resolved only to find that issue was back,hardly within 30mins, opened another ticket on 18& til not attended

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have booked airfibre max service, but the installation team seems to be super busy. We can't reach them on nos provided. They MAY call and then disappear. Has been happening for 3 days and yet kyc isn't completed. Wonder when will the service start
