    When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

    @JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please escalate this to a senior team and provide a clear resolution immediately If this is not resolved,I will proceed with the formal grievance escalation/Appellate Authority process and request a ful refund,as I will have to opt for another provider. @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JM_Scindia My JioFiber has been DOWN for 10 days since 20 July at pincode 203205. Called 3-4 times, every time told “2 hours” - still nothing. No rain, no explanation. Haven’t used a single MB, so why am I still being billed? Fix this or refund me.#JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio If you couldn't provide the promised service, why did you take my payment? Now even for the refund, there's no transparency or clear timeline. Customers deserve better than vague replies like "wait a few business days." Please refund without further delay.

    @JioCare @JioCare You keep repeating that my case “does not fall under the approved conditions.” I have asked this multiple times, but you have never answered my actual question: What are the exact conditions under which compensation, rebate, or validity extension is approved?
