    @JioCare Please check JioFibre connection internet down again. Everyone in my area - Raheja Vihar, Powai, Mumbai is getting red blinking light on Jio Home gateway.

    @reliancejio Since morning I am trying to call my parents but i dont know what is the problem with the network. Na hi call aa rhi na hi call ja rhi... Net is also slow... What can i do now... Please do something regarding this issue...

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFibre I have never seen such a poor service in my life, 6 days no Internet, false promises of engineer will visit, First and Last service provider, NO MORE JIO EVER. Going to DISCONNECT SOON

    @JioCare I purchased extra set top box @3990.The set top box was installed by jio man,but, it is not working. I has asked the jio representative Mr. Imtiyaz few times @ his mobile-7830101758 to take up the complaint and resolve the same. Sorry it is unattended till date.
