    @JioCare unable to use my mobile internet . Very poor network from quiet a long time . There is frequent disconnection of Internet . We have to actually go out of our house or at balcony to receive network.

    @JioCare @JioCare My request was noted SEVEN WEEKS AGO. You've been "following it up" since - if at all there's anything to follow up. Your best is not good enough as sending money takes only a few seconds. USE #IMPS. Any other help you need? P.S. You folks aren't very bright, I'm afraid.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat I request to my friend people and my friends that you have to do some studies or do any class, never usethis Jio fiber.most wasted wi-fi.Every day there seems to be some problem in this WiFi.The biggest problem is customer care this morning

    @JioCare Hello union Bank of India app not supported by jio sim enen as primary sim as jio kindly chek n sought out many facing the same problem in Bangalore Union Bank of India Bank staff also said same as jio not suported to bank app jio being so big networks having problems

    @reliancejio Dear team I have had a connection of jio fiber for the last 6 months but suddenly 7 days ago it stopped working and I had a complaint at the call center for a service but I did not get any solution complain id - SR000018209 7 days delay Very worst service
