    Had a terrible experience with @reliancejio I applied for a jio fiber connection. After doc collection n payment, the tech staff cancelled my request, told that my location is not eligible. They serve the area but not possible to give connection to my appartment. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001AIUP2 for your JioFiber connection . your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 20-04-2022 : 18:30:00. Why it is rescheduled when I have chosen my slot? This is customer service?

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets My JioFibre Modem is not working properly. Two times technicians have visited and asked us to take new connection which was questionable. Every alternate days, the SSID changes to default and causing difficulty in operating many devices. Till now no help from JIO. Pls Help
