You claim to have seamless 5G coverage across India, but here in the city, even 4G doesn't work properly. Extremely disappointed with this poor service. Please look into this and resolve it

Please process the service disconnection request immediately, arrange for device pickup, and refund my security deposit.

Rajeev Goel (@rajeevkgoel) reported@Siddharth_lol @JioCare @reliancejio My friend was also facing similar issue. He simply broken the JioFibre box hanging outside on a electric pole. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.
