When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

Finally got the internet sorted after days of rearranging my life and work to sit home for someone from @jiofiber to show up. The technicians are great, but the @JioCare agents just give lip service and the app still sucks. Hope I never have ti call for help again.

@JioCare If u would have understood, my concern, you would have rectified the issue. I’m paying a rent of 1000 everyday as i’m not able to leave my current location due to jio. If you people are providing new connections at my relocated location why cant u relocate an existing connection.

@JioCare You are highlighting this issue since 4 days now and nothing is happening. These are just the excuses. It's not only me many people in my neighborhood are experiencing the same issue and your engineer's are so irresponsible that they can't resolve the issue instead
