When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

@JioCare my father lost his mobile so called jio customer care to block lost SIM but jio KYC was so rigid so unable to block SIM,jio service point also does not have facility to block lost SIM.Very bad service from jio.but BSNL has block his SIM immediately.thanks

@JioCare @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Jio Speed in Kalyan is worst they are talking about 5G services but the truth is they are not able to provide 4G services properly. Please take this point at the time spectrum allocation. Worst data speed.

Such a worst network @JioCare. so many call drops, internet issues, calls not connecting for the first time, have to activate flight mode and then deactivate and have to do calls.. Unnecessary ported to Jio from Airtel 🤦🏻💦

@JioCare I already have a jio fiber connection in home at my hometown which works amazing, thought of trying Airtel extreme fibre, let's see what action they'll take on this issue of unprofessionalism by their installation team If they r unable to install it today, then Jio fibre for sure

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Tried reacing customer care , tweets , airtel city stores etc.... but no resolution yet..... Seems no other way left better to switch to @reliancejio or other service providers......0/5 rating im after sales services or customer service.
