    Raised a SR today, got the slot options for Monday, opted for it and i see it resolved without even any connect. Been on jio helpline waiting for a customer care representative since 10 mins. And now it is frustrating, small glitches can be understood @JioCare @reliancejio

    I have been using @netplusofficial fiber connection for the past 1 year, Every month. There is an issue with their wire or modem. And I have had no internet service for around 2-3 days a month. I am a resident Of Panchkula Haryana. Please help me @reliancejio and @airtelindia .

    @JioCare It's been 48 hrs now....no engineer came to repair/service and no updates from JioCare. seems that JIO only cares about money and not customers. My working day got completely wasted due to internet issue.not sure why it is taking so long to resolve issue.
