When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

@JioCare The engineer paid me a visit checked everything, and told me that he or the supervisor can't do anything from their side, he said there is an issue from the backend they have escalated the complaint but nobody is responding or fixing that. what kind of terrible service is this!

@JioCare sorry to say that your service is getting pathetic day by day and you are taking about 5G. I am unable to use internet in my area since yesterday and CC executives are not ready to listen my concern. I have done recharge by 51 rs for data plan and 249 for monthly plan.
