    @JioCare very very bad experience with Jio fiber service, they simply gave appointments after appointments, but nobody comes. Is Reliance now reliable is the question coming to mind

    @airtelindia so now u have started charging 1860xxxxxxx numbers even when the customer is on Unlimited plan. While other operators @reliancejio don't charge these 1860 numbers from main account balance. Smart way of cheating customers? @airtelcare

    One thing that never changed with @reliancejio @JioCare customer care since 2016 is, whenever there is a network issue with your connection, they will give you 120-180 days to resolve the same. Copy pasting their standard response in the next tweet...
