    When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

    @JioCare Hi, I have Jiofiber Connection at home which is giving issues since a month. When I request for engineer visit, I get the details but at the end moment I get message that it is cancelled. The router is just not working properly, is it too much to ask to get it changed?

    @JioCare this issue (net speed too slow) is not of me particularly...All Jio subscribers are facing the same in this area So what you need particular detail for a common public problem??? Instead of playing word's game...You must rectify the issue as area's GPS coordinates already shared.

    @JioCare Since long continues I am getting the same message, tried so many ways and officials to get some resolution but no one caring. Please provide resolution as early as possible, thanks for quick response-Diwakar

    @JioCare Problem is tht I have wifi available in my home and my workoffice so idnt want personal internet ,I want talktime recharge no internet which airtel is giving ,u r forcing me to take 2gb or 1 gb plan with talktime which I don't want So I want to port to Airtel

    @JioCare @JioCare Your technical team closed the complaint without properly checking the issue, which is not acceptable. We are paying ₹700 every month for this service, and this kind of response is disappointing. Please take this seriously and resolve the problem properly.

    @reliancejio its been a month without seamless 4G/5G in Durgapur. No updates, no fix. If it’s an outage, say it. If not, resolve it. When will stable internet return?
