    When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

    Dear @JioCare, our village still has no 5G coverage despite repeated complaints since February. No nearby BTS and poor network quality. Villagers are now actively looking for other operators to port their numbers. Moreover I have complained more than 50 times myself @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago In May I lost around 10 days of service. In June, around 15 more days. Nearly 25 days of disruption, yet no reimbursement and a full bill. How is this fair to a paying customer?

    @JioCare Its a big scam. You dont deliver the sim also not cancel it and also not refund the money. Your cust care team also said it was cancelled and money will be refunded. Had i not chkd i wpuld have tht refund had been done. take action on NO00015GDRF n refund

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @RIL_Updates 4. Provide a permanent resolution to my internet connectivity problem at the earliest. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to higher authorities and the appropriate consumer grievance forums. (5/7)

    @just_a_techy @reliancejio @JioCare Don't switch to Airtel now, as they are experiencing more network issues. If Vi has better coverage there, then switch to Vi.
