    When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

    @JioCare there’s lot of network issues in Mira Road east, complaint raised still not able to resolve completely. In Mumbai Jio having such issues is strange.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have called Jio customer care three times over the past 48 hours. Each time I was told it would be resolved within an hour, but nothing has happened. I request immediate SIM delivery and a written update within 24 hours. If this isn't resolved, I will escalate to TRAI and DoT.

    Right now I'm in 2nd floor but even there is no 5G nor 4G network. Highest net speed is only 30-40 kb how can I do my basic work from my home from 2nd floor also. Tell me why I have not to port in another telecom company? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare +91-4431553182 is down again. You have already crossed the patience limit. I need the downtime report since i took this connection and request to refund or need a voucher for the downtime that am facing consistently

    @JioCare Your tower is just 100 m away from my location and in my dm you are saying you are not able to locate my location if @JioCare you dont want to resolve issue then good i will try another option @airtelindia like many people’s are doing

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio "Next few days" is completely unacceptable after a week-long delay. Cancel order NO00015JALY1 manually today and trigger my refund immediately instead of leaving it to an automated system. Share the exact cancellation reference and refund UTR no. here.
