    When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

    @JioCare It's been already 3 days after payment of ₹2222 for jio air fiber connection no one has contacted me either Could you please close this issue by atleast Tommorow I feel like this is one of the worst experience for a new customer Not even whitelisting the device @JioCare

    @JioCare JioFiber not working since morning. Reported at 10:30 AM—was told UP West issue will be resolved in 2 hours. Still no connectivity. Helpline just keeps me waiting. Please resolve ASAP. @DoT_India

    Decided to go with Jio Fiber, completed KYC, and was promised installation “by yesterday.” It’s been 2 days now—no update, and the guy isn’t even picking up calls. Really not the kind of service I expected, @JioCare. Not good at all. @FibreJio @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I paid 1200 to Jio Fiber on March 6. Installation was refused, booking cancelled on April 3, and refund was promised within 7 days. It has now been 1.5 months, and despite repeated follow-ups, my refund is still not credited.Customer support is unhelpful. Booking ID NO0001C2KPIA

    Hello @JioCare, what’s going on with Jio Fiber today? I’ve had no usable internet since morning, and the speed is practically zero. Your helpline keeps disconnecting my calls, and there’s no support at all. This is seriously affecting my work. At least provide an update.
