@JioCare @JioCare Order No: NO001DEAT7O Ordered a port SIM on 11th May. After waiting 12 days, the delivery agent said the request expired and I must restart the process. Money isn’t the issue — Jio wasted my valuable time with such poor service.

@JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio I mainly use the 5G network but Jio 5G is not working at all in my area Even the 4G speed is extremely slow and unstable Airtel network is working much better here only Jio is facing these issues Please resolve this network problem as soon asap.

@JioCare @reliancejio I’m the pioneer in Sushant Lok-1, C block to get Jio broadband connection. Jio had gone out of the way to lay the cable especially for me. I recently upgraded to 150Mbps and paid for one year but regret to say the service/speed didn’t improve correspondingly
