When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

@reliancejio @JioCare #jiofiber - Horrible customer service - Field staff. No proper demo they will be friendly only at time of getting business and commissioning later they just run away and ask customer to contact customer care - Horrible service. Dont trust Jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio I spoke to your customer care yesterday regarding activation of international roaming on a phone already in UAE. I was advised to buy an international roaming plan in India and that it would work. I charged with Rs 1102. Phone still not working. Pl refund

@JioCare It was my biggest mistake to opt for Jio post paid broadband at Dwarka Sec 22.Wasted 3500/- Very poor signal, connectivity. Absurd Jio Fiber.

@JioCare Intermittent 5G internet connection, there is always a blip and the network connection is lost for 1-2 mins. This is hindering my business. I hope it will be looked upon or I may have to switch to. better service provider.
