    When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

    Switched from physical SIM in 4G phone to eSIM on iPhone. Backend profile is stuck on LTE. A regular agent raised a service request (SR: SR000038CUET) with a 1-week resolution time. This is a simple provisioning lock. Please escalate and push the 5G SA profile @JioCare

    .@reliancejio @JioCare The most unprofessional company in terms of customer care. The care is just in the name and in actual jio doesn’t care 2 hoots about customer. Only when you guys want to sell new connections you are after our lives and then vanish into thin air. Useless..

    @JioCare what a shame promised to call back at 4pm claiming problem to be resolved in a few hrs it's 2 days n nothing has been done horrible don't have the courtesy to call back as per the promised timings

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolute mockery of customer service! My JioFiber has been completely down since 13.05.2026 06:00 am and all I am getting is a loop of broken promises and automated messages. My service engineer visit has been rescheduled without my consent.

    3 YEARS of absolute negligence by @JioCare! My internet is non-functional, and every time I call support, they keep me on hold for 30+ MINUTES until I’m forced to hang up in frustration. Is this a service or a scam? Stop the 'outage' excuses and fix this ​📍 PIN: [854301]

    @JioCare I am facing issue at my home. I am not able to use any social media, any study site also online meeting or work from my home. Since last 1 year. If it will not resolve then I have to port the network.

    @JioCare I have filed a complaint against Jio with the National Consumer because I am not receiving any resolution from them three complaints have already been lodged and deadlines for resolution have passed yet no solution has been found and they are not refunding the money. @JioCare
