    The worst support team award goes to @JioCare . No understanding, always a service request is generated and just gives a date of resolution after which no solution is provided. The service request is closed without any solution by Jio. Very disappointed with @reliancejio

    During night, The only time I get good network is when I troubleshoot for slow internet.. Thank you @JioCare! I can't even open single website at times.. So pathetic. Not a single day is gone without troubleshooting & have talked with customer care also!U r doing 5g but not 2g.
