    When @JioCare network will stable in my location. It's tuff to struggle with this unstable network. Ping is always high can't play Online Games (Inside - outside both). Address: Kuli-Chowrasta,Kuli-Kandi, Burwan, Murshidabad, 742168.

    @JioCare hopeless service since last 3 days extremely poor network, have to put phone on airplane mode to get proper network. Raised a complaint on the app but still no response!!! Are you sooo hungry and busy robbing our money with your thirdclass level of service???

    @JioCare I have already escalated this matter to the Jio Appellate Authority with complete evidence. If this continues, I will pursue the matter before the appropriate consumer grievance and regulatory authorities, seeking compensation for the repeated service failures and missed service.

    @JioCare I have a jio postpaid number and due to some financial reasons I could not pay the bill for last two months. Now when I want to pay my bill the network has been lost and I am unable to pay the bill nor am I able to generate the OTP to login the jio app. Please help.

    Hey @JioCare, My internet has been completely unusable despite showing full 5G signal. I couldn't even send a simple WhatsApp message or access basic online services. (1/3)

    @JioCare facing trouble in phone calls. VOLTE is not popping up on device it displays only 5g. Too much incoming outgoing trouble is there in my area and multiple users are facing this issue
