    2/n We always call in Customer care and they always gave only one answer we are working on it. @reliancejio your team is working on this prblm since 2 months. If @reliancejio can't solve this prblm our area jio user mive on another provider. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @Facebook 1/n I m using jio service since 3 years. Now It is worst. I m not even able to watch YouTube in 144p or have whatsapp video call. Even sound quality of normal call is poor. My address is Dadhal Inam , Ta:- Ankleshwar Dist:- Bharuch. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare if so many users are used same network then add sector edition in existing GBM or plan ODSC.

    @reliancejio @Facebook @JioCare 3/n Two Days ago i tweeted my problem but @reliancejio and @JioCare don't even reply on my problem. Now we feel our money and time is wast to using @reliancejio. Very disappointed form your services. Now it is worse. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Worst service on toll free nos. at bharuch. Customer care executive name Nidhi is not accepting my complaint and engineers will not visit without complaints double standards

    @JioCare the most foolish services provided worst network no indoor coverage at all#they will show off with 2 gb/ day but why not fake it when you know that you won’t provide speed to complete 2gb everyday

    @RelianceJio What's wrong with your network? From last 2 days am getting very bad network coverage in my area and suffering from problems like Sudden Call drop down & Slow Internet. Even i am not getting more than 1MBPS download and Upload speed. Please fix the issue @JioCare

    @JioCare Wow thanks for your concern 🙌🏻 Very huge company giving such silly answer, why amount cannot be reverse ?? Jio company don’t have right to fetch back the recharge??? If customer already having 1 recharge then other 1 will be queue only so why can’t we get back that? @JioCare

    @reliancejio I called to customer care for complnt abt my data speed issue.They sent technical executive to my home to check technical errors.They told me ur handset is faulty. So I transfer sim to jiofi now also Can't open youtube. (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am leaving at Sajod (zip code -393020) And I wanted to complain about the network quality.The network quality is very poor from past 15-20 days that we can't even excess internet. Even we are unable yo sand whatsapp massage. Do the needful for the same.

    Dear @JioCare I am loosing connectivity frequently, even sometimes no network in last 30 min. On my both mobile. Both jio. Location 393010. Andada. Is there any maintenance work happening?

    @JioCare Thanks Deepak. Appreciate your response. I've registered there, however it says coming soon. Can you check and let me know by when will jio fiber be here, as @Airtel_Presence is still looking for an update to give me on 'internet not working ', since 11.40am this morning.

    @JioCare This is my last complaint, I will not complain after this, I am not the only one who is fed about the coverage of jio in my colony, some people have even ported, you have assured me to fix the network in 10 days. And if the network issue is not fixed then I will port my number.

    @JioCare Y is it that one has to be face such outages so frequently, & also that service resolutions are so slow.. We hv to run from pillar to post behind these service men to get d issue sorted out.. No accountability on d part of Jio..

    @reliancejio really fed up wid d lacklustre services & frequent Internet outages of Jio fibre here.. While d previous issue took 3 days for resolution, we r again back to square one with d same issue.. Wonder if @airtelindia wud hv been better than @reliancejio

    @JioCare very poor network at Paranjape Nagar, behind BMC Shirodkar Hospital, pincode 400057 frm last 8 months, applied several complaints via phone calls and emails but all in vain with no improvement. Can anyone take the responsibility for swift resolution.
