    @reliancejio @Facebook @JioCare 2/n We always call in Customer care and they always gave only one answer we are working on it. @reliancejio your team is working on this prblm since 2 months. If @reliancejio can't solve this prblm our area jio user move on another provider. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Wow thanks for your concern 🙌🏻 Very huge company giving such silly answer, why amount cannot be reverse ?? Jio company don’t have right to fetch back the recharge??? If customer already having 1 recharge then other 1 will be queue only so why can’t we get back that? @JioCare

    @JioCare Please tell me how to get refund of my annually paid plan money. The problem is not in my handset but with ur pathetic network. Have tested with different handset and also in others #Jio Simcard. All r facing same problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am leaving at Sajod (zip code -393020) And I wanted to complain about the network quality.The network quality is very poor from past 15-20 days that we can't even excess internet. Even we are unable yo sand whatsapp massage. Do the needful for the same.

    @reliancejio I am deeply regretting that I got ported from airtel to jio. Service has completely fallen. The speed is not the same as before. Internet runs very slow. How good was the service 2 years ago. I am very much shocked. And for sure I port again to Airtel.

    @JioCare very bad service provider is called jio around 1 year to complaint to care number of tweet and mail send to customer care and higher authority but this company is totally lazy no one is help us my family every person use the jio sim but internet speed like 2G.

    @JioCare Thank you for your service. I have paid airtel india @airtelindia and thr cconnection is happening tomorrow morning. I shall let this month pass and wont oay thr bill for jio fiber. You fix it or break it. Also portinng my sim to airtel now

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

    @JioCare I am mudichur here 4g and 5g network issue last one week 5g network not at all taking very very low network need your support to make faster. I love 5g network in jio so only I changed but now suitation bring me to change over mindset.

    Jio is time and again proving that they are not customer friendly.... They like to bull doze.... Broadband not working.... Jio app is not helping in any way.... Customer care not attending.... What more.....!!?? I would say it's worst option to take Jio.... @JioCare

    @JioCare I have registered a JioFiber Service Request no. SR000033BQ5X three days before but internet connectivity is still pending. A very unacceptable behavior and customer concerns are not on priority.
