The speed is not the same as before. Internet runs very slow. How good was the service 2 years ago. I am very much shocked. And for sure I port again to Airtel.

Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.
