@JioCare in my area Jio network is going down completely and unable to make calls or use data... After some time its working as expected. Its happening intermittently..and very frequently Note : issue is facing by every user in my village

@datta_arvind @JioCare Ask me. Making complaint since 31 August. Problem is simple but these incompetent ones don't do. I pay for prime video but these ppl have not activated my account on Amazon. Disgusting after sale services. And try reaching the help line service, if ever get connected be lucky

@JioCare I got a call from a person claiming to be from Jio customer care team. He was asking me to install a KYC quick support app in my phone to further investigate the problem of excess bill. I denied and said I will send the recording to Jio. He ultimately disconnected

@JioCare poor signal coverage at my place. Im using airtel, Vodafone and jio. Signal was boosted by other providers after reporting the issue. But Jio has one the worse customer support, no matter how many times I report the issue, they will say we are expanding our network.

@JioCare Hey Jio care, I have a #JioFiber connection, which i want to get disconnected. Request no. SR000016H6UM Why it take 1 day to install and around 7 days to remove it if customer does not like your speed promises ? @reliancejio #jio #JioFiber

@reliancejio your @jiocare especially customer care services are a bad joke. Leave addressal of query, seperate executives repeatedly hung up call. Email sent is not acknowledged, automated reply only. Recharge for #JioFiber failed, was debited to account not refunded in 3 weeks.
