  @JioCare What are the policies if someone have updated their addhar card, you people are asking for the old addhar card to bring which most of the people don't have, So what does a common people will do, I haven't did crime after purchasing JIO SIM. But due to worst service I will change

  Dear @JioCare, I didn't get the marketing strategy of you. You announced the Jio cricket plan and your customer executives told that internet slows down due to high number users at the time of IPL game. Then what's the use of recharging cricket plan.

  @reliancejio More than 2 months over no refund has been made for jio fibre disconnection, when we ask your @JioCare they are saying 10 days always more than 2 months over and you guys are celebrating the ipl without even caring the customer needs, feels like cheated
