  @JioCare 8210781109 using in modem for internet, facing slow speed, trying to complain on myjio app, but fed up with pre feeded q&a..Waiting to plan expiry..Better switch to airtel. You are selling 2G under the banner of 4G. 5 working sim in my family. Now porting/leaving jio...

  @AvnishGevariya @Airtel_Presence @JioCare never ever opt for jio fiber..... i am having this for the past 20-22 days...a simple problem is not solved by them..cant access jio centrum gateway..have lodged complaint for hell lot of times ..no luck..3rd class customer service...i will leave jio fiber soon

  @reliancejio I have requested to port my postpaid Vodafone to Jio, after inserting the sim there are no Jio signals on my phone, trying to connect customer care through alternate number but not able to connect, plz look into this asap and get it fixed

  @JioCare I am using Jio fibernet and getting a terrible experience. Have called up your customer care multiple times. They ask the same robotic questions about 3rd party VPN and router and at the end no complaint is registered. Can any human being with common sense call me?
