  @JioCare My router got replaced but the field engineer charged for the adapter. How come the adaptor is separate from the router?? Moreover, I didn't get any bill for the adaptor. I reached out to customer care they confirmed no bill will be there. What kind of scam is this @JioCare ??

  @JioCare I have recently installed JioFiber my wifi is getting disconnected every now and then after complaining 100 times also no one from jio came to check the problem

  Worst experience with Jio AirFiber service. My order was cancelled but ₹807 refund is still not credited even after 23 days This is completely unacceptable immediately, I am proceeding with complaint on PG Portal (CPGRAMS) and consumer court. @reliancejio @DoT_India #RefundDelay
