    @JioCare @reliancejio are this jiocare running on Artificial Intelligence, why they did not understand aftee so many information through tweet and DM that i have facing problem in incoming call. They just observe that i have able to call, bhai sahab incoming nahi a rahi properly.

    Dear @JioCare Yesterday my connection for jio fibre activated and the service is pathetic, more pathetic is the team who has come for installation. Nothing is working and no one picking up calls

    @JioCare Just harrasing the customer through asking details and after that you guys close my service request without do anything. When again i rise the issue again open that service request and said that 'we have seen that you are able to call properly', then asking all the same questions

    It’s been 3 months since i converted my jio fibre prepaid to postpaid by paying 706rs.I was promised I’ll get a free set top box & this amount will be adjusted in next bill.Neither of the two happened & after contacting @JioCare several times got no support.Pathetic @reliancejio
