    @JioCare in my area Jio network is going down completely and unable to make calls or use data... After some time its working as expected. Its happening intermittently..and very frequently Note : issue is facing by every user in my village

    @JioCare I am using @reliancejio since 2018 but now, jio is too slow as compare to 2018. Please improve your network coverage...😑

    @reliancejio when we will have jio email facility,so that we leave gmail and yahoo mail service and use jio mail service

    @JioCare I have SonyLiv @SonyLIV premium included in my Jio Fibre pack but premium membership stopped abruptly..Pls fix this.

    @JioCare This information stands still since last 3 weeks. You guys take another 30 weeks, but share a TAT. There is no logic behind this reply if a technical issue could not get its resolution in a certain time frame.

    @reliancejio ridiculous manipulation of data service.. Instead 00:00 midnight usual rnwl, delayed to 01:05. And sms and notifcfn fr data loan n voucher promotion.Will sgst al prsnt jio customers its time to look for option."naam bade aur darshan chote"

    @JioCare Why is it so difficult for the customer service to understand that I do not own this number for which I am receiving emails. I’ll have to report this to the cybercell as this is identity theft and a fraud by your customer

    @JioCare And I don't understand the point why for Work From Home plan, there will be no option to activate the plan ourselves. WFH is the one should have this feature compared to other plans as we may not know when the data will be over!! Kindly help
