    @JioCare for 18th March 2022 i have faced much network problem in our area. Show only emergency calls much time in my mobile. I have already registered complained of 2 time to jio customer care but no any solutions till time.

    @reliancejio ,@JioCare ,@mukeshambanima And that i need to obtain a new connection with a new number. As number 8178962605 has already been shared with banks, Adhar etc, it is crucial to reactivate the same number. Pl help for the same.

    @JioCare Your helpline number is not working 1800-896-9999 and the chat service is a disaster. They don't call and are unable to understand on chat and disconnect chat after a few questions and I need to eaxplain same issue to second person. #worstJio #WorstService
