    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network gone crazy....i received at least 16 calls from different state including 2 calls from J&k. Everyone is saying that I called them but how ?? I am in a meeting with peoples and my mobile is on table, no one using the how can I make call ??

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare The service is good but facing issues with the internet it gets down for 4- 5 hrs from last 15 to 20 days no support has been provided The app also doesn't resolve the issue. Worst customer support and issue resolve

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare there is still no resolution for my complaint . It’s been 2 months and you have taken money but no connection has been installed in my premises ? If you want donations let me know I will give you but what sort of extortion is this ? No connection. No clarity and no refund ? Such trashy attitude you people have even after been so polite and patient . What else do you want ?

    @Airtel_Presence Just like last 5 days of fake information and tracking numbers and half a dozen 4 hours resolution and 15/20 minutes more resolutions, you guys are still working on it. It’s a waste of time and such a shame. Going to port 3 of my family connections to @JioCare now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare was trying to port in to Jio from airtel postpaid. Tried the online KYC self. Everything smooth but at the end my money’s debited and i got a msg due to incomplete docs i cant port in. Now your customer care and jio store both are not refunding my money What the hell !!
