Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

The customer says it will take around 24hrs to receive OTPs so no matter what you have to wait a day
