    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    @JioCare I cancelled your service on 8th july. As per your executive your team will collect router with in 7 days. Still not work out. After pick u people will give mine money refund. I called your helpline 100 times am tried. Pls saveyour company reputations

    Dear @JioCare really happy to know that we have miss call alert facility free offered to all jio clients now my basic requirement is I require mis call alerts even if the caller calls from any operator as of now i receive miss call only if caller is from jio network pls suggest

    @JioCare Since Jan. 2020 I am following for the refund of Rs. 2500/- for JioFiber Service ID 400122846678 via NEFT/RTGS. It was informed me that 'the transaction has failed. Six months passed but no refund! No responce from jio team. Tambe.

    @Gadgets360 @reliancejio needs to first improve their product quality. Chinese products last longer than thai poop hole Jio. 1 week of total torture from their jio product & to top it off bad service too. Horrible. @JioCare

    @ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

    Most horrible service ever is Reliance JIO. 45 days back I ordered STB & yet these JIO people haven’t delivered to me. Really shame on your company @JioCare

    @JioCare I have 5 mobile connections of jio at home, but this jio fiber has made me feel like ‘taken for granted’ I had been complaining about the issue since 20 days. Do you think it is not sufficient time to take action against a complaint of no connectivity?

    Today i ported from airtel @Airtel_Presence to Jio @JioCare. I never experienced such a smooth experience in airtel in this last 15 years. You read it right, its 15 years. SIM got activated early. opted for DND, esim on my own. I have not experienced airtel worked like this.

    @JioCare When will be jio 5g service rolled in j&k as well as fibre services in kaloosa area of Bandipora district u have already said that it will be by December....Now the December is going slowly slowly....
