    @JioCare @reliancejio this is happening second time. Suddenly internet and router stop working. And the best part is JIO service person will attend my request on 15th march? Seriously ? Soo fast ? dominance is dangerous in market ..its true. @HathwayBrdband was better. 😔

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    Dear @JioCare, It's been more than 6 months that the JioFiber/Jio AirFiber network quality in my area has been extremely poor. Your app continuously shows "Network outage in your area", yet the issue remains unresolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network at Noida Sector 135 is very poor. Calling cut in between, No 5G coverage even i dont know 4G is also working or not. I dont know you just increase cost day by day but not increasing sufficient network covrage to person associated.

    @JioCare I could not use. This has been a very disappointing experience and is not the level of service expected from JioFiber. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue my complaint through the appropriate consumer authorities.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very bad experience from Jio Airfibre. My internet has been down since 2 July and request for field technician is pending from 7 July also same request is escalated from 11 july, yet no technician has been sent. Req & Complaint No SR00003AH143 MR0001RPRCI3
