    @reliancejio @JioCare your network gone crazy....i received at least 16 calls from different state including 2 calls from J&k. Everyone is saying that I called them but how ?? I am in a meeting with peoples and my mobile is on table, no one using the how can I make call ??

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is happening second time. Suddenly internet and router stop working. And the best part is JIO service person will attend my request on 15th march? Seriously ? Soo fast ? dominance is dangerous in market ..its true. @HathwayBrdband was better. 😔

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Very concerning experience with JioFiber support in Srinagar. The first engineer used a temporary joint/connector on a damaged outdoor fiber line exposed to sunlight and rain a fix that failed again within 1–2 hours.

    Last 4-5 months have been a worst experience with Jio I urge everyone not to buy jio Wi-Fi #jio #wifi #jiowifi All they care about is ₹₹ Zero ethics Zero man power They don’t even pay the Technitions on time which is why they don’t have enough staff !! @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio fiber down for 2 days from a service distruption in my area. It was then marked resolved even though it wasn't resolved. Technician supposed to visit today, but an engineer is not even assigned. Customer care is of no help. Please assign an engineer ASAP.
