I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

@JioCare no one picks the call, no one replies to the email and no one cares about what the customer is tweeting here. I don't know how you guys do your work but if you are working in customer support this is not how you should work. Pathetic service
