@reliancejio @JioCare jio service is pathetic nowadays... I hv ported my number from docomo to jio but didn't get any offer from your side . Also internet speed is very poor. Tata docomo 3g speed was much better than jio 4g speed.

Went to nearest Jio Store to port my Service to Jio , They said I have to come in February as there has some new rules in Jio , I am 18.9 Years old. I can have a sim card on my own . I think so. Kindly look into it. @JioCare @reliancejio

Hello @reliancejio When I wanted internet service, you guys came & installed the box & whole setup within half day. When the same customer is facing internet issues you guys don't even care to resolve it & canceling the service requests. What a great respect to your customers.

It has been 8 days and every day the customer service says wait for 48 hours. Clear thieves and fraudsters. People should get jailed for this
