    @reliancejio @JioCare I've got my new fibre connection, with 6months of 150MBPS plan. it's been just 20days and boom my all the services are stopped due to non-payment. Seriously ???? I've paind for 6months services already. Customer service people are useless. Worst service ever

    @JioCare Hi team, I'm facing connectivity issue with my jiofiber. A red LED keeps blinking on the router. I've been trying to reach out to the local office here but no one is really available to help. The same issue has now happed twice in week. I Expect a call back @ 9953806990

    @JioCare Ma'am I am listening this assurance every day. I already have 3,4 contact no of your engineers and the head in the office of jiofiber of my area but after talking with them they just give assurance no work in the field.please make a better technician support to your costumers.

    @reliancejio @JioCare May be you should train your customer care executives to tell much better reason rather than " We are working on coverage in your area, it will take few more days" every time we call you. Same reason for a Remote location or Hyderabad.

    @reliancejio Another 2 weeks have gone by but still issue not resolved. After talking on ground staff it seems they are intentionally doing this. Switching to airtel if not resolved in another 2 days
