    My #JioFiber connection issue is not resolved after Customer Care said that it will take 1 week. 3 months have passed by now. If you can't give service to our area, then why did you selling new connections and blocking our money as new connection charge? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Worst service experience with Jio AirFiber. Facing WiFi issues for the last 2 weeks with zero resolution. Your customer care clearly LIED about compensation for downtime. Completely unprofessional. Disconnect my connection immediately and refund the remaining amount.

    @JioCare Even after raising a complaint and waiting for several days, my refund (SR0000334FQJ) has not been processed. This is extremely disappointing. I am now escalating this matter to higher government authorities due to your continued delay.

    @JioCare This is the stock response that is being copy pasted for all my msgs. Don't you people understand English??? Your meaning of "at the earliest" is whenever you want to do it. It could be next week, next year, next decade, never. How long does a customer put up with this rubbish?

    Worst experience @JioCare My wifi has not been working since yesterday afternoon, earliest slot for service I could book was today 12 PM, an engineer was assigned but exactly at 12 it automatically got rescheduled to tomorrow 4:30 PM, how am I supposed to work without the wifi?

    @JioCare I initiated a port request from my current network to Jio via online eKYC on April 24th,2026. My scheduled porting date was April 28th, but I have encountered two major issues:Non-Delivery: The Jio SIM has not been delivered yet, even though the porting date has passed.
