My #JioFiber connection issue is not resolved after Customer Care said that it will take 1 week. 3 months have passed by now. If you can't give service to our area, then why did you selling new connections and blocking our money as new connection charge? @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio My service was scheduled at 1 PM today, but when I called customer care issue has been marked as resolved again without any visit.. ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS? ATLEAST TELL THAT YOU CANT RESOLVE THE ISSUE.. I will see for other alternatives.. Really SHAME ON your team....

what is the point of spending so much of money on a service which is giving such a bad network. #jio just purchased a good quantity of 800 to 1200 and more of mhz for what, when will @jiocare be able to provide good services.
