    My #JioFiber connection issue is not resolved after Customer Care said that it will take 1 week. 3 months have passed by now. If you can't give service to our area, then why did you selling new connections and blocking our money as new connection charge? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very poor experience with JioFiber service. I raised a relocation request 17 April, but no one contacted me for installation. After repeated follow-ups, a service request (SR000034H5OV) was created.This SR has now been CLOSED without any resolution or installation @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare @amazonpay What about my money? Both of you are playing with customers like a football. Jio says refund is Amazon’s responsibility, Amazon says it’s Jio’s. Where should the customer go? Stop passing blame—refund must be processed immediately.

    @JioCare The technician already checked and confirmed the router needs replacement. He collected the OTP but never returned. It’s been almost a week and I’m still stuck at ~93 Mbps. I only need a technician to replace the ROUTER. Why is it so hard to understand this?

    @JioCare Stop closing my complaints without fixing the issue. Connection is slow, but your engineer just checks speed and leaves. Now he’s not even showing up. I need a real solution, not just a closed ticket. @reliancejio @TRAI #jio
