@zsameer023 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue over the last one month. They resolve complaints within 48 hours without anyone addressing it. I get a feedback call and they open a new request ID which is again resolved after 48 hours without any solution. Their engineers are the worst of the lot.

@reliancejio @JioCare such a big brand and surprisingly such cheap and unprofessional policy with bad quality products sourced!! This is playing with consumers emotion, trust and money. Will escalate with ministry of consumer affairs!!
