    I take jio fiber connection without stb.(2800) now i want stb coustomer care force to do reacharge of 999 after it 1000 security deposit for stb.i only need payment link for 1000. (Reg no-8005875502). Very pathetic way of treating customer @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The services of jio are getting pathetic every day. It has been a third breakout of internet services in a week. Service Request Number SR00001A89T5. #CustomerExperience The customer care phone no requires minimum of 3 minutes to listen to IVR. CRAP

    @Kuldeep02863921 @JioCare Hi Kuldeep, Do not take Jio fiber connection, this is my personal recommendation. Once the connection is taken then irresponsible behaviour, network issue and security deposit will also be non-refundable. Rest of your opinion
