    Hey @reliancejio , i raised a relocation request for my JioFiber on 1st may, it got rescheduled 3 times without me being contacted still the request is open. I have been charged even though I'm not able to use the service. Could you please help.@JioCare

    @reliancejio I am having bitter experience with Jio bb service. Outage of my Jio BB from last day. Raised complaintSR000033TXq3 on 3-May so far no one attended it. Escalated it too.. still no use. Living without internet and my work is effected. It is not fair for Jio, shame u

    @JioCare No use of adding comments also here because for each every my comment there is reply from different member which means I can clearly understand that there is no solution. Since this much of Post and comments there is no clear message that which day my issue will resolve.

    Very disappointed with Jio Fiber service. Complaint raised multiple times but nobody has come to resolve the issue. This keeps happening repeatedly. Extremely poor customer support and unacceptable service. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Sorry I think you are mistaken - I have made the payment 3 TIMES and that too on suggestion of your customer care executive. Every time I called them the only solution they were giving me was to make payment one more time - a great way to loot hard earn money of customers
