    @JioCare Facing no connectivity problem from last 2 days & called JIO CC 2-3 times yesterday & complaint registered today morning and since then 5-6 times called JIO CC. Tried all options viz. Run Diagnostic, Router Power Off/On, but problem not resolved so far, given assurance only.

    @JioCare @JioCare 15+days with no internet. Your executives promised resolution within 2 days but nothing happened. I want my connection cancelled, a full refund for this month’s bill, and compensation for the extra mobile recharges and office travel. Stop sending generic replies please.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Have been trying to speak to your customer care executive since morning in regards to reinstallation request of Jio Fibre connection which has been cancelled as per scheduled date but not reinstalled today as was scheduled. Pls arrange a call back
