    @JioCare whenever rain comes network gone....this is not the kind of services people looking for, now a days network coming only outside home....inside home network not coming, same use to happen with R COM few years back which is finished & no more a telecom company..wake up Jio

    @JioCare my jiofibre is down since past 2 days. Your representative keep saying that issue will get fixed in next two hours but no resolution till now. Whole area seems to be affected but it’s like you guys don’t even care. Pathetic service.

    @reliancejio I am a jio customer having very bad experience. Create daily SR (Request) when I call them. I have 5 SR request for cancelling my connection. Request got automatically closed. Till now no one has come for device pickup in last 24 days. I dint get my money refund also till date.

    @JioCare Very poor service. Nobody knows who the engineer assigned is. Neither your customer care execs nor your automated SMS being sent since 24 hours tell anything about who to connect with. Your Jio Cares app, live chat, automated whatsapp, troubleshoot videos, customer care all fail

    @JioCare Due to jio network issue I don't think anyone is using jio near me because at the time jio is launched from till now indoor there is problem with thcoverage and even now I also facing low data in outdoor too most of people near me are using Airtel or VI as they havegood network
