    Hey @JioCare I am getting very low internet speed on my wifi connection. Max speed in 35.80 Mbps on my 200 Mbps connection. Your customer care service is pathetic and useless,just keep me on waiting and still helpless. Do the needful urgently else I would move to @airtelindia

    @JioCare our jio fibre is not working. Your store executive first said it was the payment issue but despite paying in advance, the channels are not working. And your technical team has not visited since yesterday. They just keep postponing. This is a bad service.

    @JioCare I am facing this problem almost daily.Send a technician to check router or connection for permanent solution.Either there is a problem with my device or jio don’t have good connectivity in my area.

    @JioCare Need resolution by Monday as my work is getting affected by your inefficiency and misselling and giving incorrect details by your sales. On Tuesday will move to @airtelindia again.

    @JioCare Service request has been raised for refund - previous one is untraceable as you people are doing Fraud it's clear - so again I have to raise - SR00003AA4TN - Refund the money immediately Rs 1200 - Don't play with Customers - Company will be on threat for such nonsense Employees.

    @JioCare I have sent all my details to you. Still you havent done anything, just asking for the deatils, i have sent the details multiple times but after that no one contacted me. This is not acceptable. For 4 days i have been facing the issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare Please read the issue carefully. It has been 3 days now, and my Jio Fiber is still not working. The technician has not visited yet. What pathetic service! Why is the technician rescheduling the visit? There is a 100% chance it will be rescheduled again.
