    @reliancejio @JioCare i was told that by recharging my jiofiber 999 i will receive a voucher for additional settop box, but from the past 3 months i never receive such kind of voucher.

    Having wasted more than 2hr in jio store. Just for the sim activation which usually take 2 min.Very slow process unactive and confused service provider. Giving network slow reason as redemption. Store is at barh @reliancejio @JioCare.

    @reliancejio @JioCare #patheticjio it's totally astonishing that after 16 hrs of outage in my area, @JioCare is not even acknowledging the issue and giving proper resolution time.

    I do understand you have to pay me now hence all this delay but this doesn't looks good a brand like @reliancejio now my senior citizen parents are there and your support calls them and say they are coming but nobody comes. Do you think this is a good idea just to save some bucks
