    @JioCare jio network is not available in our area it's worst service from jio company, in one day rainy season network of jio company gone .

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima I had given the disconnection request on 29th August for jio fibre connection. It is still in progress ,and I got no support from customer care and in email also. SR000016JVXX kindly do the needful to resolve my issue 9781704445

    @Mittermaniac It’s all correct what u have mentioned .. but jio signal is very poor in my area.. from last one yr .. I m complaining .. but no resolution has come out rather than fake promises from @reliancejio

    @m1k3_rul3z @reliancejio when i had vodafone, they always did this. when i asked haven't you checked my post? i was told, yes you have "this" issue (which was there 6 months back). airtel & jio, both were slightly better but airtel has gone down way too much now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don't know why they give the time slot for engineer to visit the hone because they never came on time. I selected the 11 to 12 time slot. But they didn't came yet.

    @reliancejio once a person discontinued ur services u close all source for communication. ur customer care is just giving an option of inviting jio it is not transferring my call to ur executive??? ur appelate authority is saying u called mobility so call another no.

    @airtelindia I recharged my mobile today and my current plan validity was about to expire after some days. Now the loot is you have expired my current plan and activated new plan. So those days of current plan are wasted. This never happened to me with @reliancejio.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago do you guys ever try to understand what the customer is telling you or are you living in your own bubble ?? I asked you about the service request no SR000016IOVC. And without checking the same a new SR000016K4XF has been generated.

    @JioCare Why did you allow the 2599 recharge on this number when you cannot provide the Hotstar services.I am going to escalate this further until my issue is resolved
