@JioCare Hope this is not my last message to team Jio. My Jio child sim is not able to make any call since last 2 months. Repeated call to customer care and visit to your hectic Jio store one small issue is not being solving since more than 2 months. Let's see your response..

.@JioCare your sales promises and sells something that your technicians deny. I complained I wasn't getting reception throughout my 3BHK. Why shd u send Sales ppl instead of technician. Sales said 5G modem would solve the issue. Tech came and denied that. Why do u fool people?

@lalitindia4 @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

@reliancejio i have been using Jio for last 2 years. The network is well maintained across the whole of India. But i am facing network issue in particular location i am residing now. Please kindly resolve the issue.

@JioCare Esim request not closed yet. Earlier you told the 4 hour time limit but issue not resolved with in the time limit. What is the next excuse from your side.
