    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Extremely poor service! HDMI not working since 23rd June. SR000039YH1V - 13 days pending, no technician visit, zero response from support. Jio network works but HDMI is dead. Fix this now! #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Shirisha, the heavy rains started only 3 days ago. What was your team doing for the 10+ days before that? My WiFi has been down for over 2 weeks. Why should I pay the bill for a service I couldn’t use? Please resolve this and adjust my bill.

    My jiio fiber is not working since yesterday i raised a complaint on my jio. Ticket no SR00002MBWTE. But it is yet to be resolved @JioCare
