    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare The worst part is with JIO support team!! Team will create the tickets and closing them by mentioning "device to be collected from user location"!! WEIRD one is user could not connect anywhere for escalation!!

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare I had summited JIO fiber devices to nearest service center Bangalore (10th May 2022) after raising the disconnection request. I'm still receiving the call to handover the devices to technician. This is a typical communication gap within JIO Team..
