@JioCare It’s almost 19 hours Jio Fiber internet service is not working at my area. Customer care is giving 2 hrs of timeline every time I called. But nothing has resolved yet. Would U please resolve it soon as it’s affecting our work hours.

@JioCare had taken jio fibre. Guy came for set-up, couldn't complete it. Asked me to cancel request.Said whole Rs 1500 of previous request will get credited to me.But only Rs1250 got credited. Why should I pay if jio service guy can't do setup.? Why cheat customer of their money?

@reliancejio what a worst network you’re providing, I have recharged my mother’s number with one year package with daily data of 1.5 GB.. worst internet.. want to switch network to airtel, pls refund in a prorated way or provide good network..

@JioCare called three time to lodge complain against no. 6000480873 . All the time the customer care representative asked several questions and avoid lodging complain. Sim is recharged with valid recharge plan still no incoming or outgoing call/sms. please do the needful
