    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I booked Jio AirFiber on 25th April (Order ID: NO0001D32OAA) and paid ₹807. Installation was scheduled for 27th April, but no one has contacted me yet. Extremely poor experience so far. Please look into this urgently! Location: #Arrah, Bihar #JioCare

    @JioCare whenever i tried calling you guys, chat bot sends messages like internet in your are faces some issues it will get restored within 4hours. Its been more than 12 hours. I want a technician to visit.

    Please refrain buying any @JioCare product, they have the worst customer support in India without a doubt.I'm facing "No Internet" issue with by jio airfiber for 2 weeks now and I'm tired of calling them and listening to same old *** line for weeks that it will be done by today

    @JioCare This has been “in progress” since April 15 with no resolution. I am completely without internet. Please confirm a definite resolution timeline today. Generic updates are not acceptable anymore. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare For context: ODU reorientation & reset were done around 4:30 PM, and I was told it would stabilise within 1–2 hours. It’s been several hours since then, and the connection is still unstable with very poor speed, in-fact worse than before. Clearly, this hasn’t been resolved.
