    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    @JioCare 2 months back Jio Fiber Sales team pushed me to take connection for 2500+300 rs installation conveyance fee Now when I encounter a issue, maintenance team said that this is beyond their limit & ask me to withdraw jio Fiber & switch to diff ISP😡

    @jio_fiber @JioCare This is rolling again back and forth and no update received till now. Jio team could not provide a resolution or SLA and unsure when I can expect an update!!! Other than simply replying " OUR TEAM IS WORKING ON IT"!! Jio team is making time pass job here!!!
