@ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

@fiber_jio @reliancejio the worst service ever! I have been following up since last 3 days to get my internet fixed and every day their engineer doesn’t show up. Speed issues as well. Set up box was suppose to arrive 10 months earlier, still hasn’t been delivered! Fake promises.

@JioCare My office work will get hampered because of you all bringing in lots of stress. Regret using Jio since 2018. Pathetic customer service. You want to showcase increase in customers by forcing sales like this. @reliancegroup
