@ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

Billing issue in @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio Advisor disconnected the call . Jio fiber is taking advance payment in beginning of the month rather taking at the end of Billing cycle. If asking advance payment than how the hell is postpaid plan??

@reliancejio complaint SR00001CK9RE poor service and no repair carried out since 29th July. After taking a years subscription fee your executives have all run into hiding. No wifi, no landline connection, no tv since 4 days and completely apathetic customer service.
