@ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

@JioCare Also wanted to mention, Airtel mobile hotspot is working fine with the same vpn provider. Answer to my question whether you can able to rectify or not. Please don't blame vpn. I have cross verified with 2 other network providers.

My jiofiber is not working. I gave complain & Tech guy came today.He is saying wire is cut from main box,far from my house.He asking me to choose relocate option, cant do so as service request is open. Also,he can't close the SR & neither can give new wire. @JioCare @reliancejio

Cold calls is a problem that has to be dealt with without hampering marketing! It's irritating to get cold calls when u don't want them! Networks or phone should have an option to turn them On & Off! Few apps have this! But how hard can it be to make it easy? @reliancejio

@JioCare I wanted to transfer esim to my iphone. I called Jio helpline for support, after days of calling nobody takes the call or gives any solutions. Your Jio stores' contact numbers are not working, many stores are closed. We are left to fend for ourselves with Jio.. 😑😑

@JioCare I had cleared the outstanding that was sent to me. This got added later in between the port time. I would rather say, you need to ensure port doesnt happen unless customer clears balance. disconnecting for 20rs
