    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    @JioCare Actually service engineers are just coming and saying wiring required more than 80 metres so not possible to repair and just cancel and shift to ACT broadband also shared act representative number for better price but i argued why i have to when jio is already there? So what?

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber has been down since Feb 18 (SR00002JGZYU). Zero engineer visits. Zero resolution. Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered. This is a formal billing dispute. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    Avoid @reliancejio Fiber. It’s been 45 days and I’m still waiting for my security deposit refund. Customer support is non-existent, no responses, no updates. Extremely frustrated with the lack of service. Taking this to the Consumer Forum next. 🚩 #JioFiber #BadService @JioCare

    @DKMahant @JioCare After a desperate 8 days without internet an engineer visited my house and restored my internet service. one Mr Gopal who visited earlier to address my concern reset my router and didn't have courtesy to apprise me about resetting my password. His number 9717365549. Take action.
