    @ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

    @reliancejio just wanted to check weather network could be available or not in my area, there is around 5000 population but network connectivity is not available, vill- Umra Bujurg, post- Alloudeenpur, Dist- Bijnor, U.P. 246734. Looking forward to hear you back.

    @JioCare Already given those details in whatsapp chat to customer service...she has also raised Service Request.... please fetch the details from the same service request...for which I don't have any confirmation or SR number

    @JioCare very poor customer service I must now. Its been so much time I am in contact with your team through twitter messages but they instead of solving my concern provide me with irrelevant solutions and then I explain my issue & they ask for time. Poor response. @reliancejio

    Whenever I try to connect Jio Call app of mobile to JioFi; it says "Connecting..." even if network is good. I cannot make or receive calls. Please tell the solution. @reliancejio @JioCare
