@ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

@reliancejio @TRAI if you cannot resolve this then told us we will switch to any other network. There is network when electricity gone. I told you many times but still no progress. If you can't provide service then quit. Why making us fool. Extremely bad service.

I have a sim card of Jio which is from Bihar And right now I am running that sim in Maharashtra but There is always a problem with the network. Why bother to tell why this is happening? @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Do your customer care agents call people who didn't recharge there phone number for long time and ask them to recharge or the sim will be deactivated? If not then some are calling me to recharge my number saying that they are from jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani From past 4 hours , i’m facing network issue. I have given my consent to activate eSIM via sms and IVR process at 19:41pm today where i have been told that sms service will be barred for 24 hours but call service is also barred. #7001146189
