@ganeshprab @reliancejio @JioCare poor indoor signal in my area (k p c colony kadra ) I got hardly 1 bar of signal and it's impossible to get the speed more than 10 kb/s. There is so much of issue while surfing internet, as the pages does not reloads due to very poor signal quality Kindly resolve this issue.

@reliancejio Dongle purchased only yesterday and 24 hours gave satisfactory performance but today it’s has let down. Irritatingly slow. Please stay away from Jio.

@JioCare We have 4 connections at home. And all are facing the problems. Internet connectivity is common problem with all numbers. Call droping or phone not reachable is also occuring, frequency might be different but the problem persists.

@JioCare i am very disappointed with the sales team! Last sunday salesman came & took the order, paid, promise to install on tues.. 6 days gone by no sign of instalment/ call anything... the local salesman in Gurgaon called Sahil.. he now refuses to pickup my call! Jio sucks!

because your service is worst .. people are Not responding to Customer problems and I am doing WFH I shifted home and I contacted support before 10-15 days for house change date till you are not doing installation in my new house @JioCare @reliancejio.Worst service

@reliancejio I’m unable to connect to online services on call of duty modern warfare on PS4 while being connected on jio fibre via lan , kindly address this issue asap as it’s causing a lot of inconvenience
