    New thing learn today :( When you called or do social media compliant on @JioCare @reliancejio is not complaint !!!! :( As I sent PORT message, one call I received he told me that whatever you did since 1.5 + years have not received as complaint 😡😠.

    @JioCare Net work is the worst Net work in Rajkot City particularly in High Rise Buildings Even no voice calls.U r deaf and dumb to customers plight. One must port from Jio.I have 5 Jio connection. Don't quote sugar quoted reply,upgrade services.@reliancejio

    Solution is secondary thing but they even don't care about response!!!! In service industry Social Media escalations are worst thing but they even don't care about customers and brand image 😳. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio 5G gives 50 to 70 Mbps using net velocity app, in my area Kolkata when checked in last 2days .it was around 500 Mbps in the beginning....last week it was around 300 Mbps . yesterday i tried to call their customer care 2220 hrs IST to 2240 hrs . No response.

    @geekyranjit @reliancejio For me i have samsung A52 5g model bought from UAE and its also not picking 5g signals of jio true 5g. Even tried with a 5g enabled sim. Not sure why its not working... Did not try with airtel 5g
