    @JioCare @DoT_India I have sent ss of speed test from diffrent apps also .....mostly problem occurs from 7 to 10 or 8-10 sometimes at night and i am getting packet loss which is due to unstable speed and low upload speed at that time. And unstable speed is not good for ppaying online games(steam).

    @JioCare Again the same scripted replies after almost 3 months. Multiple engineer visits already happened and still no fix. Please provide the exact technical reason instead of only saying “please wait”.

    Hi @JioCare I've been trying to reactivate a sim card which unfortunately I couldn't recharge for 90 days since I'm outside India from December 2025. The number has been with me since 2017. I've already mailed you guys but the response has been slow and unhelpful.
