Soubhagya (@soubhagya_earth) reported@JioCare shame on this level of customer service. you happly collected the payment, completed KYC, and then disappeared. its been 6 days, not a single call, not a single update and customer care is nothing but an useless IVR loop. visited the jio store only to hear: "there is no stock... wait for 15-17 days. your money will be refunded automatically." if there is no stock, why r u accepting bookings, collecting payments and completing KYC? why make customers block their money as well as time for weeks without any service? this is not a delay. this is a complete failure of customer services. either prvide the service immediately or refund the amt. i expect a solution, not another automated response.
