@JioCare dear team, i m trying to reach you by jio live chat and customer care number but unable to talk to your executive. Jio fiber voice call all very unstable poor internet connectivity and difficult live tv features. So pls take away the jio fiber and refund 2500.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hello I am disappointing to state that Why Jio customers are not allowed unused "Data Roll Over" facilities as on date despite full recharge?? Every day customer cannot use 1 GB data. Customer is entitled to get remaining data usage of his chosen data plan.

@JioCare I have log the complaint on 1 sep for my jio fiber is not working but it has been 7days of continuous follow-up thrice in a day to customer support my issue has not resolved yet. I never suggest anyone to purchase jio fiber. Wrost services.

@JioCare dear team, i paid yesterday for jio fiber connection 2500 and when installation person came he was not with drilling machine not even basic equipments because of that they will come tomorrow and do there work. But now seeing your service I don’t want to ahead. pls refund

Is there some good service provid for home internet services in VileParle Mumbai. We have Jio which is a complete waste. The billing cycle gets compressed every month. We started with 27th of every month. Today by 16th WiFi services are down. It’s useless. @reliancejio #JioFiber
