    @JioCare Complaint was lodged four days back. Your team says that range of signal is 8 meter. (but I am not getting in a radius of 8 meter). When we talked to customer care they advised me that my complaint shows as resolved. No answer to Who resolved it and when. Good customer service

    @JioCare @reliancejio the worst services I'm facing from last one month.there is full network in my phone but whenever I called to someone there is no voice maximum time and i have to call repeatedly many time to one person... irritated a lot from ur network ..The worst network.

    @JioCare I have log the complaint on 1 sep for my jio fiber is not working but it has been 7days of continuous follow-up thrice in a day to customer support my issue has not resolved yet. I never suggest anyone to purchase jio fiber. Wrost services.

    @JioCare I registered complaint yesterday. They scheduled visit today at 12 Pm. Now they telling engineer will visit tommorrow. I am waiting for engineer from last 2 hours. How they can waste our time and reschedule time without any information. SR00001235HT

    @hiteshgera2500 @JioCare From my jio number 7023165455, I complained about the network on helpline number 3 4 times, my daily net pack ends like this. Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

    @JioCare A 'future date' is not a solution after 25 days of delay and 6 fraudulently closed tickets. Give me the exact date and time for the technician visit. I have heard 'in progress' and 'assigned' before, only for the tickets to be closed without a call. @TRAI @consumercourtin (1/2)

    @JioCare JioFiber down since 30Apr, SR000034RELT was raised. Repeated calls to customer care & multiple escalation assurances have led to no action. Even "Reschedule" option in the app is disabled. Need urgent resolution. @reliancejio

    Update: Received a call from @JioCare asking for “2 more days” after already waiting over 3 weeks. I requested cancellation/refund due to non-delivery of service, but instead of a clear resolution I was again asked to wait.
