This Diwali when I bought Galaxy S21 FE 5G and since I started using, it really disappointed me for Samsung. Phone is very slow & @reliancejio 5G network is also not available on it.

Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

Cancellation request was taken up on June 9 and still we haven't been able to cancel Jio doesn't have any escalation matrix on Customer care. No way to raise complaints.
