I have two set-top boxes issued from Jio on +91-5323555794 in Prayagraj with RSN Nos: RPCSBIG00093230 and RFLSBGGB2009236. The Settop box RSN No.: RPCSBIG00093230 has malfunctioned since 19th July, 2026 and it was seen as Fix Set top box on MyJio app at that time. We tried all the troubleshooting methods but the issue was not resolved.
