Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. Yet, the customer is now being told that the connection will only be cancelled if they answer an “Escalation Team” call—otherwise, billing continues! This is unacceptable.
