Jio fiber voice call all very unstable poor internet connectivity and difficult live tv features. So pls take away the jio fiber and refund 2500.

I never suggest anyone to purchase jio fiber. Wrost services.

This Diwali when I bought Galaxy S21 FE 5G and since I started using, it really disappointed me for Samsung. Phone is very slow & @reliancejio 5G network is also not available on it.

The network is so poor that you can’t even convert a DOCX file into a PDF without struggling. YouTube videos keep buffering, and basic internet tasks feel like a challenge. And JioCare on the app is even worse, just automated questions and answers that don’t even understand what you’re actually asking. Try calling customer care, and nobody picks up. At this point, what exactly are customers supposed to do? 😑
