    @JioCare Fix it by today atleast. It's been 6 days. I don't need any further rescheduled date for installation then. If not possible let me know I will cancel it.

    @JioCare hi..i am sanjay from jodhpur,i face very slow internet speed in my area like less than 10kb/s.Even i cant able to view fb youtube pages.I already complained many times but i never get any solution.I seems jio is failure in my location.

    @reliancejio I am unable to connect through my JIO fiber internet. I tried to call customer care. But they are not lifting the call. What a worst experience. I am on hold from last one hour.

    @JioCare dear team, i paid yesterday for jio fiber connection 2500 and when installation person came he was not with drilling machine not even basic equipments because of that they will come tomorrow and do there work. But now seeing your service I don’t want to ahead. pls refund

    @hiteshgera2500 @JioCare From my jio number 7023165455, I complained about the network on helpline number 3 4 times, my daily net pack ends like this. Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello I am disappointing to state that Why Jio customers are not allowed unused "Data Roll Over" facilities as on date despite full recharge?? Every day customer cannot use 1 GB data. Customer is entitled to get remaining data usage of his chosen data plan.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar ordered and paid for installation of your service. They couldn't install and hence asked to cancel instead of resolution. Pathetic service people who donot care. They blame each other for the goof up. Hadn't seen such a reluctant team ever.

    Day 4 and still no action from regarding pickup of my additional setup box. I have already raised complaints and tweeted multiple times, yet I’m being charged ₹200/month unnecessarily. Extremely disappointed with the service and delay. Kindly resolve this immediately. @JioCare

    Day 6 - @JioCare , still no support from these guys, no technician available to fix the issue. And the customer care people are just parrots repeating the same thing without making sense and able to solve the issue.

    @JioCare this is to inform I have paid my Jio Fiber bill yesterday at 10:07 PM IST. Ideally every month, services are resume in a 1 min. Now its been more than 12 hrs. Services are not restored yet. I have called Jio Customer Service for same. No Response for same. MROO01OROUPO

    One of the worst services from @JioCare Facing internet issues with Jio AirFiber almost every single day. Engineers have visited 5 times already. It starts working for a few hours and then the same issue happens again. Really disappointed with the service and support experience.
