    @reliancejio Too much slow internet how may I open sites will you olz tell your internet fast when you bill cycle comes or customer pay easily do something otherwise I change my network next year near 2 km reliance jio office they say Complain over phone.

    @JioCare @birlashashank When shall it be resolved? No one have shown up even after more than 24 hours have passed. After contacting to the customer care, the only answer we get is be patient we are working on this. The worst after sales service.

    The worst n pathetic telecom service i have ever seen in my life @ViCustomerCare. I made mistake to port my number in VI. The current network is worst than 2G. Net suddenly stopped working. I have 4 Vi number and i will be port it soon to @JioCare @TRAI please look for it.

    @JioCare I have log the complaint on 1 sep for my jio fiber is not working but it has been 7days of continuous follow-up thrice in a day to customer support my issue has not resolved yet. I never suggest anyone to purchase jio fiber. Wrost services.

    @reliancejio @DelhiCapitals @RanveerOfficial From my jio number 7023165455, I complained about the network on helpline number 3 4 times, my daily net pack ends like this. Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

    @reliancejio jio unable to deliver service as data speed is zero, voice network is low and no one listen. Since Reliance got debt free jio customer facing lots of issue related service. Does the company no longer need consumers who are being treated like that?

    @JioCare Complaint was lodged four days back. Your team says that range of signal is 8 meter. (but I am not getting in a radius of 8 meter). When we talked to customer care they advised me that my complaint shows as resolved. No answer to Who resolved it and when. Good customer service

    Frustrated with @JioCare. Paid for a premium fiber connection, but OTT app Google Gemini Pro can't able to subscribe at all. Even can't see banner on Jio App. To make it worse, customer support is completely unresponsive. Please fix this ASAP! #JioDown #JioFiber
