Technician visit was confirmed for 10 AM yesterday, but no one visited. Later, I received an incorrect OTP-related message. Extremely disappointing. Please resolve urgently.

Shrey Tripathi (@ShreyTripathi1) reported@reliancejio the network service are worst. Irrespective of postpaid plan, when ever I travel via train, the network goes pathetic. Even 4G does not responds. Rest people in the train with other network like Airtel and VI enjoy seamless speed. A big WHY to the company.

Whenever I call Customer care, they r saying our network team is upgrading the network/ working on it & it will be resolved soon. No relief, monthly plans r getting costlier & net slower
