    @reliancejio @JioCare I never thought JIO BUS is so bad in service I did sign up for a new JIO BUS in HYD Signed up on 9thNov but until now no one came to install it. Even after we got the installation confirmation today at 11:15am.Called 4 times & cus service people but no help

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst network ever 😡😡.. @airtelindia Airtel 3g & BSNL 3G is much better than so called jio 4g.

    @reliancejio : Didn't mention any such issue except some delay for MTNL number porting and happily allowed me to PORT in PREPAID.

    @JioCare Jio Fibre isn’t installed in my road where as my adjacent roads have Jio fibre. Why is this happening in the same area? What’s holding back Jio from providing service in my road?

    @JioCare Already JIO confirmed that connectivity issue is there from JIO. Pl improve pres nt setup. Than think about 5g

    @JioCare incompetent customer support and poor service. I have reached out to you guys over email and calls but I have been ignored on both when asked for a supervisor. I also reached out to jio office in my location but wow, the service is worse than ever there too.

    I was willing to have @JioCare fibre optic service but they are saying from 1 year that we have nt started service in ur area every time they se next month we will we will do but they don't front of my house they have place the pole and cables from one year ....
