@JioCare Past 3-4 yrs continuously I requested to improve ur network but no, bcoz u are doing great business so nobody take seriously on that time. And why r u asking phn number and anything.1st tell in which date u fix network issue with proof of any documents then I'll give my details.

@JioCare Since when reliance started doing this. I disconnected the jio fibre before the trial but i didn't get refund of 2500 as promised. I got only 1500. I hv a recorded conversation with jio customer care for refund process. But i have to flight for rs 1k and waste my time

@reliancejio The worst network I’ve ever seen… Such a bad network actually you should tell us that we are providing 3G network actually 3G is also better than jio 4G ..And in this condition You guys increased your plan ..#Shameonjio..

@JioCare I am using your jio number for the last many years but i have faced a lot of network related problems since last 7 months and even after complaining to you my problem was not resolved, Because of this i will have to port my jio sim to airtel in future.
