    @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the service for order NO0001EJGTUU. The assigned member is completely unresponsive, ignoring my calls and messages, and refusing to take ownership. This is gross negligence. @JioCare, please resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. While raising the service request, I selected today's morning slot for a home visit, but the app scheduled it for 16 July instead. As someone WFH, am I expected to wait 3 days for a resolution? SR ID: SR00003B618J

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio 10 days ago; the Jio service center provided the new SIM and collected the payment, but the SIM has not been activated yet. When I contacted Jio Care, they informed me that the porting request had been cancelled. Bad service.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, your engineers are unnecessarily delaying my Jio AirFiber installation. They keep giving excuses instead of completing the installation. They even told me they would cancel my order. Is this how they talk to the customer?

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Connection DOWN since June 14! Engineer refused to visit, used abusive language, and maliciously put my request on hold. Absolute harassment. Fix this immediately and take strict action. SR00003B7KBX #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerComplaints

    @JioCare Cancellation request raised on 28th June by the customer care. Made repeated followups for the full refund. No refund yet. What is the backend team doing?? I really don't understand. Installation doesn't take place for weeks together and now for cancellation, same scene!
