    @JioCare customer care told me that I would be getting a call from support team within 24 hours, no call till now. I got the SMS that someone from jio will be coming to my residence to solve the problem, no one came. Any idea when I'll get my problem solved?

    I got #JioFibre installed at my Kolkata Residence & to fight competition the sale guy committed me 3 months service inclusive. I got the connection installed and today after 1 month they deny completely. I ws fooled 4their sale. Beware of @reliancejio trap. @JioCare Can you help.

    @JioCare sir, I want jio fiber connection in my home but your poor system is not allowed to join as a jio fiber customer because your connectivity is not available in my area sir, please resolve the problem I am waiting for your positive response.

    @JioCare Do not put it on hold. Just cancel it. Until a strict action is taken against the executive, I don't want ur services. And if u can't do it let me know. I will raise it myself at the appropriate portals.
