    @JioCare No Aishwarya, when three different payment sources successfully process the payment and yet the recharge is unsuccessful, it clearly shows that the problem is at Jio end. Get this resolved ASAP.

    @JioCare Any luck in delivering the sim today atleast? In India, its good to pay extra for the new sim from physical store. Lesson learnt. Though its new sim by same company and its illegal to charge diff. recharge amt. to customer. But again, its India.. zero customer centric laws.

    @JioCare I recharged my Jio number via MyJio app using UPI. The payment was successful and money has been debited, but the recharge is not showing in the app and my number is not working (no calls/data). UPI transaction ID: 821XXXX3097 Amount: ₹ 209 Time: 10 April, 6:29 AM

Just to save your face or reputation sharing 1 liners that too invalid ones only . Tumse jayada process tumhara main tumhe bta doonga. Idiots.Where is the resolution.

    @JioCare I have initiated porting for mybmobile number on 4th April via online KYC,now chasing for the sim to deliver and get it activated.Alteady have 10+ calls with customer care every time new date and time is communicated for activation of sim with no proper justification.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your network is absolutely zero, nothing is working, when the recharge gets over then it calls again and again and asks to recharge First improve the network brother, for this reason I had not recharged for 6 months it is a very poor network.
