    I reached out in twitter and they asked me send screenshots of error. I sent the video. No help so far. I thought having the same STB and Network carrier would be simpler. If this is not going to work kindly refund the amount I paid and keep your STB. Pathetic! @JioCare

    1/4 - folks in JioFiber mogappair @RelianceDigital, they really don't know the procedure instead they are just insisting customers to cancel and get a new connection in the relocation area as they only know that process. @JioCare @JioFiberChennai Please train your folks well
