    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio service going worst now a days When contact there care there representative left the chat before the chat gets over I m complaint them for the call drops and mute issue and they said that over network is good in our area So now I am switching to Airtel

    Network issues in our area , jio is not working at all in entire township, having more than 500 jio connections, affecting larger population in their education, official and other important works. Please rectify or help immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @GabbbarSingh @Airtel_Presence have not solved problem we are facing since the lockdown not even a single bar of signal complained multiple times @reliancejio is slow too but may be due to network congestion Going to port soon out of airtel after lockdown

    Facing continuous red light & internet disconnect issues on JioAirFiber for nearly 20 days. Multiple complaints & technician visits done, still no permanent fix. Technician also stopped responding. Paying for ₹3333 active plan. Need urgent resolution & compensation. @JioCare

    @JioCare Issue is not permanently resolved, no technician come to resolve neither I got any call to help. How poor service you provide with Jio fiber is known to Whole India and how badly you are looting us. Other service provider at least come to location and visit to check
