@reliancejio @JioCare Jio service going worst now a days When contact there care there representative left the chat before the chat gets over I m complaint them for the call drops and mute issue and they said that over network is good in our area So now I am switching to Airtel

Network issues in our area , jio is not working at all in entire township, having more than 500 jio connections, affecting larger population in their education, official and other important works. Please rectify or help immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

@GabbbarSingh @Airtel_Presence have not solved problem we are facing since the lockdown not even a single bar of signal complained multiple times @reliancejio is slow too but may be due to network congestion Going to port soon out of airtel after lockdown

@JioCare My question is very simple, how long it takes to install a wifi connection? Is it 25 DAYS? Or it will take 1 MONTH? Or 1 YEAR? I called multiple times Mr Honnapa (installation incharge) but he never received my call. Never such seen unprofessional employee like him SHAME ON U!

I've cancelled my Jio Fiber Connection but the device is not being picked up by the agent. Inspite of constant call to the customer care, the device is not being picked up @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice What should I do. This is wrong as my jio connection on free trial!!
