@JioCare My issue is not yet resolved. Internet is not working. Only Closing SRN no. do not resolve the Issue. You can check the usage details, even Could not use the single kb. Just Cancel my JIOFIBER connection.

@JioCare Issue for more than 2 days. After so many fake responses about "working on request" and "engineer will fix soon" still nothing. If I had known, I rather get wifi service from another provider. In this much time installation and everything would be done.🤡's

@reliancejio @JioCare Worst service! Jio fiber were supposed to uninstall my old jio router within 3-7 days after my new jio router installation 20 odd days passed still I tried everyone!! Today I had fix appointment. the service man called bt nt came nd nt responding my calls

@reliancejio @JioCare Relocation requested 10days back. Daily changing appointment date, still no call, no visit. Pathetic service, customer care guys just have robotic replies.

Currently having worst experience with @JioCare Jio Fiber I'm a student living with my family in kanpur,i ve a bunch of online classes everyday to attend ,We don't have any DTH connection for TV in home all we have is WiFi connection from jio,i had shifted my home on 29thof june
