We are facing network problem in pali nadi mohala, RJ. I hv unable to receive any calls, such a pathetic internet services. I hy to switch to Airtel in this crucial time. I hv takn 1 yr recharge and 2 months recharge is still pending. Wht kind of services you're giving @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio What is happening here, the tickets are getting resolved and reopen again and again from the last 6 days without any resolution. This is really not accepted from the brand like JIO and its clearly showing the lack of seriousness for the customers issues😞

@JioCare @DanishVisen1 No resolution from Jio fiber team also don't expect and sort of resolution from them only option is to switch to some other network i am switching to Airtel again far better than Jio
