@reliancejio is the jio netwrok depends on electricity I live in #allahabad & as the electricity gone the #jio mobile network also gone when the electricity came then only the network came and we can able to use the mobiles.

@JioCare @reliancejio For last 4-5 days i have been trying to talk to the customer care regarding the payment. But couldn't. I recharged my jio number, payment is received but still it is due. Please look in the matter. This is not a good customer experience.
