    @JioCare Ur reply that data usage is due to auto app update or video download etc is completely false. It has never happened before in last 3.5 yrs of using the same handset. All auto update, upload and download are off...and I havnt did that. So pls stop fooling customer. Restore data

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio I have a jiofiber postpaid connection for three months plan but still the Jio is generating bills for my connection in the second month itself. Also your customer care team puts call on hold for indefinite time and gives no response.

    Jio network issues since last 1 week call dropping and low internet issue.. Worst experience first time with JIO network. Shivalik Parkview Opp Club O7 Shela, Ahmedabad. Take action, 1 lakh mobile users will be there in 2 years. @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima

    @JioCare jio fiber worst service lodge complaint 17th Jan no one visit till yet. Call center given onlybone reply your issue will resolve in 24hrs but dont know which day. Your service request number is SR000018EN7Y. You will receive an update by 18/01/2022 11:58.

    @reliancejio please let me know if you can solve the issue against ticket no SR000018E06M or not, If you can’t add my new number to my existing plan then let me know I will port my all other numbers to some other service provider.
