@GabbbarSingh @Airtel_Presence have not solved problem we are facing since the lockdown not even a single bar of signal complained multiple times @reliancejio is slow too but may be due to network congestion Going to port soon out of airtel after lockdown

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio service going worst now a days When contact there care there representative left the chat before the chat gets over I m complaint them for the call drops and mute issue and they said that over network is good in our area So now I am switching to Airtel

@reliancejio my Jio fiber connection is not working for last 3 days. On the jio app it is showing outrage in my area will be resolved by 17 April. We are today on 19th April, but still prob is not resolved. I am also unable to raise complaint via Jio App, as there is no option.

@JioCare my jio fibre connection no is 3507379 , since last 6 months wifi speed is 20kb/s , & my plan is 30mbps .all time buffer. No any customer support.only recorded message every time. my problem not resolved i will shift to other operator next month .

@reliancejio In my village, Jio SIM gets switched off for 1 to 2 hours every day since 1 week, so the villagers have decided to solve our problem as soon as possible, otherwise we all will switch off Jio SIM and take another company's SIM.

@JioCare @reliancejio you are worst customer care support...i have transferred my mother number from prepaid to postpaid but still its under process and her outgoing call and internet also stopped even she has prepaid recharge for pre-paid. Continuous call but no solution .

Call dropping, problem in calling on highest side ever on @reliancejio from last few days. Never felt such bad network ever. Plus whenever mobile is connected to jio fiber wifi no voice is there at all. You have to disconnect from wifi to make call
