  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio service going worst now a days When contact there care there representative left the chat before the chat gets over I m complaint them for the call drops and mute issue and they said that over network is good in our area So now I am switching to Airtel

  @JioCare @reliancejio My new JioFiber connection keeps disconnecting every few hours. The router shows a blinking red light and there’s no internet until the connection comes back. This is happening multiple times a day. Please look into this and provide a permanent solution.

  . @JioCare @reliancejio This is very disgusting that you are stealing my data. I have not used much internet today still you are saying that I have exhausted my data and slow down the speed. I have topped up my jio number annually still you people want me to pay more. There is no customer care executive with whom I can talk. Kindly help. Else will have to go to consumer court

  @JioCare Your latest assurance was that it will be resolved by 6.30pm IST today. Nobody has visited till now. It’s more than 72 hours since reporting issue. Stopping giving false assurances and wasting time.
