    @JioCare I already sent a mail. But ket me know is there any system to know the executive's name at your side? How JIO register any customer's data? Are you saying that you have no information regarding my agent? You have not done any kyc process to appoint your executive?

    @JioCare Jio executive Ravi Dubey with mob. No. 8178959006 is the most arrogant and bad behaviour executive. He is not fit to work for Jio. He must be fired immediately.

    @JioCare Now I have decided as soon as my number activated the same day I will port to any other operator. I will also write a formal complain to Jio's head office and TRAI about the pathetic service and customer support team.

    @JioCare @reliancejio . Let me if your jio fiber landline service still exists or you are NO longer supporting it.Its been months since i have requested to send a support representative to fix landline.Why provide a landline if you dont have customer services #dontbuyjio
