@JioCare @reliancejio Last 7 days facing extreme internet speed issues, even raised SR twice (SR00018F4D1, SR000018E1JV). To my utter surprise both the times SRs has been closed even without attending the same by any engineer. Is this what Jio is all about?

@JioCare @reliancejio Ever since the time i purchased jio sim card, the cell signal has been showing LTE and not 4G. What shud i do to get 4G? I pay my bills b4 time. Then, why this step motherly treatment? I have royal welcome offer from @airtelindia, wich i am thinking. HELP

@JioCare No one has come. I want to discontinue the service of jio. I have paid but amount but not getting the services now pack up ur boxes , I will go airtel now. Thanks

@JioCare @reliancejio I live in chirhula colony Rewa Madhya Pradesh here jio internet is running slow for few days even one gif is taking more than 5 seconds to upload, buffering is happening in live video too, please solve the problem.

@JioCare @reliancejio after applying for port into jio yesterday 11:40PM my previous operator @airtelindia stops their services and after that till now the mobile showing emergency calls only so I can't tele-verify by dailing 1977 now tell me how I activated my number in jio?

@JioCare Provide me s2 for my building. They took the money without even testing his service location. After 2 days your executive told me your building don't have s2 so no connection. They did registration part by side building and take the money. Please provide me the refund.
