@reliancejio Seems the company is caring more for profit than providing uninterrupted service. Even a few minutes black out causes drop in network coverage. Guess the money saved gives Share Holders higher dividend or is it for personal profit

@JioFiberVoice down from last 4 days at my place. @reliancejio engineer appointment updated 5 times in last 3 days. No success. Only installing the fiber is not enough. There should be enough workforce to meet the service requests. @reliancejio

@reliancejio I have raised a complaint for my jio fiber modem not working. But no one are bothered to arrange someone from jio fiber net to fix this issue. Everytime i reach customer care they are telling the same thing engineer will visit asap. My work is getting hampered today.
