    @reliancejio @JioCare Do we have any mechanism under jio App to address customer complaints or any mail ID where customer can reach for their complaint or you all have blocked and provided tools in the App???? Horrible experience with jio fibre as new customer

    @reliancejio @JioCare I contacted with your customer excutive Mr.Arnindam for my problem facing calls and Recharges. He didn't respond well and disconnect the call without proper information, He was not oriented about his job ?? Who will provide me proper information?

    @JioCare installed jio fiber in udaipur but service personnel is not cooperating.... just saying that we don't install jio fiber at 9th floor... can you justify it??? #Jio #RelianceJio #worstservice
