@JioCare We tried contacting you for the recovery of JioFiber device for service ID 299954010578, but were unable to collect the device. To schedule an appointment for device pickup just type 'DNP' and WhatsApp to '7000570005' . NO ONE CONTACTED ME YET

@JioCare @JioCare it is really not about disconnection. It's how the request has been kept on hold and kept on rescheduling. Extremely bad customer experience with arrogance to go ahead with disconnection and not resolving the concern. I am still observing same behaviour.

@reliancejio 5. Fibernet is very proactive in that regard; if you make a complaint, they respond within 4-5 hours and don't make empty promises or hang up.

Disheartened by the network services of Jio. I recently ported my network to Jio with the hope of having better network coverage and better network experience. Alas! @reliancejio @jiocare @TheMukeshAmbani
