@JioCare Hi team as I had recharged my number on 7.26pm dated 26/08/22 by data add on pack of Rs.15 and put my device on idle state on charging. By 10.55pm I took my device for use it shows that I had exhausted my data limit.Later I contact to customer care but not get positive

@JioCare Service request SR00001DFISU not resolved till now. Engineer visited but issue did not resolve till now. Really very bad service. We will disconnect your services. i do not want JIO FIBRE BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE.
