    @reliancejio @JioCare - what is the use of having a #JioFiber internet connection of it becomes as slow as a 90s Dial-up internet connection? We see blazing fast speed during day and then at 7 PM the speed goes from 100mbps to < 10mbps. Scale the network please.

    @JioCare After taking money, why is it being assigned to a future date? When collecting money, agent said it would be installed same day. Now it’s getting pushed. And you are closing complaint too. What’s this about? Please open the complaint again.

    @JioCare Please stop sending copy paste replies. There is no Reschedule option for SR00003BYM9B. The app only shows Assigning an engineer. Kindly check my actual service request and assign an engineer.

    @mukeshambani566 @JioCare @reliancejio My work has been affected, and I'm still paying for a service that Jio has failed to provide. Is this how Jio treats its customers? If neither your customer support nor your local stores have the authority to fix a simple issue, then what exactly are customers paying for?

    @JioCare @JioCare The Jio representative in that area is providing very bad service. He ignores calls about updates. If you don't book Jio Fiber through the app and instead pay him directly, then he considers setting it up.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Tell me, where should I contact you for a resolution? For the past 5 days I’ve called customer care multiple times, raised complaints on social media, and still my service request was cancelled without my consent. Is this how Jio treats its customers?

    @Bajaj_Finance @JioCare @JioCare File an Appeal with the Appellate Authority. If you cannot let me know ..am now determined to go legal and File a case under the Consumer Protection Act for deficiency of service and harassment. Mind it!!
