  Dear @JioCare/@reliancejio : Are you saying that after over two weeks of back-and-forth with countless exchanges, you still don’t have access to something as elementary as the customer’s mobile number? What ridiculousness is this? All you’ve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! Seeking your intervention in this case @DuttSunil because your customer care has left us no choice. It’s frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.

  @JioCare SRO0003EN2T(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

  An official from fraud company @reliancejio @JioCare just called asking for 10 more dys 2 resolve my AirFiber issue. That makes it a full month of no internet, & my recharge has already expired! This is daylight fraud. Escalating this deficiency of service to @TRAI #JioAirFiber

  @JioCare pathetic services no indoor coverage and my complaint was closed without informing me.. If I switch to airtel don't call asking me not to and you will solve the problem when you are not solving now.
