    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service by Jio air fiber. Jio said Jio air fiber available all India. I have applied for Jio air fiber . Now I got call from someone said that Jio air fiber not available in my location .very funny. Airtel service available but not Jio . Worst service

    @JioCare There is no internet connectivity issues.The plan has now been changed successfully, but my connection is still capped at 30 Mbps. I am still getting speeds according to my old 30 Mbps plan. Please change the speed profile to 100 mbps. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am writing to escalate my complaint regarding my JioFiber/Jio AirFiber installation. I booked the connection on 29-Jul-2026 and paid ₹2,200 for the connection. However, the installation has still not been completed. Booking Number: LR00001EGSH3
