    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare i face frequent disconnection every 5 minutes while using airfiber. No proper resolution provided till now. One technician came and told its tower issue then gone no update after when it will resolve and request automatically closed.

    Fibre installation (NO0001EGIMW2) is still pending because Jio representative says the required device is not available.This is an internal issue and should not become the customer’s problem.Please arrange the required device immediately and complete my installation @reliancejio

    @JioCare I can’t see this SR number in MyJio app. Also, I just called customer support and they have no clue on how to escalate the issue. Can you ensure the engineer/technician reaches on the given address today? I already have scheduled visit of today- 15 July 10AM.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is just a standard copy-paste lie. Absolutely zero action has been taken on the ground in the last 3 days for my connection (+91-2436358197). I don't need another generic SMS promise; I need actual technical support to fix this prolonged outage immediately.
