    @SamsungIndia @reliancejio in my samsung galaxyM13 5g phn jio sim not supported.i put my jio sim other phn its running well. and put other ntwrk sim to my phn its running well..i am very tens ..plz solve my problem..

    Even having 5g network and compatible 5g Cellphone, You have to suffer slow data speeds once your fixed data is consumed. Unlimited 5g is just for scam, isn’t it @airtelindia Pathetic, Can’t wait to port to @reliancejio post trip, once i reach my place. Can’t tk risk during trip

    @JioCare 1 month unused balance+ Relocation charges ₹1200+₹1021 Total 3000 rupppees looted Jio Air fiber team, and service not provided, If any one plan to purchase Jio airfiber please understand my loss and rethink better other option

Registered formal grievance with National Consumer Helpline and DoT. Fix network! NCH Grievance: 9829547. DoT DOTEL/E/2026/0042630.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN We applird for 300 mbps plan but we are getting below 100 mbps. No resolution provided its been 20 days. Pathetic customer support. Fake promises.
