    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @JioCare I hve alredy paid for my JioFiber connection, bt it is still nt installed. Despite multiple folow-ups, no one is answering my calls or providing any update My previous complaint has also not been acted upon ORN: NO0001EL8FQI This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber connection has been down since 10 July 2026, and today is 16 July 2026. It has been 6 days, yet my service request (SR00002MGVLC) is still showing "Assigning an encompensation for the days of service outage as per your policy.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My wife's jio sim card deactivated and she is no more. I want jio to re issue this sim card with my name but I don't have documents showing our blood relation. however the photos and videos of our marriage are available. please help🙏

    @JioCare Extremely disappointing service. Relocation request (Order: CO0001T9ZPI9) placed on 3rd July scheduled for 6thJuly which remains unresolved. Technician cited “no open ports” and left. I have emailed, called and have only received silence in response. Please sort this out

    @Airtel_Presence Just like last 5 days of fake information and tracking numbers and half a dozen 4 hours resolution and 15/20 minutes more resolutions, you guys are still working on it. It’s a waste of time and such a shame. Going to port 3 of my family connections to @JioCare now.

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare service request number 3BDUL1 was scheduled at 12-1 pm on high priority. Technician did not came and shared number 06151 314 144 is not available, seems it is closed number. How I'll talk to him for issue fixes.
