    I have a @JioCare tower at the terrace of my home. Still facing slow internet speed for the past two days. All the customer executive at @reliancejio have same sweet script. Which is useless, since no one could solve this problem till now.

    @reliancejio this is not the way to provide support or service. My wifi has been gone for 2 days. I have called customer care, logged a SR, following up continuously still no response. They are saying the same script. We are sorry for inconvenience, we will resolve it EOD today.

    @JioCare Sahil, every customer care exec is also saying the same thing. All are saying we have escalated the ticket. 5 times? With this much escalation my ticket should have been a P1 priority ticket! Please understand my frustration and resolve this asap. Thanks

    Jio's network is very bad in these mountains, there is no signal inside the houses at all, we have talked to the customer care service many times, yet to listen to the problems of the village, the officer of Jio is not ready to listen, that means vanity. It is done #reliancejio

    @JioCare i never order jio sim for 9743901713. i don't know who this number. if i call to this number this fellow not responding properly and not lifting my call. and this number is attached to my mobile number 94xxxxxx24. suspend will continue until you detach.
