    Don't use airtal black and also post paid service Service is very 3rd class 5/6 day internet service shutdown but not bill reduced take a bill full 30 days contact to customer care they cut call after few minutes @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare I’m not able to open MyJio App in iPhone. It crashes whenever I open it. I’ve tried restarting the device but that didn’t help.

    @JioCare facing network issues with jio fiber. Already raised a service request SR00003CADDP ~30 hours ago. Yet to get the engineer assigned.

    What's even more disappointing is that the assigned service tech has not answered my calls, and even the nodal officer, Mr. Abhishek, has not resnded despite repeated attempts to contact him. Is this the level of customer support @JioCare @reliancejio expects customers to accept?
