    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @JioCare the Wi-Fi doesn't work, your own Jio app can't even load and yet the JioGin says excellent coverage??!? Suffering from the last 40 days, but no support response, no resolution and no follow ups. Does your app actually work or is it just some scam??

    @reliancejio My JioFiber internet is not working. The LOS light is blinking red, and there is no internet on both Wi-Fi and the Jio Set-Top Box. I have already restarted the router and run diagnostics, but the issue is still not resolved Please check the fiber connection @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber team, you don't solve customers' problems; you only reply with repeated messages. I request you to resolve the issue as today is the 14th day that the internet is not working.

    Facing the exact same issue with @reliancejio @JioCare! Scheduled installation missed, tickets closed falsely as resolved without visits, and customer care giving empty verbal promises. Adding my voice to amplify this deficiency of service. #BandBajaateRaho #JioFiber @TRAI

    Extremely frustrated with JioFiber.I rcharged my wifi for 100Mbps speed,but I'm consistently receiving 15–20Mbps.Paying for highspeed internet to get 1/5th of the speed is unacceptable.Despite complaining the issue remains completely unsolved.Exhausted with this service @JioCare
