    Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

    @VodafoneIN U r customer agents also do not pickup the call they keep us waiting for 30 mins but no one responds to call so finally i have decided to switch to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews or @reliancejio

    @JioCare hi not been getting any connectivity since last night for my Jio 4g WiFi network. Not being able to connect with a personal assistant on the app either. Please rectify on immediate basis!
