    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am suffering from internet issues for the last 16 days and still no permanent resolution has been provided. Your engineer visited my home 4 times, replaced devices, checked wiring, and confirmed there is NO issue from my home side.

    @sharath1690 @JioCare @TRAI Me too! They cancelled my order NO0001D0EP1G on 27 April and no refund till date. Worst part is the customer support! An 'idhar dabao, udhar dabao' number and a chatbot replying on mail and SM.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the way the Jio Fibre Service Tickets being closed without any rectification or action , or no proper communication why was it closed without resolving Inspite of sharing all the necessary details through mail to Jio care Not expected this

    @JioCare 🚨 BEWARE OF JIO FIBER FRAUD! 🚨Jio takes advance money & gives ZERO service. They hold my ₹5440, fake the activation & ignore 100+ calls. Total scam! DO NOT TRUST them. Please look into this daily harassment and money scam by Jio. They are cheating innocent customers!
