    @JioCare Team, Requested online SIM card yesterday received message to be received today morning till now not received neither the Jio delivery agent is responding to calls made. If it take so long to provide Jio SIM card to Jio customer it’s better we get it from Jio stores !!

    @JioCare I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I requested a relocation for my JioFiber connection (I still had 5 months of service remaining). During the process, I was asked to pay ₹1,200, which I did.

    Unacceptable service from @JioCare @reliancejio! I logged a complaint on Aug 3rd via MyJio app, but even after 24+ hours, no technician has called or visited. Every call to customer care ends with empty promises of "giving it high priority" while nothing happens.

    @naveenkopparam Don't fall into this trap - you’ll end up regretting it. I paid for 3 months in advance, and the service has been down most of the time with zero timely resolution. Save yourself with the headache. #Jiocares @JioCare @reliancejio
