  @JioCare Home delivery of SIM is the most pathetic service by Jio. I did selfcare KYC through their online portal but it's been more than 24 hours money deducted but no confirmation from their side whether my KYC is approved or not and no delivery date given yet.

  Hi @JioCare @jio_fiber, I can hear navigation click sounds on my Jio Set-Top Box, but there is no audio playback when streaming videos or movies. I tried reporting this via MyJio, but couldn't find an option for this specific issue. Please arrange technical support assistance.

  @reliancejio What shall i do with you now. I have already paid for the services. Jio air fibre is down since 25th July and it is still not resolved. Your technicians are also not responding and just giving dates and not fixing the issue. #SR00002MYY1E

  @JioCare I have been visiting the Jio store for the last 3 days to get my SIM opened and your employee asks for Rs 600, otherwise the SIM is not opened. I have called Jio several times and asked for help but there is no hearing and neither is the complaint being registered.
