@reliancejio @JioCare Today I have wrongly recharged a Jio number for 365 day plan. It was a typographical error while doing online recharge. Thus some other number was reachaged. Is there any way to cancel the wrongly done recharge and get refund?

@JioCare it’s been almost a month since I discontinued by fibre connection and yet the device pick is pending. I get daily rescheduling messages of the pick up but there is no visit. Is this the customer service @reliancejio is known for?

In the whole journey amazing Internet network by @reliancejio 👌 Whereas worst by @BSNLCorporate Earlier it was the opposite. BSNL used to work in rural areas but now that too not happening. Right time to port my primary number too!
