    @JioCare No response whatsoever despite sharing the details via DM. This is the kind of service we are getting being a premium subscriber. Resolve it else cancel my subscription and refund the amount. I don't want to avail the services anymore.

    I just cannot reach someone from @reliancejio support! Everything is automated including telephone responses and none of the paths/ channels are letting me resolve the issue I truly face! Absolutely frustrating! I've written an email too and I havent received a reply in 3 days
