@reliancejio This is wrt JioMart. Order No. 16465590760142474A which was placed on 6th March and at delivery, one item was missing. Till now delivery of item not done. No resolution of the complaint was attempted. At least JioMart should refund the amount of the missed item.

@JioCare Your executives, your managers rahul parmar, rohit bhawsar, & vikas soni not talk to properly & Rahul is threatening to discontinue the connection.. your team know this issue but there is only support for fraud. It's a big level of fraud & all complaints closed without solution.

@JioCare Hi Team, One of family friend is in Australia. When she left India her JIO number was active, it was working even she reached there. Now she is not able to receive any signal in the phone. We tried searching manually for partner network Optus also. Please need your help.
