    @JioCare worst service at Jio care 5 NO,NIT FARIDABAD 121001, takes 1 hr to provide lost sim, only one person handling 20 persons.

    @JioCare Resolution time is also crossed and still the internet is not restored. Why to make false claims when the issue cannot be resolved in agreed time. Jiofiber team is inefficienct to handle internet service but to sell off to other competitors or local vendors

    @JioCare @RISINGRKC I have emailed my complaint of wrong billing of Jiofibre no.on 13th Jan-22 also called two times customer care but no reply till date.Very poor service !
