    @JioCare Out internet has been down for 7 DAYS. SR0002LR4XQ ON HOLD, RESCHEULED. No visit, no resolution , no information. Have tried calling jiocare , usual pre canned responses, mailed , no response. Pathetic. Unresponsive . No care jio care Respond here . Care.....

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?

    @JioCare I am compelled to escalate my grievance regarding the complete lack of resolution of my JioFiber complaint despite repeated follow-ups over the last 4 days. - Internet speed is extremely slow and unstable. LAN/Ethernet cable connection is not working.

    Hey @JioCare, Facing an issue with my JioFiber connection since this morning. The troubleshooting tool shows everything is working fine, but the internet is not available. I'm also unable to reach a customer care agent for assistance. Please look into this issue.
