    Extracting money in advance for 5G and delivering a pathetic network in return—this is the harsh reality of @reliancejio. I have been continuously complaining via calls and tweets since May 13th, but @JioCare is fast asleep. They have absolutely no value for their customers!

    @JioCare It has been 9 days now since the complaint has been raised but no technician has come for resolving this issue. It is extremely unprofessional to not even try to address the query and solve the problem in this time

    I request @JioCare and @reliancejio to immediately prioritize this complaint, restore my service, and explain why customers are facing repeated disruptions without timely resolution. I also expect appropriate compensation for the prolonged downtime.
