    @JioCare my jio 4G fibre is not working whereas the 5G network is working ....it is creating problems in attending the online classes on my phone as my phone only works on 4G network...Kindle look into the matter.. or I'll switch my network -Niharika (Jhansi ,UP)

    @JioCare Do you have any ETA for this ? Talk to customer care they don't have any update . Engg visit rescheduling every day . Escalation SR00001F3Q8H closed with out resolution . That means SR are raised for show up purpose .
