    @JioCare Hello JioFiberCare, It has been more than 2 months now since I raised the request for refund of my jio fiber device. 100+ mails have been exchanged,20+ twitter texts have been done but still my concern isn't resolved. Testing patience of customer is completely annoying.

    @JioCare Jio officials have come and investigated, this is a problem in the whole village. After that the tower was also installed but it has been more than 3 months, but the tower did not start. You check my last tweet and DM

    @JioCare waiting for the BB SR to be attended since last 24 hrs+ but no response on ground..you get message of Service Engineer visit schedule and after 5 mins you get a message of reschedule of visit due to heavy commitments.. why expand base if you cannot handle it
