  @JioCare , it has been 5 days since the complaint was raised (SR00002NLIQS). Your engineers only keep changing visit slots without prior intimation or consent. Your customer care calls in once in 2 days and says that we don’t care if you disconnect. They’re rude and illiterate

  @JioCare I’ve already waited several days. If my service is unavailable, will Jio adjust the postpaid bill for those days? You charge even when the service isn’t used because of postpaid. If this continues, I want to cancel my JioAirFiber and switch to Airtel. Please resolve.
