    Why is @JioCare offering a plan which is not available to old connections, higher speed at a lower price!!! The existing customers are seeing a problem with buffering and so on. Marketing strategy for old customers to move to new plans by paying more 😡. @PMOIndia

    @JioCare The network issue in Debipur (PIN 743502) still persists despite providing all the required details in private chat to Jio. Even today, we faced the same voice call and internet connectivity problems. No resolution has been provided yet. Solve this @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    Jio fiber services are pathetic and worst. No proper customer service and resolution of issues. Seriously frustated by Jio now @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare, JioFiber stopped working. An engineer is “scheduled” but never shows up. Customer care doesn’t answer calls either. This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I prepaid for 6 months and now I’m seeking a refund. Never recommending JioFiber to anyone. #JioFibe

    @JioCare @JioCare today again, nobody came for servicing and the issue still persists. I have just got empty promises till now for the last several days and nobody is interested in actually resolving the issue.
