  Jio fiber is One of the worst wifi network provider and the speed of the wifi is 0.85 mbps they tried everything the Replaced the router still its not working and i will never suggest anyone to use jio fiber . Had a great experience with jio 😡@reliancegroup #jiofiber @JioCare

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Exactly the same issue. Paid 1100 over 40 days back. No one came to install and finally I cancelled it and till now there hasn't been any refunds despite numerous mails as there is no actual customer care .

  @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber benefits issue reported on July 3 is STILL unresolved. I accidentally selected the wrong benefit and requested a reset to “Full Value Back Vouchers.” It has now been 60+ days with no resolution despite repeated assurances.

  @JioCare My wifi is not working since morning, I tried to raise a service request. But after running diagnostics there is no way to raise a request, I tired to reach via the customer care number, but all I get to here is IVR there is absolutely no way to talk to a real agent. .1

  @JioCare My Jio number was deactivated recently. I need to recover the same number, but the registered owner is currently abroad and cannot visit a Jio Store. Please help with an alternative KYC/recovery process before the number is reassigned.
