    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR0000199KH2 ,your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 14-03-2022 : 12:30:00. The net is down since 12th March about 12noon, multiple rescheduling, no engineer has called or visited site

    @JioCare Ohh bhai if u still don't know the exact issue toh What were u ppl doing all this while by keeping my complaint on pendency for more than 2 weeks.. kya fazool customer care hai jio ka.. after 2 weeks and several rescheduling sms now u r asking me wats the issue. Kya bakwas hai.

    @JioCare Sir, there are multiple rescheduling, engineer has not even visited the site, there are multiple connection are down in the society, the connection was down on 10 and 12th Feb also. Service has really deteriorated. We don't expect magic, but there has to be some feedback.
